I get scared at the thought of not feeling my emotions fully again. Or at least think of getting scared as I feel even that is somewhat muted. But as I try to concentrate on feeling that emotion I start to feel scared my body start to shiver slightly, heart pumping faster but mentally I don’t feel anything. I feel my mind clear of most emotional feels. Though I notice some do not go away, curiousness, confusion, intrigue and some other emotion I still feel. I feel a bit confused at what seem to be random emotion coming through but not others. I then remember the System saying something about my emotional activity when it assimilated the control core into me.

While in my thoughts I noticed a brown humanoid figure coming into the room and towards me.

As the brown humanoid golem came to me I saw some books in its hands. I looked at it more carefully to find that it does not has any defined facial details, just a flat surface. When it comes to my bed it suddenly asks in a gravelly voice, “Are you the man which came through the fairy circle?” I just nodded at it. It then puts the books at the table beside my bed. Then it asked, “Is the delivery of the books successful?” I nod again and the golem starts to walk away. I get up to check on the books. I find that there are three medium sized books and a pamphlet and a bag.

I look into the bag to find two simple brown shirts, two changes of underwear and two brown pants. It also had a pouch with 60 wooden coins which might be the coinage here. I put those back into the bag and look at what the pamphlet is a simple short book with (Basics of Domain core for Children) in simple handwriting.

I feel a bit excited about diving into new magic. I open the pamphlet and start reading. About a hour passed as I read then I put the book down to figure out what I learned about this Domain core.

“So I can enter my domain core by meditating and thinking about the core. When in side I should look around to figure out what my magic is like. Because everyones magic takes different forms in their core and the Skills or Abilities should mesh with their surrounding magic for better effects. To create an Skill or Ability I have concentrate on what I want it to be, how my affinities affect it and how will it effect me.

Then the basic Skills that every kid has to learn, Physical body enhancement type, Mental Discipline type, Sensory enhancement type and identify type skill. These are called the “Foundational Four” as these will fit any class.

And also now get to know that every ten level is a minor stage and twenty level a major stage and every three major stage is a tier. Every apprentice grade person is meant to be at least tier two in two of their chosen class type Skill and tier three when graduating the apprenticeship.

I also now know what the classes are. You need to go to the System Administration. They will give you a screen in which you can choose a class from, these are based on your previous experiences. You can have upto five classes but they will steal exp from each other if they overlap each others concepts. Like you have a (Black stone mason) and a (Stone carver) class they will share exp which will slow each others growth but the one with a broader concept will grow faster like in the examples case the (Stone carver) will tier up first because it gains exp from doing most masonry work while the other only for working or makeing black stone.

When tiering up the class will get upgraded, making more room for more Skills or Abilities and making the Skills and Abilities in it more potent, even giving starting aspects that you might not have affinities for. For starters it said that they start will two classes and get more later.

You can discard a class but it will be worse the higher tier it is because it takes all the Skill or Ability effects with it, making you feel way weaker.

On the back there was a paper saying that I should start making Skills or Abilities only after talking with my new teacher or someone more knowledgeable. I nod at the suggestion as I had many more questions that I would like answers of before I start creating some Skills. But I will try to look at my Domain core.

I cross my leg and dive into meditation, I try to feel my aether core from habit, then I remember that I didn’t have any aether but I realise that something was there so I go to look at what it is. I see an orb swirling with prismatic radiance, I feel call to me, to touch it, so I do.

I feel a sudden feeling of weightlessness then I see a vast wilderness from above. A massive mountain range to one side and a sea to the other. I see wild animals, birds, insect and fishes roaming around. A storm brewing to the far end of the sea and a blizzard near the top of the mountain. I see many things flicker as if they were a figment of imagination. Then I felt as if something was beneath the ground so I dove into it. I then a labyrinth of metal tunnels, runic script, machines, wires and crystals everywhere. I then started feeling a weight on me and suddenly open my eyes to see grass green curtains a distance away from me.

I look around to see that I was in the same room. I ponder how my affinities come about in my Domain core. I get up from the bed and put the books in the bag. I then go towards the exit. As I walk towards the door I feel more in control of my body, as I think about it I notice that my body is like on autopilot because I am currently mostly thinking not concentrating on where I am going. Yet my body is navigating the room well. My body then suddenly stops Infront of the door. I guess I need to preset a destination for my body to go. I take control of my body and exit the room.

Outside I see a guard in metal and leather armour holding a halberd looks at me and says, “This way.” And starts walking away at a quick pace. I hurry after him to not be left behind. He takes me up a couple flights of stairs to a ornate dark wood door with decorative runic scripts written on it, though likely they were hiding the real ones. Though I notice that I could not read the runes as they were not my known runic language.

The gaurd took his position beside the door and signaled me to enter it. I pushed the door opend, they didn’t feel as heavy as I thought they would be, most likely enchanted for easier use. I see a table surrounded by plush red sofas. On the sofa at the right side of the door, the Guild Master was sitting on while talking to a lithe man in dark green robe with pictures of different plants and forest scapes. I notice that even though they are talking I am not hearing anything. Then the Guild Master looks at me and tells me to sit on the sofa Infront of me. That I heard, must be enchantment that can be toggled. I sit on the sofa and the other man starts to say......
