In a valley surrounded by the mountains was a castle. Tall, standing proud just like the Tyrant that resided in it. The castle had walls of around fifty meters in height, and was constantly being patrolled by the people, who worshipped the ruler of the castle like a cult. But today the situation had become worse as the Tyrant got to know that one of his prized possessions was no longer among the living.

A figure could be seen sitting on the throne made of bones and skulls, of dragon, phoenix and other legendary beings. The figure was clad in dark armor which was hard to decipher if it was even made of a material or if it was just mist covering the figure. The face of the figure had a long scar running along the right side of the cheek. The figure would’ve had a handsome face, if only the scar was not present. The red glowing eyes of the figure were hovering over each and every person present in the throne room.

“Tell me one goddamn reason as to why I should not kill all of you?” A commanding voice asked the people present in the throne room. There were three general, some of his trusted people who would lay their lives for him and also some of the people from this realm.

“My King, we do not know how this happened but we assure you to bring the head of the one who did it.” Said one of the three generals, he was a tall burly man, his body made for war, he had black hair with short and clean cut beard.

“Your assurance is of no use Xander, the one who died was Vorgrim and none of you could even so much as put a scratch on that lizard. It was me who captured him and had him on a leash but someone here had the guts to go against me and put that lizard in a dungeon that was connected to some other place and now it’s gone!!!” The commanding voice became angrier and filled with killing intent. Just the voice was enough to make all the people present in the room to force them to their knees. While this was happening, a knock was heard on the door to the throne room and the doors opened before anyone could even say anything. A soldier rushed inside the room panting, out of breath. Even though the soldier was catching up his breath. The commanding voice was again heard and forced the soldier to kneel. “What is the thing that is so important that you have to intrude in the throne room?”

“My…Ki..ng, it’s the rebellion.” The soldier said slowly, trying to catch his breath and answer to his King. As soon as he finished saying, a thick killing intent covered the entire room causing a lot of people to fall unconscious, unable to bear it. Only the three generals were conscious, struggling to not fall unconscious in front of their King.

-Ayer’s POV-

‘Dammit ! These bastards can’t even stop a rebellion. Maybe I should’ve just killed them all a long time ago.’ I teleported outside the castle and flew towards where I could sense a large number of people gathered. When I arrived there, I could see the previous leaders of this realm, who had reluctantly surrendered to my rule facing against my army, their own brethren. There were at least a million people of the billions that I had ordered my generals to kill. I teleported again, this time right in front of the leaders, while putting a helmet on my face to hide the scar.

I looked on as everyone froze, looking at me like they had seen a ghost. I knew that I had been a Tyrant but everyone had their reasons to be someone they had tried so hard not to become.

“I will ask you only one time. Why are you rebelling against me?” I said while using an enhancing spell to make sure that everyone on the battlefield heard it.

“We are fighting for our rights and our freedom!!!” I heard a collective voice from the leaders. The three leaders of the only kingdoms in this realm.

“Did I not give you enough freedom?” I asked them but the only response I got was an arrow flying towards me. Seeing that arrow flying towards me I caught it in my hand and threw it in the dirt.

“So death is what you seek.” I said while looking at the three leaders and used a mass destruction spell. One of my most lethal spells, covering the entire battlefield.”Unholy Nova” spreading a heatwave of death killing everyone on the rebellion side. A few seconds later, only silence remained. Even my own army was baffled. They were the people of this world who had given up and chosen to follow my commands. Seeing that the silence was not going to end soon, I looked up at the sky of this realm and thought about the scar, the battle, the fear and the despair that I had faced at that time. The same one these people had felt when facing against me. 'Am I the same as him?' I questioned myself.

-A Few Minutes Later-

After dealing with the rebellion, I teleported back to the throne room, everyone in the room was conscious again and the generals were discussing something amongst themselves. Sensing my presence in the throne room everyone became silent.

“This Realm is of no use to us. Get everyone ready. I’ll be coming back with the ship in a few days and we will move out to find what killed that lizard.”

-Earth-

-Liz’s POV-

It was night time and Vorgrim had just finished torturing the hell out of Leo. I had used the dimensional space spell and put all of the five leaders of the Dead Realm with their people and told them to wait for some time. The three of us were in the study room inside the penthouse, while our precious guest was currently unconscious, surrounded by a barrier and tied to a chair in one of the rooms of the penthouse.

“Reinard, send one of your clones to Leo’s Guild to take his role and get more information on him. Although what Vorgrim got from Leo is enough to have him killed several times over in front of the public. We have to make sure that there are no loopholes in the plan. If his people find out that he is missing, they are going to go look for him and I do want to wait until that but we don’t have a lot of time. I have a feeling that something bigger is about to go down and a lot of things are gonna happen.” I said to Reinard while looking at Leo, through the walls of the penthouse. Even though he looked neat and clean, the same could not be said about his surroundings. It was filled with blood, flesh and bones. It was like a butcher had brutally killed something just to vent out his anger.

“Liz, why do you want to rush it? We have a lot of time and even if his people find out, we can just kill them.” Reinard said.

“It’s just this feeling that I have got and you know that it’s never wrong. I also know we can do that but those people are one of the finest this world has and we can’t risk losing resources. These adventurers are a resource and we can’t just produce more. So we have to be careful about this and not let Leo’s people find out.” I said.

“Fine, I’ll send a clone and get more information. About that interview, when do you want to do it?” Reinard asked.

“We’ll do it in a few days once we get more information. Vorgrim, I want you to be on the lookout for any anomalies around the world, I know that your senses are sharp and can cover the entire world. So look out for them and make sure you report back to me. The people of the Dead Realm can wait for a while, we have to solve this issue first.”

-In The Space Outside The Realm Of Eloryon-

In the ever expanding space of the universe. A high-tech space ship could be seen whose size could not be defined, it was expanding and contracting at the same time. Adjusting according to the amount of people being present in it.

-Inside the Space Ship-

"Have you found the last co-ordinates of that Lizard?" Ayer asked as he looked through the window present right in the front of the space ship where the control room was, looking at the emptiness outside, he thought of the Lizard that he had captured. He was a good fighter and was bound to be one of his generals in the long run, just like the ones that he had now but, someone betrayed him and even now he hasn't found out who it was.

"Yes Lord Ayer, we have found the last co-ordinates, it's five galaxies away from us. Should I set the route to it?" The captain of the space ship asked. He was one of the people who Ayer trusted a lot and had given him the authority to pilot the space ship along with his crew and was also one of the few people he had met at the start of his journey across the universe.

"Good. How much time will it take?" Ayer asked.

"It will take approximately five days to reach the galaxy." The captain replied.

-Liz's POV-

Two days had passed since the night that incident with Leo. Reinard's clone had already done a good job at finding out more of Leo's businesses and also found out some secrets that are surely going to not only just destroy his reputation but also his life.

I was sitting in a chair inside a news channel building's top most floor. Facing the head of this News Channel. It wasn't an old one but still popular among the people.

"You do know that this NEWS is not just a NEWS, right?" Jacob asked. He was the current leader of the Global Times, a news channel company started in New York right after the world went to shit and is one of the top most News Channels.

"I know Mr.Jacob and this may even cause chaos all over the world but you have to believe me. I am a businesswoman and I know how things work, this thing right here is the way for you to become the world's No.1 News Channel." I said while tapping on the folder under my finger, that was placed on the desk.

"Miss Scarlet, didn't you both just announce to the whole world about your engagement and the plan to marry in a few months?" Jacob asked. He had this look of annoyance on his face like the things that I was providing him were not true and this would cause a downfall for his company.

"We did and I am telling you that everything you need to know is in this folder. You just have to agree to this non-disclosure agreement and this treasure trove is yours." I could see the temptation on his face and it was enough to reign his doubtfullness and for his curiosity over take over.

"Fine, what's the harm in signing a non-disclosure agreement and getting to know some fake news. Nothing, right?" He took a pen from the pen stand on the desk and signed off the agreement.

Just as he finished signing it, he literally snatched the folder from under my palm that was still on the desk and started reading it.

-Ten Minutes Later-

"I..... don't know what to say about this but this is some next level shit. Sorry for my language but I am sure that anyone would say the same thing after reading this." Jacob said. He had already finished reading the information inside the folder five minutes ago, he was just processing what he had read.

"Well then Mr.Jacob, how about we discuss the details of the announcement now?" I said. That was the whole point of this thing. To get one of the most watched and heard News Channels to broadcast the things Leo had done, while doing a live announcement.

"Sure thing Miss Scarlet I get the feeling that those two bastards are gonna cry when they hear what our News Channel has to offer." He said while standing up to shake his hands with me and I reciprocated it.

-Two Days Later-

It was time for the downfall of one of the top most guilds in the world The Holy Paladins. A lot of people were present today at a hall specifically booked for this ocassion by the Global Times. Reporters and Journalists from the Global Times and a few other smaller companies that the Global Times had invited.

Everyone was discussing amongst themselves, trying to guess what announcement the Global Times was going to give. It was a pretty big deal when one of the top three News Channels had something to announce or show to the world.

While the Reporters and Journalists were trying to guess, a crowd was forming behind them. It was all for one person, whose name was written on the list of people whose were going to announce something from the Global Times. It was Scarlet, the one who had been engaged with the Guild Master of The Holy Paladins.

-Liz's POV-

"Are you ready Miss Scarlet?" Jacob asked me. The two of us were standing right outside the doors to the room full of reporters, journalists and shit ton of people crowding just because I was engaged to Leo.

"Never been so ready before. Let's do this." I said to Jacob and he opened the door for me to go in and soon he followed me.

The only thing I could hear after entering the room was people shouting my name. I ignored them and took a seat right in front of the reports and journalists as Jacob followed me and sat on his own seat.

"Alright alright, we understand you all are excited to hear the announcement. But please give us a moment of silence and then we can get to the announcement which we will be going to make today." Jacob said in a commanding tone, giving the cold CEO vibes which he totally did not give to me at all.

The whole lot of people went silent as Jacob took the lead, announcing the people who were with us and gave a brief speech about his company. I could see a lot of guards inside the hall and outside too. It was not just me and Jacob who were seated, there were a lot of people from his company. His most famous journalist and a few other directors of the Global Times. But none of them spoke a single word. It was just Jacob doing all the work and soon it would be my turn to speak and cause a lot of chaos in New York.

"...and so I would like to ask our special guest who came to us, had the courage to face the entire world and to announce a very important thing today, that may or may not change everyone's point of view. Please Miss Scarlet." I didn't focus on what he said this whole time expect for the last part where he ushered me to take the lead.

"It's a nice to see a lot of people present today and I would like to thank Global Times for giving me this opportunity to speak to the entire world." I said and took a pause for a few seconds.

"Now coming to the main point of this announcement, I will not sugarcoat my words. This announcement is going to be the downfall of one of the Top Most Guild Master. I know some of you may not even believe it and would even question the proof that I gathered-

"Miss Scarlet, what are you trying to say?" One of the reporters asked. 'Fucking impatient woman' I thought to myself but remained silent and gave her a smile.

"I am getting to that point so please be patient and listen." I said.

"I want everyone to look at the dark side of humanity or more like the dark side of our guardians. I know that some of you will say that, it's okay to have a dark side and we can just ignore it if the bright side has helped us and all but, just shut up and listen. I will only give this warning one time and there will be consequences of going against it." I said and looked at some of the reporters and journalists who had their lips twitching, wanting to say something but didn't get a chance after listening to my threat.

I nodded towards Jacob and he turned on the hundered inch T.V mounted on the wall right behind us. A title showed, The Unholy Paladins. Written by Jacob and Evidences provided by Scarlet. Edited by some random guy whose name I won't take and a bunch of other credits.

Before Jacob could switch the slide. One of the journalists spoke.

"Mr. Jacob what are you trying to prove here by showing us this?" It was a woman who had asked this question.

"Just shut up and look at the slide and if you want, you can record it." I said while glaring at the woman, the same one who had interrupted my speech.

Jacob completely ignored the woman and set the slide to play on its own with each slide getting at least two minutes time for everyone to read. There were even some videos present in the slide that just showed the people what the reality of their guardians was.
