149- Training using peach juice

"Didn't you say we were going to train?" Rustin stood in front of Alexander, who was sitting quietly

"Yes..." Alexander nodded

"Aren't we supposed to go somewhere to train?"

"What do you mean?..." Alexander raised an eyebrow. "We are already at the training site."

Rustin looked around in confusion

They were currently in a café in the middle of the academy

"..." Since when did cafés become a training site?

Rustin could not suppress his suspicious glances towards Alexander

"This is peach juice, master." A waitress dressed as a maid came and placed a glass of juice on the table

"Thank you…" Alexander placed a banknote in the waitress's hand and winked. "Keep up the good work."

The corners of the waitress's mouth twitched, this note was only worth half coin and she couldn't even buy lollipops with it

Alexander returned his attention to Rustin. "My training is tough, are you ready to face hell?"

Rustin stood up straight. "I will do my best."

"Good, now give me your phone." Alexander extended his hand in front of Rustin

"..." Rustin did not move a finger

Alexander rolled his eyes, "I want to pinpoint a location on the maps app. It's not like I'm interested in spying on your privacy."

Rustin took out his phone and opened the maps app before handing it to Alexander

Alexander marked a specific location on the map and returned the phone to Rustin

Rustin examined the exact location with interest

But he couldn't understand why Alexander would locate a shop on the outskirts of the academy

"Go buy peach juice for me from that place." Alexander gestured with his chin for Rustin to go on his way

Rustin's eyes widened in bewilderment

"Do you want me to go to the other side of the academy to buy you juice? Is this one of your weird pranks?" Rustin still wasn't convinced Alexander said this seriously

The academy was the size of a small city, and getting to that store would take fifteen minutes by car

"Is this the face of someone joking?" Alexander pointed his finger at his emotionless face. "You only have thirty minutes and you are not allowed to use cars or elevators."

Rustin swallowed a mouthful of saliva and started running. He decided that he would keep up with Alexander now to see where he wanted to go

After Rustin disappeared from his line of sight, Alexander closed his eyes and began to meditate to gather energy for a new breakthrough

Once he achieved the breakthrough to level five he would prepare his next potion

An hour and twelve minutes later, Rustin returned carrying a cup of peach juice

Alexander opened his eyes and looked at his watch. "It took more than an hour. My friend, you have set a record for failure."

"That store was far away…" Rustin made a disapproving expression

"Yes, you can continue making excuses until tomorrow, but that will not negate the fact of your failure." Alexander smiled sarcastically as he drank the glass of juice in one gulp

Alexander pointed to the horizon. "I want another one?"

Rustin's eyes widened angrily. "Seriously?"

"How many times do I have to tell you that I'm not kidding you." Alexander looked at him with disdain. "You should arrive in thirty minutes."

Rustin gritted his teeth and took off running again

This time he will make sure not to give Alexander the opportunity to mock him

It seems like this will take a while... Alexander sighed, closing his eyes

After an hour and four minutes

"This is..pant..juice." Rustin placed the juice in front of Alexander

He directed all of his physical strength towards his feet so that he could increase his speed, yet he failed to arrive on time

Rustin was from a family of knights that used the earth element, so it was natural for him to possess high physical strength

Alexander slowly opened his eyes. "Do I need to tell you that you failed?"

"..." Rustin did not reply

Alexander drank the juice and gave an order to Rustin. "Go get another juice."

Rustin's eyes shook and he started running, muttering some insults

Forty-nine minutes later

Rustin returned with the glass of juice

This time, he was able to discover a shortcut to reach that store, but the distance still took more than thirty minutes

He put the juice on the table and started running because he knew that Alexander would order him to bring another juice. So he wanted to save himself the trouble of hearing Alexander's sarcasm

This went on for seven straight hours and the sun was about to set

Rustin was a knight who had higher endurance than ordinary people, but he had to run long distances for hours, in addition to the mental effort he had to put in to find a way to reach his target on time.

Rustin was already on his knees, gasping for breath

Alexander's face did not change. "Forty-two minutes, is that the best you can do?"

Rustin wanted to punch Alexander in the face to vent his anger, but he suppressed this desire with everything he had

"You are not allowed to stop until you achieve your mission."

Rustin rose to his feet and moved with slow, heavy steps

He was so desperate because of the impossibility of achieving this mission, that he began to suspect that Alexander was deceiving him from the beginning

Rustin looked at the red setting sun and thought about telling Alexander that he wouldn't do this anymore

But he stopped moving as he looked at the top of one of the tall buildings

you are not allowed to use cars or elevators... Rustin remembered Alexander's orders

Rustin knows very well why Alexander banned the use of cars because it was considered cheating

But why ban the use of elevators?

At first he thought Alexander said this as a joke, but he realized that these words meant something deeper

Rustin ran towards the building in front of him and climbed the stairs to the highest floor

Alexander smiled when he saw Rustin entering one of the tall buildings, 'This boy is not hopeless after all.'

The door to the roof was closed, but that did not stop Rustin, who smashed the door with one kick and stood on the edge of the roof

Rustin looked down for a moment and then turned his gaze to the building on the other side

The distance between the buildings was close and he could jump between them with his physical ability

He took a few steps back, then ran and jumped to the other building

Rustin let out a breath of relief as he landed safely on top of the other building

He looked again at the street that separated these two buildings

He needed seven minutes to walk this distance, but the time was reduced to less than three minutes just by jumping between buildings.

He was motivated when he felt like he found the light at the end of the tunnel

Rustin continued jumping from one building to another until he finally reached the store within thirteen minutes

He bought the juice and made sure to store it in a special cup that the store provided for take-out orders, to ensure that the juice did not spill when he jumped.

Rustin turned back excitedly, imagining Alexander's shocked face

--------------------

Seraphina, Elizabeth, Edward, and Margaret were walking in one of the famous streets that sell clothes for the upper class.

Elizabeth wanted to buy some clothes for an important party she was planning to attend, so she decided to enlist the help of a fashion expert like Seraphina.

Seraphina's steps stopped and she looked at the roof of one of the buildings with incomprehension. "Elizabeth, where is your other servant?"

Elizabeth stopped walking when she heard Seraphina's question

Elizabeth realized that Seraphina was talking about Rustin, because she only had two servants, Edward and Rustin.

Edward was already with her, so she must mean Rustin

"He told me he had something important to do." Elizabeth answered

" something important?." Seraphina narrowed her eyes and pointed upward.

Everyone turned their attention to where Seraphina was pointing

There was a person standing on the edge of the roof of a building

Neither Elizabeth nor Margaret could recognize this person

But Edward, who had strong eyes, was able to recognize him immediately. "Rustin!"

Edward shouted, but his voice did not reach Rustin

They saw Rustin jumping to another building while holding something in his left hand

Elizabeth started running to follow Rustin, and so did the rest

Tracking Rustin was difficult because they had to pass through alleys and go around many buildings, and even with all their efforts, they lost him.

In the end, they decided to disperse and search for him around

After searching for twenty minutes, Seraphina found him and called the others

Everyone gathered at the place Seraphina had told them about

This place was a simple cafe

Rustin stood with a proud smile in front of a young man with white hair

They were able to recognize this young man

What is Alexander doing with Rustin?.... Edward's pupils narrowed

Elizabeth walked up to Rustin. "Rustin, what were you thinking jumping off those buildings?"

Rustin was surprised by Elizabeth's sudden voice that came from behind him, making him instantly nervous

Alexander got up and put his hand on Rustin's shoulder. "Actually, he was bringing me some peach juice."

"..." Everyone looked at the dozens of cups of juice that were piled up on the table where Alexander was sitting
