As the voice said that I felt like my whole being was inflating like a balloon. It felt like I would pop. Suddenly I felt it all compress into a small part inside of me. Then it suddenly expanded, but this time it felt like it was somewhere else. Inside me yet bigger than me. Then I could focus on the voice again.

I then waited in the white. As there wasn’t a defining feature I couldn’t focus on anything. I started counting the seconds to pass time yet my sense of time seemed a little whack as I was tripping up in my counting. Suddenly I started feeling dizzy, and sometime later I resumed hearing the countdown.
