“The man spoke with such ingenuity yet with such sadness permeated in his voice, perhaps it was no such thing as sadness, it was just disappointment, his disappointment in this country, felled with those men who reeked with the great amount of cruelty, perhaps in my eyes without them this country is fragmentary and they complete it with their barbaric thoughts and viewing.
“Now I suppose it is the time to take my leave,” he rose while still in a state of daze caused by the whole bottle of brandy, I sometimes wonder how some men allow themselves to be in such a manner when they are required for preliminary thoughts and actions, and he was no exception in this regard as well.
“Are you really able to depart in this manner?”
“Oh believe me dear, I will be just fine,” as I told you, sir, he was no exception in this regard. He picked up his gun, the reason for his departing from this country was his obedience to his wife’s letters, in which she had intelligibly pointed out the dereliction of any amount of farthings that held much trouble for her and their 8 years child, her words that expressed the vilest impression was an assent to change his mind and to return home at once. I looked at him as he walked away from us but before he could disappear wholly from our eyesight he turned and started to come towards us.
“I forgot to inform you that the store is all yours until the new owners arrive, they were to come last week but they have not yet and I am afraid they may come tomorrow morning or even after a week or after a month so before that you must leave this place, now I must go, I suppose this is the final goodbye.”
And before we could say a word he began to walk once again and dispersed within the darkness of the night, The breeze that was coming from the ocean was quite good, though now we had a shelter for us for as long as the new proprietor arrives and for that I was relaxed as The Man informed me that there was a hindrance in their arrival and I hoped for their late arrival once again. The time was up for us to go inside as Jenny had shown his intention to sleep, he was saddened by the man’s departure but it was not something that we may forced to deal with, it was almost time for the moon to whisker and the sun to shine as always, perhaps now I must stop it here, I suppose you must obtain permission to come and see me, I am tired of my writings and I am tired with my conditions to live with the strangers.”
“Miss Shallow, please come here,” announced Mr. Garret as he walked into the hall room, his impression of a subject that had taken its place in his hands of, a dress that was shining with all its love and all its creator’s hard works that had been poured onto it, yes it was wrapped still that wrapper that held no distractions for any woman to steal a peek into the dress.
“Miss Shallow? Where are you?” He shouted again while removing the wrapper to showcase.
“Oh dear, I am coming, what is so important that you need my prese---” As she stepped out into the hall room she saw the dress. Foiled all the doubts in regards of him in her mind and ascertaining such kindness and such feelings that was never known to herself, that she had always dismissed the existence of it, The Love that she felt towards Mr. Garret, the love that the dress helped her to ascertain, she felt no remorse to his broken promise or say no sense of vindictive as she walked towards him.
“Oh my, this…. This is so beautiful, is this for me?”
“This is for you, malady,”
She looked at the eyes of Mr. Garret and the sudden sense of admiration was she could feel yet she understood it clearly that she was in no good manner to accept such bestow and his avow of care in those mere seconds.

“But sir, I am not a deserving person to wear this in any moment of my life,”
“You probably deserve this dear, You may think otherwise but let me tell you that, I am quite certain that this will suit you perfectly, now I must declare myself retired for the rest of the day, I shall not be disturbed by the evening.” Mr. Garret smiled and walked to his room as he deserted Eleanor with the dress consisting of esteem and great beauty. She looked at the dress with her poor eyes and a new interest possessed her when she hugged it with a great amount of profaning love. She went to her room and placed the dress with sheer ease, encouraging the illimitable care for the precious gift. The whole day elapsed with no measurements of acts to be encouraged to say, and when the unquenchable light began to disappear and the darkness began to permeate, Eleanor walked to Mr. Garret's room, using all possible cautions, first she ascertained the pretence of Mr. Garret’s sleep, the light felt as if it was sufficed the reasons for him not in any dreams whatever, she walked inside after she knocked on the door.
“Sir, it is evening, are you awake?”
Mr. Garret moved, without wasting a moment and looked at Eleanor, her face that was never shallow, her smile that was always enlightened with such remarks of beauty, while she stood there, the only woman in his life who had waited for his response, oh yes sure, only woman besides his colleagues and partners, and the only woman whom he could spot no such marks of sins which may beset any valid intentions of vilest preposterous feeling to harm himself.
“Oh no, for lord’s sake, I have been constant with my tries to sleep but I am afraid I have failed only,”
“Forgive me if I have disturbed you,”
“No, it is all right, I do not have any intention to sleep whatever, so for what reason do you desire to talk to me?”
“Perhaps I have a question to seek your answer,”
Mr. Garret rose from his prostrate position, he sat down, stared at her, and waited for when she commenced her perplexed question,
“Perhaps I have some doubts regarding the dress,”
“Do you not like it? If so then please return it to me and I will get something that may lie within your taste,”
“No – No sir, The dress is all fine, better than what I can even imagine, but the question is I just happen to have an urge to know the cost,”
“You do not need to worry about the cost, it is my duty to take care of but if it still bothers you then it cost me 500 Pound,”
Eleanor shook her head, in all surprise and all preposterous manner as if she had heard the whisper of the dead, and the guilt of villainy rattled onto her face as if she had impelled Mr. Garret to gift her the dress by her vile behavior before his departure to follow the words of his employer.
“Sir, what has given you a reason to buy such an expensive dress? Was it because of me?”
“No lady, I have always promised you to take you to a restaurant but as you know already, I have broken my promise so it is my way to apologize,”
She stopped for a moment, and the familiar feelings of relief took possession of her. She smiled and looked ardour.
“Sir, May I ask one more question?” said Eleanor.
“Oh please, go on,”
“I am afraid I do not know what to become of the dress as I am sure I will not dare to use it in my daily work of hefty work sublime and I am sure I will not have many events that would advise me to make use of the dress,”
“Well, for that you need no worries, We will be received very well tomorrow evening by a restaurant where the rich go as you intended to and then we will venture to many more places if you wish.”
As soon as he finished his sentence, the commencement of her happy moments enlightened her face as if her fortune had taken its course to a wealthy turn. However, she did control her gorgeous smile before she could ascertain his words.
“Sir, do bear me any familiarity with such shame, I entirely understand if you do not have any time for that as it is not a matter to heed any importance,”
“Do not, it is as important as any matter, You are important, for this house, dear, and tomorrow there will be no hindrance for our plans, I assure you.”
She looked at him before she curtseyed, her heart was raged with a great amount of cheeriness and she did not hesitate to avow it in her smile. Mr. Garret had a small chuckle. She walked to the door with still a handsome smile on her cheeks.
“Thank You very much, sir, I will be waiting eagerly for tomorrow evening, May I be dismissed?” she asked, turned around to face her dearest admirer.
“Oh sure dear, go.”
She walked away with excitement while Mr. Garret sat still in his bed, then he rose and left his room for the sake of good time before he could pave the way to Evelyn for further discovery.
