Chapter 30: Dominio Baltuk

Dominio, a prankster in this school, is a teacher who teaches the art of combat inside this Lapis Academy. He also has other names.

Like the one with the Baltuk’s blood flowing in his veins or the fact that he is a member of Spectrum, a criminal group that belongs to the government.

There are no links between them and the government, and yet all of their actions always benefit the government.

Despite being a B-rank, he is strong enough to assassinate an A-rank due to the government’s training and the blessing of his blood.

A powerful Supreme could cast his will upon the world and himself, altering his genetic code to suit his capability, basically evolving into a new race.

Because of that, those who have their blood attain some unique trait that separates us from others.

The same is true for the Baltuk, who gains the trait of the animal that their mark appears to be, and for our teacher here, it is a butterfly.

After laughing like he never had, he looked at Kang with curious eyes and then suddenly pull his face close to him to the point where their noses almost touched.

The smiling face is gone, from it, a frown can be seen.

His voice has a subtle sense of irritation. After all, disguise is essential for an agent like him.

Derious, unable to contain his anger, lashed out at Dominio; he shot a black lightning bolt right at his forehead and then proceeded to slam his head to the ground.

Before Derious could understand what was going on, he felt someone suddenly behind him. He tried to dodge but got hit by the neck.

“W-what...?”

“The first rule in combat is never lower your guard.”

He got hit by the neck, knocking him out of consciousness. Dominio then tells Shin

“Pick up the kid; we will begin the class right now.”

“...Yes, sir.”

When everything was settled, he stepped out of the board and snapped his fingers. Causing the portal to close, leaving an ordinary chalkboard.

“Well then, let’s begin our class now, shall we?”

Saying so, he took a look at the door and then looked back at the class.

Inside the darkness, Beelzebub is sitting in a makeshift chair with Alissa next to him.

“That Shin guy is a little weak, though.”

Cheering at the jealous girl, I take a look at the surroundings. This place always amused me; a moving domain is always useful, and my weight doesn’t affect the speed.

But the space is cramped, about half of the room we stayed in before. I can only sit down because if I stand up, my head will appear on the other side of the shadow.

A loud stepping sound reverberates through the entire hall; something heavy is approaching slowly. I hurriedly command the dog to slide to the corner of the roof. Hiding in the blind spot, I look at the metal monster right below me.

A towering creature double my size strides out of the corridor in a menacing-looking style. This thing looks like a medieval knight in full armor, clad in chainmail and wearing a polished houndskull helmet.

The knight holds a sword at its right, readying itself as if preparing for battle. With a dark aura highlighting the metallic sheen of the armor. There is nothing beneath the helmet, but it feels like something is gazing at me.

The security, the group of cyborgs made by the supreme himself, are extremely capable and can kill any intruder on the side; they may look like knights, but beneath is multiple artillery ready to blast those pests out of existence.

A walking invention of that boundless being, those soulless things, is quite new to me, but this will also be quite troublesome. These creatures are able to look at mana itself, making my sneak spell useless, so the moment I got caught by it, it’s game over.

… But why are there souls in this thing, and this kind of soul is the same as that bastard from the forest?

Walking for a few steps, it suddenly turns its head about 360 degrees, looking right at me.

As the two figures are strolling, they happen to be Thane and Vanella, who are chatting with each other.

“You think Dominio will do his job properly?”

Inside the classroom, Dominio is currently slamming kids down left and right like bullying. No kid was harmed, but their pride was shattered. And it was further broken by his mocking laugh.
