CHAPTER THIRTEEN: Regeneration And Wind Haste. Haste.

After zooming in on the flies, I realized they had four pairs of legs and two pairs of fully functioning wings. The meal was excellent. I never had rabbits on Earth so I don't know if rabbits on Earth are also this tasty. If so, I missed out. Now that I know I can gain experience by just learning new skills and levelling up my skills, I think it's best to train the skills I already have and get new ones. I need a regeneration skill and a mana recovery skill.

I summoned my second ring and went to the bathroom. In the bathroom, I summoned Xebec and asked him; {How would you like to pierce me through the stomach?}.

{What are you saying, Master? There is no way I'll try to harm-} I stabbed myself in the stomach with Xebec. {Master! What are you doing? Why did you stab yourself? I am supposed to defend you and help you cut down your enemies. I'll become a cursed blade lost on an unknown planet if you die by my blade. Please! Don't kill yourself, Master. You promised me you would take me to the top of the Multiverse.}.

I watched as my (HP) that was being shown to me by Ansah went below fifty per cent and took a high (HP) potion from my ring. {That's what I'm trying to do right now.}. I telepathically told Xebec.

{How does stabbing yourself with me take me to the top of the multiverse?}.

{I am trying to get the regeneration skill.}. It hurts. It truly hurts. But I can bear it. After fighting the cheetah, I realized I had the best attributes of both Rox and Owusu. I have Rox's determination and Owusu's resilience. I guess you can call me Super Rox now. Haha. Ouch, it's painful. I started feeling weak when my (HP) went below twenty per cent so I drank the potion.

{You are lucky all of my skills were not active otherwise you will be dead by now.}. I forgot. I wanted the sharpest blade around so that I wouldn't feel too much pain. That's why I chose Xebec but I forgot that 'The Sky Splitting, Dimension Slashing Sabre Tooth Tiger' had skills. I could have died.

{Don't you trust your master? There is no way I'll activate your skills and stab myself with you. After all, without Kuma, I am not powerful enough to use your skills.}. I don't really know his skills. If I try to test him out, I'll cut down the whole forest. I don't know just how powerful the inhabitants of this planet are. If I show myself so early and there is even a higher mortal around, I am doomed.

{I guess you are right. But please don't use me to hurt yourself again. I can't withstand that torture anymore.}.

{You are the sharpest blade I have. Don't tell me you want me to suffer.}. I stabbed myself in the stomach with Xebec once more.

{And... You did it again. Just know that if I had wings, I'd fly away to look for a less suicidal master.}.

{As if... Since we are soul-bound, you are stuck with me until I die.}. I can also release him but there is no way I'll let my second trump card leave my hands. Figuratively speaking. I started feeling hungry after the second recovery although I had just eaten. I pulled some snacks out of my first ring and started gobbling them up. After the third recovery, I realized trying to recover my stamina through eating wasn't efficient so I had to rely on the few stamina potions I brought. By the fifth recovery, Xebec was so angry with me that he stopped talking with me. Ansah was also quiet so I let my home terminal play some funny videos for me while I continued stabbing myself.

Before I got the [Regeneration] skill, I had to stab myself twenty times and drink twenty high potions. I drank seven stamina potions which were about a quarter of what I brought. I lost ten gallons of blood which the travel bathroom distilled into five gallons of water. Come to think of it, I am yet to find a water source. I can't always rely on the things I brought.

I also gained [Basic Pain Resistance], [Basic Stab Resistance] and [Basic Physical Attack Resistance]

A while ago. After I was done creating my skills, Ansah, told me that she had found a way to describe elements in this multiverse to me.. According to her, all matter in the multiverse has mana in them. This is the greatest difference between Earth and this multiverse but if you put that aside, both worlds have elements, compounds and mixtures. It is true the mana aspect of matter can change its behavior but the physical side is similar to Earth's own. Hence, the reason why the travelling bathroom was able to distil my blood. She said she has made it such that appraisal will refer to elements and other things that are similar to those on Earth with their earthly names. If its mana content is affecting its behaviour, the prefix 'magic' will be added. If it has been completely altered by mana, then its real name will be used. After hearing her say that, I gave her access to mythical and fictional things in my memories and their definitions without allowing him access to the stories behind them. Ansah, after accessing those wanted more but I don't want to become like that MC who has a female dragon subordinate who is always trying to read other people's memories. I want to have some secrets. Already, Ansah has access to all the memories I have as Rox.

The narrative has been taken without authorization; if you see it on Amazon, report the incident.

I know my truth about those fictional materials will become her facts so if I have biased or flawed views on something, it will become her fact. Luckily, she can analyze the scientific memories herself and come to her own conclusions so my flawed views will only affect the recent memories and their interpretations. The reason the animals I've fought so far were simply called Ko rabbit and Ko cheetah and not Ko six-legged creatures is that on this planet, those are the normal versions of those animals.

After getting that out of the way, we talked about the reward I got from being the first to unlock the second phase of the system. Normally, you will have to be at least, at Lower Divine Realm before you can summon an aide but I can now summon one by sacrificing fifteen levels. I have to be at least level thirty before I can do that and when doing so, the levels that I am sacrificing shouldn't affect the realm that I am in. The aide that I can summon has to be one that I've met before or one out of three who are closest to me in personality and way of thinking. I can summon my second if I get to the Semi Spiritual Realm.

Although I met eighteen more Messengers in The Supreme God's Domain, the ones that I'll consider summoning will be Baartu and Aicis. Baartu is very well-mannered but I promised Aicis that I'll make her serve me. Also, based on how The Guardian referred to her, I think she must be very powerful. And to top it all up, she is the most beautiful woman I have ever seen if I don't consider the illusion I saw when I met The Existence the second time. Having her around will be a feast for my eyes.

After I was done bathing after I got the [Regeneration] skill, I went out to train my other skills and get a skill that would make me recover my mana faster but before that, I made sure I put my skills in the [Leveler]'s skill slots. Then I used [Privilege] to augment [Gale] and [Hasten] creating [Wind Haste]. I got 743008.4 experience from it because it was an advanced skill.

In my past life, I had a few accidents. One of those is one that I had while riding a bicycle to school early morning. The bicycle was a gift from Junior's parents to help me go to school early, as there was quite a distance between my house and the school.

On a certain day, while going to school on my bike, a passenger opened the door of a taxi and since I was too close to dodge or break, I clashed with the door and let's just say I had a nice big cut on my left knee afterwards. I was supposed to cry but I don't know if I hated my body or not, because I did not cry.

Why am I telling you this you say? Well, the points I got from the advanced skill [Wind Haste] made me level up to level thirteen. The pain I got from the rapid levelling was so much that I fainted for twenty-three hours. Great thanks to the system for making it such that the points from the legendary skills wouldn't instantly level me up because I would most definitely have died. I had some food and freshened up before I went to train outside the barrier. I saw the level twenty-seven cheetah watching me but I paid it no mind. I started sprinting through the forest with [Wind Haste]. [Wind Haste] allows the user to run one point four times faster than normal by reinforcing my muscles with mana. This at level one uses five hundred (MP) per second. If I provide it with one thousand (MP) per second, wind is produced at my back that propels me forward. I am able to run one point eight times faster this way. The amount of mana needed decreases by ten with every increase in level. Twenty-two seconds after I started the run, I found that my mana had been almost depleted. I had run seven kilometres around the barrier by now. I took two high (MP) potions to refill my (MP) and run again using [Wind Haste].

After the second run, I started feeling tired, so I asked Ansah if there was a way to show me how much stamina I had. She updated my status and showed me this;

Name: Rox Ben Nide.

Race: Supreme Divine Seed.

Level: 13.

Health Points(HP) = 104000.

Mana Points (MP) = 23/22320.

Strength (ST) = 10400.

Speed (S) = 178.8.

Durability (D) = 4800.

Stamina (E) = 12968/57600.

{Ansah, how is stamina usually used and how fast does my stamina recover? Add any extra information you deem necessary.}

"Stamina is used whenever an individual does something. If what is being done is not strenuous, the stamina may seem to not go down. This usually occurs when your stamina recovery is faster than the stamina you are using. By using skills, your stamina may go down very fast since skills that drain stamina usually drain a lot. Magic skills (skills that require mana to use) usually use equal amounts of stamina. Since magic spells do not require stamina, they use three times the mana necessary if it is a skill. If a person is proficient with a spell, the amount of mana needed may decrease but the same happens if a skill levels up. You recover one per cent of your stamina every fifty-three seconds."

My stamina really recovers fast. This explains why I didn't need to sleep too long on the day I left Soyzy. I want to train my [Wind Haste] skill but it is too taxing on my mana and stamina. If I continue using potions to recover, I'll run out of them in due time. I hope I'll get recovery skills for both stamina and mana before I run out. I trained [Rabbit Kick] afterwards and went home to eat.
