Lara and Sett quickly moved out together to Sett's house. It didn't take them long to fall in love with each other, which is very odd because Sett had always imagined himself dying alone with no one in his hands. The second he realized the person that Lara was, he didn't waste any second and shoot his shot. Lara wasn't the easiest person to get persuaded but through Sett's relentless attempts she finally gave in. Lara was very sweet and caring, but she had some boundaries that she didn't let anyone cross, and Sett was aware of that.

They proceeded to work on their ordinary jobs even after the big move but Sett started having only 8 hours shifts. Lara started to understand how much Sett liked the concept of the OtherWorld and although for her it was just something to pass time, for Sett was something to believe in. In the beginning, she didn't put too much thought into it, until one-day Sett went to her and asked:

"Sweetheart.." said Sett "I have been thinking about this for a while now and since we are in a stable situation, I would like to quit my job and start pursuing the OtherWorld".

This didn't entirely catch Lara by surprise, however, she still had her curiosities.

"That's very brave of you to come out like that and be honest with me." replied Lara "That shows that we are on the right path to solidifying our relationship even more. Although for me those things are just something fun to spend the time with, I know that for you are completely the opposite, so I won't be too judgy on that and I wanna try to understand that. You can definitely quit your job and continue your research."

"REALLY?" exclaimed Sett. "Do you really mean it?"

"Yes I do," replied Lara. "However, I would like to know the details. What do you plan on doing."

"Yes yes, I was about to get there." continued Sett "So, remember that in the book that we read together, there were some signs of possible coordinates where you can find the location of a rune page. On that rune page, you will be instructed on what to do next. And I'm really hoping I will get to that so we can find the mysteries of the other worlds."

"Okay, I see what you mean now. I remember reading that part clearly," said Lara puzzled. "Alright then, giving it a shot won't hurt anyone. Especially when you are passionate about it".

"It will be all worth it, I promise."

4 MONTHS LATER

Lara had gotten pregnant but since it was still the first few weeks of pregnancy, she was okay with going to work still. She was starting to get more worried about Sett because he had personalized the basement completely for his project. And during this time, it had no result. One night when they were dining together, Lara pulled out a box for him.

"Happy Anniversary my love," said Lara.

"Wait what, today is our anniversary?" replied Sett shocked. "I'm so sorry, I've been really caught up in all of my things that I completely forgot about it."

"It's okay silly, I know how much you are working," said Lara.

Sett takes the box and slowly starts opening it up. He took his time because he was disappointed in himself how he didn't remember such an important event on his life. Sett really isn't a bad guy; or a mad one either. It's just that for once in his life, he finally felt like he had a purpose, so he was using all of his time to properly investigate all the sources that might be helpful to him. After opening up the box, he sees a key inside it.

"A key?" asks Sett.

"Yes, that's the key that was gifted to me for being the first one to acquire the book of 'The Otherworld'. And since that book made all of this happen, I wanted you to have it." replied Lara.

"That's very sweet of you." said Sett, "But why is this thing so rusty?"

"Rusty?" asked Lara, "I don't remember it being rusty. If I have to be honest, I wrapped this up last month cause I already knew what I wanted to gift you. But I don't

remember it being so rusty."

Without wasting any second, Sett takes the key and throws it on the floor, making the key break. Lara yells in surprise.

"What are you doing?" asks Lara.

"See, I knew it." replies Sett, "There was a hidden thing inside the key. But what is this?"

A number! Its a series of numbers. The two start inspecting it and waste a lot of minutes on it. Sett tries to think about all the possible things it could mean, but without having any success. Then Lara suddenly remembers that there was a part of the book that had a series of numbers. The only numbers in that book. They quickly go and fetch the book just to realize that Lara was right. It doesn't take much for Sett to find the page cause he had the book completely memorized and that page only has a location.

"More Shoe."

"That's located not too far away from your old work," said Lara.

"Yes yes yes!!" exclaims Sett, "This is the location I have been waiting for."

"Let's rest for tonight and tomorrow we will go together there," suggested Lara.

"Yeah, sounds like a good plan," answered Sett.

And they both go back to bed. The morning was a normal one for Lara, she woke up excited to finally have an adventure with his fiance, considering it had been a long time since they had been close to each other. However, she got up just to find the other side of the bed empty. When she entered the living room, Sett had just come home.

"Where were you?" asked Lara.

"I went to the location, and guess what?" said Sett, "I found the freaking rune page! I knew it, I knew it!"

"But.. we were supposed to go together," said Lara in disbelief.

"It wasn't anything special, I actually saved you the ugly journey till there," replied Sett.

"That's not the point, you promised we would go together." said Lara back, "I don't like this."

"I'm sorry my love, but I promise, it will be all worth it." said Sett, "Aren't you excited for me."

And for the first time, Lara left without saying a word.

8 MONTHS LATER

Lara descends to the basement quickly.

"I'm not feeling well, I think my waters broke," said Lara.

"Isn't it gorgeous?" replied Sett.

A bright light was emitting from the basement and it was lighting the entire place. He had finally managed to make a portal. To where tho?

"What is that?" said Lara.

"The portal, I did it! I finally did it!" said Sett, "Now I can make you proud."

"The only way you can make me proud right now is by going to the hospital with me and witnessing the birth of our daughter," replied Lara.

"I can't, not right now, I'm sorry," said Sett back.

"What are you talking about?" asked Lara angrily.

Sett without a moment of hesitation jumped into the portal but was caught off guard because Lara knew what would happen and was holding Sett by her hands.

"What are you doing!?" yelled Sett, "I don't know what will happen if 2 people travel through this, let alone 3!"

"I don't care" screamed Lara.
