Lvl 20 ogre, solo hunters, threat 35%

I glance upon a broad fat green man wearing a cloth shirt and some antennae-like ears; he smells a little like onions.

Why do monsters have better clothes than I do?

the ogre yells at me ‘’GEET OUTTA MAH SWAHMP’’ and slams his wooden club on the ground causing the earth to quake,

Would you call this a swamp? It looks more like a forest to me.

I run forwards, up the log and slash downwards with my claws slicing a few big gashes down the middle and a handful of dank green flesh.

I don’t cut the entire ogre in half because my hands simply aren’t big enough.

Do I really need a sword?

Since my nails can only go so far, I need something with a longer reach, preferably a spear, but spears aren’t nearly as edgy as a Katana (even though they only have one edge)

I must fulfil my namesake by having snakes, red eyes, a Katana, shuriken, some kind of demon mode and always be brooding for whatever reason!

Quick! Think of some really cringy line!

‘’ omae wa, mou shinderu!’’ I jump up and slash the ogre’s neck.

‘’your death was fate, rest in eternal nothingness!’’

Oh god, I hope no one heard that! that was so embarrassing!

My face must look like a tomato right now, even without the ogre blood!

I stand here, next to Shrek’s the ogre’s body ‘’hey identify, can I eat this?’’

I suggest you don’t eat it, why do you always ask if you can eat something?

‘’hey identify, what level would my regeneration have to be able to withstand poison and disease?’’

regeneration would need to be lvl 25 to make you immune to most poisons, food, diseases, and other things you can ingest

‘’what about not eating at all?’’

regeneration needs to be lvl 40 for you to not starve to death

won’t I be completely immortal at lvl 50 then?

That would be pretty neat, like getting chopped up and walking around the next day like, yo! How’s it hanging, is there something on my face?

Oh well, I just need to wait for lvl 25 of Regen to eat anything and lvl 40 to not eat anything.

What do I do with this body?

It didn’t help me level up and I can't eat it, I’m just going to cut off its right ear, put it in my item box, and continue my journey.

I walk around, encounter an ogre, jump and scoop out a chunk of its face, cut its ear and leave.

those things are pretty big, so I need to jump or climb their body to reach the neck,

for the bigger monsters, I don’t suppose I can get some 3d manoeuvre gear?

I need something more exciting to level me up.

Wait

I haven’t been using my Succ ability offensively yet and with that upgrade at lvl 10, I can do more precise sucking!

the extent of which it goes is beyond me, but my sucking has grown to be more powerful lately,

I can actually make a rock fly by sucking it upwards once, that is to say, the rock is the size of my palm,

but still!

I should try using it in the next fight!

I encounter another ogre talking about some donkey and throw a rock at it as hard as I can.

plus using suck towards the ogre, the rock speeds up in the air smashing against the monsters round belly,

the sound was like when you hit a baseball against a sandbag,

with enough force, the rock smashes through the ogre's stomach, coming out the other end splattering guts and getting embedded in a tree.

Crikey that packs a punch!

Since my suck skill levelled up, I tested how precise it mentions.

I try using suck on some water from my water bottle.

try to take only a handful, then a palm-sized, then a marble and finally a drop,

I can go pretty small, but what about extracting?

I use suck on some mud that was created from water splashing on the ground and use suck to separate the water from the dirt.

soon enough I extracted a tiny portion of pure water. How does this work?

Can this work with organic things too?

I cut a finger from the now-dead ogre and float it in the air via suck, the relatively large finger floats.

Cheat skill: Succ leveled up

I focus on the bone of the finger and try to suck only that,

With some effort, I can move the bone inside the finger.

Good !

Now, what if I don't have eye contact with it?

I look at the remains of the ogre and stack a few sucks on its spine which I can't see from this angle

4 sucks and some intense staring at an unmoving body my feline instincts scream GET DOWN

dropping to the floor I narrowly dodge a series of gleaming white projectiles as they get embedded into the tree behind me

Upon further inspection, I find the culprit to be the dead ogre's spine.

t-this is insane, I can practically instakill everything now.

the sun wanes so I go in search of a nice tree,

After sleeping in forests for a few days, you start to notice things that you didn’t before.

like how far you can see in the dark, what tree is good for naps (that is from cat instincts though) and where the juicy prey is hiding.

I concentrate on my surroundings trying to pick a signal.

and after some time Instincts locate a large source to my left, so that is where I head.

I encounter an ogre along the way so I decide to use this poor sod as a lab rat,

I concentrate on its neck, do some cool hand signs and use a full power SUCK!

The neck dislocates with a sickening *crack* and the ogre flops on the floor,

still alive,

I finish it off with another suck to the neck messing things up further, leading it to its demise.

Cheat skill: succ levelled up Intelligence up

For the first kill using my skill, that was all right.

I used suck on its neck to sever its link to the spine, disabling the lower body and getting an easy kill.

So with that, if anything really threatens me, I can just use suck on its neck, dislocating a vertebra and immobilizing my opponent.

I continue west and notice something odd.

there is a warm light, and from far away I can see the telltale signs of a bonfire.

I can only see that far in the night thanks to my night vision skill, which I thought was useless once.

I head my way over to the light and find a group of armoured men and some camps.

I don’t want to repeat the mistake of bee traya so I make sure to identify people first before talking to them.

‘’hey identify, tell me about them’’ I whisper as I sit on a tree away from where the light reaches, out of sight.

Human adventurers lvl 23, threat 15% individual, 40% group, a group of 5 adventurers

The adventurers look like a classic RPG team, tank, DPS, range, mage, scout/thief.

All of the human and wearing armour of different types,

these guys look pretty nice, I want to say hi but that fire is making me uncomfortable, and it would be weird to find a kid in the forest at night,

so I choose a nearby safetreespace (which is what I call my temp resting places now), and do my usual workout…
