The three descended through the clouds, Bai Jing could now better see the surrounding land of the sect.
Origin Mountain was like a wall from behind Bai Jing, thanks to its massive size. It contained many different environments.
Some parts were rocky, others were like a forest, a river ran down part of the mountain that split into streams and ponds, even a small sandy desert could be found within.
Throughout the environments plenty of cave abodes could be spotted as well as small huts and houses. Some places had various structures that made it look like a small village.
A little ways out from the base of the mountain was a ring of buildings that seemed to want to surround the mountain. Various buildings, shops, and other structures made up the ring and people could be seen throughout the elongated city.
"That is Origin City, many cultivators and even mortals reside there. New disciples can bring family members over to reside there. This can allow for a steady stream of talents that can join the sect. Many rogue cultivators also take up residence there as plenty of cultivation resources come through, it has become one of the best trade hubs in the continent." Jiang Fu was explaining the scenery as the trio flew into the distance.
"Some disciples and elders will also choose to reside there once they can no longer breakthrough or due to special circumstances. Normally disciples are not allowed to live in the city unless it is part of a mission." Jiang Fu continued.
Bai Jing nodded looking further out, at the surrounding landscape.
Various small and large mountains littered the area as far as the eye can see. Most of the mountains were in a forestry region but various other regions existed, Bai Jing even spotted a mountain that seemed to be leaking out a river of lava and erupting. A few mountains were enveloped in mist, their true form couldn't be seen. Bai Jing liked the mountains floating in mid air the best, hoping her new residance would be on one of them.
Cave abodes and huts could also be spotted on and around the mountains, as well as majestic villas and smaller residences.
Bai Jing sighed at the beautiful scenery as she flew into the distance.
....
Within the training grounds of the Yan Clan.
"Haaaa!"
*Shwosh*
A spear shot out like lightning, covered in a dense yellow aura, striking at a giant boulder of metal and rock.
The spear pierced through like butter, then nothing else happened.
After the spear pierced the boulder the man who held the spear made no movements, only one of the young mans hands gripping the end of the spear, the other lay by his side.
A breath later a tremor passed through the boulder and it started to break away into numerous small pebbles, scattering to the ground.
The young man willed some pebbles to come into his hand, he observed them.
"I'm still far away from mastering it." The young man murmured, a drop of sweat falling to the ground.
The young man put the spear on his shoulder and stretched his neck, causing cracking sounds.
This young man was Yan Chen. Since the last time Bai Jing saw him he had changed just slightly. He now looked a bit taller and more handsome, but the biggest change was his aura. He was now at the Core Formation stage.
Yan Chen waved his hand causing the ground to vibrate and swallow all the scattered pebbles, then with another hand motion a boulder dropped to the ground, similar to the previous one.
Yan Chen backed up a few steps then started concentrating and circulating his Qi with his spear perpendicular to his body.
As this happened a sudden shout resounded in the area, directed towards Yan Chen.
"Young Master, Young Master! I have just received news about Young Miss Bai Jing!"
A young man in a black robe came running over at a fast speed.
Yan Chen seemed annoyed at first when the shout come, but once the young man finished speaking Yan Chen's eyes widened in joy.
Yan Chen speedily appeared in front of the young man, grabbing him by the shoulder.
"Gahh!" The young man let out a squeal from the impact as his momentum stopped.
"What about her? I heard she returned to the Bai Clan a month ago. Did grandfather allow me to go visit her?" Yan Chen aggressively questioned.
'I've finally reached Core Formation stage. I'm a little closer to you now. I'll show you that I can always keep up and stay by your side!'
Yan Chen's fist was clenched tightly and his eyes seemed to pass through the young servant, looking into the distance.
"Ah, n-no Young Master, I was just informed that Young Miss Bai Jing has joined the True Origin Sect!"
Yan Chen's eyes widened in surprise for a moment.
'The Bai Clan let her join the sect? That's a surprise!'
'No, this is my chance, I must also join! I need to see grandfather.' Yan Chen thought with conviction, his gaze resolute.
Yan Chen ignored the young man and flew off towards a large building in the center of the Yan Clan.
Simultaneously, in a pocket realm within the Yan Clan.
Yan Gu sat upon the corpse of a twenty meter long, tiger-like demonic beast with two long scaly tails, listening to a pretty young lady with long black hair relaying similar information to what Yan Chen received, her head bowed down.
Yan Gu's robe was torn, a bloody gash on his arm, his gaze was fierce and aura strong. He had also reached the Core Formation stage.
Once the young lady finished speaking Yan Gu immediately flew up without a word, heading towards the pocket realm's exit, an excited look on his face. The pretty young lady expressionlessly followed behind him on a flying sword.

Mortal Continent.
A handsome young man in black robes walked up to some disciples in yellow robes standing guard in front of the Dawn Creation Sect. Following behind the man was a pretty young girl clad in white, she looked to be around fifteen years old.
Seeing the young man strolling towards them without a care, one of the more burly disciples stepped out and shouted.
"Who goes there? This is the Dawn Creation Sect, state your purpose!"
The burly man took a couple glances at the pretty girl after that, admiring her icy blue eyes and silver, almost platinum hair.
The young man calmly clasped his hands with a slight bow.
"I'm here to use your sect's teleportation formation. If you could kindly let me pass."
"Huh? Go to the city in that case, only disciples and guests are allowed to use the sect's teleportation formation. Who are you?"
"Jiang Chen!" The young man simply replied.
"Jiang Chen?" The burly disciple questioned and looked at this fellow disciples with an enquiring look.
The other disciples shook their head, indicating they don't know about him.
"Never heard of you, unless you have a letter or token you can't enter!" The burly man shook his head and replied.
"Like this?" Jiang Fu asked, taking out a token with a mountain and "Jiang" carved on it.
The burly disciple stared at the token in confusion for a moment.
"That means nothing, leave or I'll have to escort you out. There is a city and town with teleportation formations the way you came, go there. It shouldn't take you more than three days."
Jiang Chen shook his head in refusal.
"You!" The burly disciple was annoyed.
"I need to go to the True Origin Sect of the Xuan Continent! Other places don't have such intercontinental formations." Jiang Chen stepped forward as he said this.
"W-what the hell are yo-." The burly disciple started.
"WAIT!" A thin disciple in the back suddenly shouted.
The thin disciple shot a glance at the burly disciple, who seemed to receive a message and backed off. Then the thin disciple then walked toward Jiang Chen and apologized with a bow.
"I'm sorry for the inconvenience Mister Jiang Chen, allow me to contact an Elder about this, it will only take a moment."
Jiang Chen nodded impassively and stepped back.
The thin disciple looked grateful, quickly taking out a jade slip and putting it to his forehead for a moment, then putting it away.
Jiang Chen and the disciples waited in silence for a little over a minute before a man with a stubbly beard came rushing through the air, riding on a sword.
The man quickly landed before the disciples and they all bowed in unison, shouting.
"Greetings Elder Hanyi!"
Elder Hanyi nodded at the disciples then turned towards Jiang Chen with a smile on his face.
"You must be Jiang Chen, may I see the token you showed earlier?"
"Of course senior!" Jiang Chen was respectful, as he could gauge other cultivators strength and could tell this man was at least Late-stage Core Formation, if not Peak.
Taking out the token and showing it to Elder Hanyi, his smile grew wider and Elder Hanyi became more respectful towards Jiang Chen.
"Just call me Hanyi. Sir Jiang please follow me to the sect, it won't be a problem to use the teleportation formation."
Elder Hanyi then waved his hand, causing a black and gold chariot to appear, hovering on the ground, big enough for four people to comfortably sit.
"Wow, it's Elder Hanyi's War Chariot!"
"It's the first time I've seen it."
"Ya, I heard he managed to escape from a Nascent Soul cultivator with no injuries thanks to it. I wish I could take a ride!"
The disciple murmured amongst themselves.
"Oh and this is...?" Elder Hanyi asked, glancing at the girl behind Jiang Chen.
"This is Yue my... friend. I was hoping I could bring her with me if that's possible, it's okay even if I have to pay." Jiang Chen reassured, taking the girl's wrist from behind him and moving her to his side.
The young girl smiled bashfully towards Elder Hanyi and bowed.
"Hahaha, I'm sure it won't be too much of an issue. There is a feast being prepared and someone would like to meet you. I'm sure if you ask him he would agree." Elder Hanyi laughed it off while gesturing for the two to enter the carriage.
Jiang Chen let go of Yue's wrist and walked into the carriage, Yue followed closely.
Soon the three shot of in the chariot, towards the sect, the disciples watching enviously.
The burly disciple wiped off some sweat on his forehead and patted the thin disciples back.
"I owe you one brother!"
The thin disciple smiled and reached out his hand.
"Then pay me back all the spirit stones you owe me, with interest!"
"..."
It wasn't long before Elder Hanyi was leading Jiang Chen and Yue into a dining room. After leading them in, he closed the door and waited with his head bowed respectfully.
Jiang Chen was looking around the room, only seeing some food and various rare spirit fruits on the table that drew his interest when a calm voice resounded.
"You must be Jiang Chen. To receive Vice-Sect Master's token you must truly be a monster."
Jiang Chen was startled, as before he did not notice anyone else in the room. He looked around and finally saw a middle aged man with a goatee sitting in a chair before the dining table. The man radiated no aura and seemed like a mortal.
'How could I not have noticed him before! He must be a Nascent Soul cultivator.'
Jiang Chen used a secret technique to try and judge the others strength but he got nothing.
'No, his cultivation must be even higher than Nascent Soul. What is he doing here? The spirit energy here shouldn't be enough to support his cultivation, his vitality seems very high and still in his prime.' Jiang Chen's thoughts were racing, he felt like an ant before this man.
The man just smiled and gestured with his hand.
"Please sit!"
Jiang Chen nodded and sat down with Yue.
"Take a seat too little Hanyi."
"Yes Master!" Hanyi happily called out.
The middle aged man smiled and crossed his fingers. Silently staring at Jiang Chen, trying to find something special about him.

......
It didn't take too long before Jiang Fu, who was leading the two women, came to a stop.
Bai Jing and Ying Ying looked around but the nearest mountain was still a bit away. In front of them was only a small forest.
"Are we there?" Enquired a puzzled Bai Jing.
Turning around Jiang Fu looked proud as he cleared his throat to speak.
"Ahemm, you might not know this but one must be at least an inner disciple to occupy a mountain as it's owner. Even so, not all inner disciples have their own mountain, it usually cost contribution points, is awarded to them, or won through a duel. Normally, you wouldn't be able to own a mountain so soon, but you have your Uncle Fu here to take care of you.
I keep a few mountains under lock to give out to talented disciples, this is one of the most beautiful ones, I chose just for you!"
After speaking, Jiang Fu patted a token at his waist causing a light screen to appear then fade away, a small mountain appearing where the small forest once was. Or it may be better to call it a large hill by its looks.
The mountain was covered in vibrant green grass, a few trees and plants spotted throughout it. On the top of the mountain was relatively flat, there stood a three story house made of white marble and wood. The house was beautiful and gave a sense of serenity.
A small pond and garden bed was located near the rear of the house, the pond water a beautiful and clear teal color. In the center of the pond jutted out a large gray rock, peaking out four meters above the water. Cracks appeared throughout the rock that gave off a deep green jade luster, giving the surrounding water an even greener shade..
"This is Cracked Jade Mountain, your new residence!" Jiang Fu emphatically announced and threw a golden disk at Bai Jing.
"As long as you refine this disk you can control all the arrays on the mountain, officially making you the owner."
Bai Jing looked at the disk for a moment then put it away.
"Thank you Vice-Sect Master." Bai Jing responded with raised brows.
"Thank you Vice-Sect Master!" Ying Ying followed suit with a smile and bow.
The corner of Jiang Fu's eyes twitched at Bai Jing's calm response.
'What happened to the sweet little Jing that would always hug me and smile when I visit? I can't bear this burden of angering her, looks like I must go with Plan B!' Jiang Fu thought forlornly.
"Come let me show you into your new home!" Jiang Fu flew down to the top of Cracked Jade Mountain, landing before the house.
As Bai Jing and Ying Ying landed before the house they noticed the concentration of spirit energy in the surroundings skyrocket.
Bai Jing and Ying Ying's eyes widened in surprise.
'Oh this is a far higher concentration of spirit energy than the villa!'
Jiang Fu, noticing the two's surprise, spoke out in clarification.
"Don't be too surprised, a Spirit Gathering Formation has been running here for many years with no one to absorb it, causing this. Once you cultivate for a while the concentration should return to around the same level as your villa!"
"Oh!" Bai Jing seemed unimpressed now.
Jiang Fu shook his head and opened the doors to the house, striding in, giving the girls a quick tour of the floors and basement.
Soon the trio returned to the main hall where Jiang Fu nervously cleared his throat, speaking with his head down and fist in front his mouth.
"Little Jing come over here I have something to talk to you about!"
Jiang Fu took a few steps back.
Bai Jing tilted her head in curiosity and walked over.
Ying Ying was debating if she should follow when a barrier of light enveloped over Bai Jing and Jiang Fu, neither sight, sound, nor Divine Sense could penetrate the barrier.
'What could be so important that Elder Fu need such privacy?' Ying Ying was wrought with curiosity.
