Tiphoon knew.
It had always known much more than it had taught the Seed it took from Gaia.
It knew that the small Seed would be useful, but also innocent.
That it would not be able to differentiate truth from lies.
And that was exactly as it wished to be.
Tiphoon watched at the child he got from Gaia ensured that those who didn’t got “blessed” with his Cocoon were destroyed as they should be from the beginning.
The time of Chaos had ended. He was Tiphoon. He was Storm and Lightning.
The boy would bring him to the next stage, and neither the planetary spirit or its servant needed to know anything else for now.
And that was why the boy couldn’t see those who had white seeds. And that was why Tiphoon itself would always intervene when necessary.
Still, one other intelligence eventually did things to make his efforts less forceful.
The World Tree had since much long ago understood what would happen with the world, and what was his intent.
It mattered not to him, since that thing couldn’t do much against his power.
Unless it effectively tried to take his own body, his own planet away, Tiphoon would forever be much larger and bigger than it.
Besides, what if it tried to do it?
His soul along was so massive it could crush the Tree in a few seconds. Its lines and qi patterns could be undone at any time it wished for it.

It had no reason to worry.
Instead, the Trees’ influence was focused on helping the Seed Tiphoon got from Gaia - her Lord, Father and also Creator - avoiding the erosion of its mind and easing its “life” amongst mortals.
It would clear the world of white seeds between Eons, so the Overseer wouldn’t have its mind too eroded by Tiphoons’ influence against its perception of reality.
It would instruct the Angels that the Overseer created and, eventually, it even started to help other beings of great power, hopping that after its demise the world wouldn’t have to go through a White-Seed dominated Era again.
It started to create and maintain kingdoms for the sake of its master. First it tried to suppress the White Seeds, but that was impossible. There just wasn’t enough Cocoons for all. Not with only the Overseer as a Complete Seed.
So it worked hard and harder. It looked for ways, it tested all it could. Somewhat, it became noble. It became a protector. Loved, revered. It became as a god, and so it began to instruct all. And through instruction, it managed to shape tradition.
It paved the way for its’ Lords’ path, as the Tree had been instructed by time, by life, by Immortals, by Sages, Gods and Enlightened.
It followed its own path, and that path was a path of servitude and sacrifice.
It lived for its master, and it would die to pave its way towards a higher level of existence. It would even lie to him and scheme to warrant that his actions would lead to a certain end. This was its eternal loyalty to its’ Lord.
The same all above a certain level of Enlightenment, be them Buddhas or Furious Buddhas, had.
A certain Loyalty for themselves above everything - which translated itself on loyalty to the one who created them and its path.
Of course, those with White Seeds amongst them could not control their own emotions too well, so they sometimes rebelled against themselves. They would form things like the White Order, even when their minds and spirits told them otherwise.
Yes, they would do so. Or would. With the experience and knowledge of the Old Eras, how could the Great Beings above Demi-Gods allow for the white-seeded born amongst them to remain as they were?
Very few went against tradition in the Heavens. Very few survived the fiery punishments of Hell.
So, an order as strong as the first White Order was never born.
No matter. Even the destiny of the White-Seeded is to grow. And once they do it, they will help to guide their father towards enlightenment - they intending to do so or not.
