He nods his head with a bit too wide a smile. “Now I understand why the ritual and your domain core are weird. With this your Skills can either get experience quicker or be slower, because they are adapting to the situation. This might also be why your knowledge Skill is only answering when you question something and giving more clear answers rather than bombarding you with unneeded information about everything around you.

As you have this and the Nexus I think you should try to incorporate Chimeric into your physical and sense Skills. Most Chimeric Skills allow the user to add something or change their physical body rather than just enhancing what was already there but normally it comes with the problem that the new part that it creates might not be what you want but with your Traits, I think it will be okay and if you don’t want the part that the skill gave you, you can shift it off using (Shifting form).”

I nod my head at his judgement, I also thought that might be a good way to use that trait. “Why not the mind Skill?” I ask him.

He shakes his head at that, “I have seen many people use that kind of Skill and always they went insane around tier 3. So don’t try Chimeric for that instead try Harmonic instead. Harmonic Mind type Skill will make your Skills and Abilities mesh easier and the processing of senses some overlap that will create a bit of synaesthesia, which will give you time to properly incorporate any new senses that your Skill might give you.

Now before you try making these Skills I want you to start with the mind type Skill, then body and lastly sense. And after that, we will see how much space you have for what you will need next.”

I nod my head at his explanation and dive into my core again.

I open my eyes and I am standing In front of the Domain Nexus tree. I step back and look upwards to its boughs. I see black crystalline spots on the bloody red branches covered in shiny copper-ish wires. The glass-like leaves shone in a rainbow-like glow. I try to go to the section of the labyrinth directly below this tree and feel myself getting sucked into the ground. I pop out of the ceiling of a metal room. I look around to see that the room I entered was big enough for what I am thinking of.

I concentrate on the concepts of harmony, how through the brain Mind controls the body and through essence the magic in perfect harmony, about servers that hold the artificial intelligence. I call to the energies surrounding me to take shape according to the concepts and affinities. I see the energies coalesce into the form of a giant floating brain with a semi-transparent golden crystal growing in the middle of it. Thin almost transparent pinkish wires connect to the bright blue pannel with dark blue casing.

I then think about the emotional muting and try to think of which affinity might let me get them back. “Nature might do it.” I chose Nature Affinity.

I immediately chose the emotion option. I see a small mass grow on the floor near the back of the brain, then some of the transparent vein-like things connected to the small pod. After connecting the pod started to pump like a heart and see some blueish-green fluid flow through the tubes to the brain. Just as the liquid seeped into the brain, the crystal took that same colour though it was a bit faint. Then the ceiling opened in a small circular shape and the roots came down. One of the roots then connected to the panel and started secreting a black tar-like into it. Another one connects to the back of the brain, its crystalline lattices then take the same glow of the crystal on the brain. I see that the colour has changed a bit, now there are some tiny void black spots in it. I then get out of my core and try to feel the changes. When I open my eyes I see him almost right up against my chest, staring at something, again. I hear the bird cawing from inside of a cage made of vines. I see that and chuckle. My eyes go wide at the sudden realisation that I can feel emotions again, even if they are faint. I see Emir back up a bit and nod his head.
