I awoke to Vickey poking me and whispering in my ear "we need you planetside". I detached from my pile and cleaned up quickly. My VR booted up and I opened my eyes. I found myself surrounded by 4 men with insignia on their shirts that I didn't care about. I stood and they all jumped.

"What is powering this facility". Straight to business I guess "it's fusion power and it's safe". Another spoke up "you flew here with no transponders". I looked at him "well the tornado hit while the application was in the mail". They didn't find that funny.

The rest of the meeting was like the others, why am I here blah blah blah. "So your privately funded" I nodded "yea, by me" another miss.

"Listen gentlemen all you need to know is all you get from me is help ok" They nodded.

I saw Sandy at the window so I made my escape. "Well that was unpleasant" I said to her and she laughed "well that is why you are here I'm just here for the sick" she laughed. "How are things flowing here?" She smiled "a good chunk of the town has been through the beds. And except for the crew in the conference room people have been good. There were a few times we almost needed a backup ship but people were patient. I might design an overflow ship" she shook her head. "There is time for that later. Thank you for dealing with them".

I smiled "no problem that's what I'm here for". I chuckled. I stood and returned to the group in the conference room and sat in my chair "is there anything else?" Getting nothing I disconnected.

There was my coffee and nose lick. I realized I didn't check in with Becky but that can wait. The kits were huddled around a tray on the floor finishing their breakfast. "Vickey I had a thought about the moon base".

She appeared with a smile "how about half city half small town feel?" Her smile broadened. "That same idea can be used on earth as well. We can make islands" I looked at her "fixed to an existing island or independent"

"both are easy to do".

"Well it's nice to know we have options. How is the bank going?" An evil smile "I've been selling metals and I can beat most bots so trading is fun, you're up to 3.7 billion" I shook my head as that "ok is that it for me for now?" I got a yes and hit the shower complete with body jets.

It took a bit of looking but I found the infamous housecoats and made one. Ok I relent, it was like sitting on a cloud. Lisa and Kim saw me and started laughing hysterically so I just stuck out my tongue and relaxed.

My armband went off and it was Lexi "hi papa" she said with a smile. "Hey sweetie how are things"

"Good papa I have a question" I smiled. "one of my friends little brother is really sick and I was wondering if maybe if you're not busy".

I smiled "do you know what is wrong with him?" She looked offscreen for a sec nodded then looked back "she says MS can we help him" I got a nod from Vicky "yes we can are you there now?" She nodded "your coming now" she sounded excited "ask if they have any plans for a few hours". She nodded then looked away then back "nope".

"Ok I will be there in about 20 min, I will home in on your signal". I got a huge smile and a nod.

I got dressed and went to the RV, we were still above Texas so it was a scenic trip.

I pulled up in front of the address and Lexi and another girl came running out. The young girl politely introduced herself "can you really help my brother?"

"Of course little one" Lexi nudged her "see told ya".

"Let's go meet your parents and your brother". She looked at me "it's just mom she is feeding my brother". She took off for the door and Lexi gave me a hug "thank you papa". "Anytime sweetie".

I mussed her hair and she hit me for it. Inside I saw a nice home and well maintained just the odd toy. Mom was in the kitchen feeding my patient. I extended my hand "hello there I'm Brad I'm lexis papa".

She smiled and shook my hand "I've seen what you have done on the news, can you really help my baby". I nodded "why don't you and him come with me and let's get started". By the time we got to the RV the girls were already at the replicator. She put him on the bed and I started the scan, he was out instantly. It showed 2 hours, he must be in bad shape for that much work.

"So your Jaden's dad" she said laying back on the sofa. "I see where she gets it now". I looked at her "gets what" she smiled "her looks, I know her mom and she must get it from you". I brought up a picture of the old me and she examined it and nodded her head. "I like the new look as well" she caught me off guard when she got up and brushed my arm.

"Are you hungry or thirsty?" I got up and went to the replicator and she followed.

"Girls are you hungry" seeing them drinking hot chocolate at the table.

Ok this is nuts I'm over 2 meters tall and she is half my size and she has me pinned in the galley kitchen. She grabbed my arm as she looked at the menu. "Vickey a little help here" I thought in my head and got back laughter.

She appeared and informed me of a non emergency I needed to address so I excused myself and went back to the medbed. "What the hell was that" more laughter. "That was you handsome. You need to really look in a mirror, I made you to be wanted by women. You will attract them with not just your looks, you have your aura. She set her sights on you the minute she saw you. If she is having naughty thoughts your aura might be escalating the situation".

"Oh great. I have 2 hours to kill" more laughter. Dealing with aggressive women is something I have no training in, especially in my former life.

I turned and she was still at the replicator so I went to help. "It can make any food you want".

"Oh I can think of a lot of things" she put her hand on my chest. I smiled and got a sandwich and sat at the table, the girls were now missing. She got a sandwich also and sat across from me. At least her attention will be on the food for a while. I was just about to take a bite when her foot touched my leg. She was looking at her food the entire time.

My comm went off and I excused myself and answered the call from Jaden "dad I want to let you know Lexi's friend" I cut her off "I'm there now and your friend is let's say aggressive" more laughter this time hysterical. "I need a little help please". She said ok between laughing fits.

I took a second before I turned around. I heard the triplets "you got this" I'm doomed.

I went back to the table and she was eating part of my sandwich. I let her know that it was Jaden and she is coming for some business. She looked disappointed but not deterred. I could see her working out how much time she had before Jaden would show up. It was 12 minutes, I had a countdown on my wrist.

I took a seat and thought I just have to drag eating out for that long. I ate and asked about her son and daughter. That worked, she gushed about her kids and how nice it would be to have her son again. She started to cry and like most men, I panicked.

I stood and within seconds she was in my arms. She hit me so hard I stumbled back onto the sofa and she followed me down. She ended up seated in my lap with her arms around me. She was in someone's spot and was making no attempt to move.

Jaden pulled up, she didn't move.

Jaden came in, she didn't move.

Jaden just looked at her then me and shrugged, she went to touch her when she spoke. "I know you're there Jaden. I'm sorry but I have never felt safer than I do right now". Jaden looked at me and stifled a laugh. "Dad we need to go over the plans at least if you can".

My eyebrows came together but relaxed when mom moved. "I will let you get to it" she jumped up and went to her son. I looked at Jaden with an expression that showed stress. "Help me" she shook her head and went back to mom. I went to the driver's seat and brought up a display to distract myself.

I was looking at some videos about me being there to abduct people and giggled when I felt a hand on my shoulder. Jaden looked down at me "she will calm down now I told her your married well not yet but close enough". I nodded at that and went back to my video till I heard the ping from the medbed.

By the time I got back there he was in her arms laughing and mom was crying, I just stood and smiled. She passed off her son to Jaden and was plastered to my chest again thanking me. That when she looked up at me, grabbed me by the shirt and kissed me, and there was nothing held back. She pulled away and blushed and I think I did too. She picked up her son, asked Jaden if she was coming over later and left.

"Dad" giggle "I should have warned you but that was too funny". I looked at her and shook my head "I'm going back into space where I know my what's going on". I got a hug and left.

Back on the ship I got stopped by Lisa who looked at me sternly "who was in my spot" I put my hands in the air "it was a friend of Jaden's I cured her son". Her face softened "your mine first but don't rule her out, I like her scent". She walked away leaving me speechless. Like what the hell do you say to that.

"You will have many mates my love" she came in for a hug. "How many are we talking about here?" I looked down and she looked at me "half a dozen would be ok with me". My eyes shot open "let's keep that on the back burner for now ok" she nodded. Kim cut in "12 kits could be from 12 wives" I looked at her "you're not helping" she laughed "if we are going by the writings you have a lot more".

"We need to train you on that aura" Vicky cut in. "I will come up with some training regiments".

I nodded at that and decided to check in with Sandy but found she was taking a nap , good she is taking care of herself. Sleep sounded good so I went to my bedroom finding Lisa right behind me. She reasserted dominance of her spot and we were out.
