I wake up at 11 AM.

"Oh... I'm late to school..."

"Ah... I forgot... school is the least important thing that I should bother my ass right now."

I hug the pillow tightly, nuzzling my face into it.

"Ehh... if everything went right tonight, then I would have been nuzzling into boobs and not a fucking pillow... so frustrating..."

Haruki opens the door and walks into the room.

"What are you doing, Shoji? Hugging a pillow now?" He sighs, "Well at least you're not doing forearm exercises, like earlier."

I throw the pillow at his face, rolling my eyes out of annoyance.

"When will you learn to knock, Haruki? What if one day, when your sister is a mature, beautiful girl, you'll walk in without knocking and find me spreading em cheeks, huh~?" I say with a smug smile.

"You motherfucker..." Haruki says with a bit of anger and starts getting closer.

I get off the bed and I stretch my limbs.

"I thought that you'd be already gone from here, after all, you've already skipped three days of school and this Thursday will be the fourth."

"Bro, I cannot just leave you right here, I mean... I respect him and everything... but this old man is kinda insane. There is no way I would leave you with him!"

"He just wants to train the two of us, so it's okay... but you're right Haruki, I've been thinking the same since the moment he found out that I'm cursed."

"Huh? Why in that exact moment?" He asks curiously.

"Because he gave me a 'live or die' offer while holding a dagger made out of the light magic on my neck."

He suddenly grabs my shoulders and shakes me in frustration.

"Wait wait wait! So basically, after you lost your consciousness back in the building, you've just told me to take you to an insane man, when I didn't even know what was going on?! What if he just killed me, huh?! You're fucking stupid, Shoji!"

"Pft... what are you expecting? Are you expecting me to apologize? Nothing bad, other than the training happened to the two of us, to the training was our own choice."

Suddenly a sharp dart, flies in between our faces, almost injuring us.

"Huh?!" We both jump in surprise and we look over at the person who did this.

"Gossiping and talking behind someone's back is very, very bad! I understand that you two might have mixed feelings towards me, but I don't want to hurt any of you, I'm just here to help. Besides if you're talking behind someone's, I suggest doing it somewhere else than a church, or worse, the place where the person lives." Sebas says softly as he walks into the room.

Suddenly the buzzing of my phone echoes throughout the room, catching our attention.

"Oh, someone's calling? Ehhh... it must be Kaori." I take my phone out of the bag that's lying next to the bed I was sleeping on.

"Excuse me, gentleman~." I walk out of the room and I put the phone to my ear.

"Who is it?"

"Brotheer~ where are youuu~? I wanted to surprise you, but you're not home!" Kaori's voice comes from the other side.

Lying is very easy for me so I make up a lie in the moment. "Yeah, it's 11 in the morning know? I'm at school you stupid Brat."

"Oh...! I forgot, haha~!"

"So when will you be back? I've missed you so much!"

"Kaori, weren't you supposed to leave for a week, and not three days?"

"UUmmm I've caught a cold, haha~! Grandpa was soooo angry and annoyed, I bet that it would make you laugh soo much!"

"But... only if you were there in the first place, you know?" Her voice starts getting emotional.

"Ehh... Kaori... you know what kind of relationship I have with grandpa-..."

"But! I think... no... I know it... Grandpa loves you deeply, he just wants to help you... he's strict and mean because he wants you to man up... after all, you always were a troublemaker, Shoji..." She starts to sniff softly.

"Oh god... Kaori just don't start crying now, please." I sigh deeply, clenching my fist tightly.

"Then promise me... that you'll go with us next time... okay...? I mean... we never know... if it's not the last possible opportunity to do this, right...?"

"Fine, fine! You win Kaori! I will go the next time!"

"Promise...?"

"Promise."

"I'm... glad... love you, big bro... I will go take a nap, I'll be waiting with dinner, so don't come late, okay?"

"Yeah, love you too." I hang up the call.

I walk into the room. The priest and Haruki are talking about something, but I just speak out loudly.

"Sebas is your fucking training over?!"

Sebastian looks at me. "Yeah, why?"

"Then it's the time for your part of our deal."

"Oh...! I forgot about this!"

"Uhh... Shoji? I also forgot what you wanted in return. Could you say it again?" Haruki asks curiously.

I point at Sebas.

"This old man has to teach us how to fight a demon till the end of this day!"

"Very well then, you two can go home for now," Sebas says softly.

"Huh?" We both look at him in surprise.

"Just go home and come back here around 7 PM today, just don't be late."

"So you won't explain anything, huh?! Are you trying to be mysterious or something?! If yes, then you're just annoying!" I throw it off my heart in frustration.

"Just trust me, you two. The thing that will happen tonight will be massive!" Sebas says with a wide smile on his face.

Haruki speaks up in a cheeky tone. "But.. do you know what else is massive?"

"The lo-..."

One hour later I opened the front door of my house. I immediately hear footsteps getting louder and quicker.

I walk into the house, closing the door behind me, and then Kaori runs up to me and hugs me tightly.

"I've missed you so much!" She says with tears in her eyes.

"You're repeating yourself Kaori~." I pat her softly on the head.

"I don't care..."

"I have an idea! I will order pizza and you'll tell me everything that happened on your adventure, okay?"

She looks up at me with tears in her eyes. "Really?"

I wipe her tears with my hand. "Really."

She finally lets go of me, smiling brightly.

"Then order it fast, you stupid brother!"

"Well well well... what do we have here? If it isn't the old brat Nakamura Kaori. What? Got tired of being a kind-hearted kid, huh?!" I ruffle her hair softly.

"Hmph!" She pouts.

"Hey Shoji, why won't you take a shower before ordering a pizza, huh? You stink~!"

I pull the fabric of my uniform and sniff it.

"Oh yeah, she's right...I passed out two times yesterday, so there was no way for me to take a shower... I stink like I've taken a shit bath."

"Yeah, I had two P.E. classes, and it was hot today!" I put the bag on the ground.

As soon as I left the bathroom, Kaori dragged me into the living room. I ordered the pizza and she began telling me all the stories about the trip they had.

She told me how Grandpa once fell into the river, how Grandma was running away from boars, and how she caught a cold, just because she didn't close the tent.

She sounded so happy while telling me everything, that she fell asleep on the couch.

I cover her with a blanket, softly stroking her hair.

"Sleep Kaori sleep. I need to go anyways..."

I look at the clock.

"After all it's already past 5 PM and I have one more thing to do here."

I grab my bag and I go to my room.

I sit down at my desk, turning in the pc.

I take Kaori's camera out of my backpack and I plug it into the PC.
