A visitor that was ranked in the top 100, number 27. Diana Stoyanova is a powerful figure that reigns over a few small territories. Her innate ability, Pureblooded Vampire made her a threat from the moment she first awakened her abilities. It gave her enhanced speed, strength, durability and even a healing factor, the benefits of becoming a vampire let her reach the Elite Silver-grade within just a week. At the moment she is sitting comfortably as an Intermediate Gold-grade.
As a pure blooded vampire, she is adept at magic and her closest servants are given this privilege as well. Though vampires have a few glaring weaknesses, the reason for her floating castle is also related to this weakness. Sunlight would outright kill the weaker vampires with impure bloodlines, while as a pureblood she was weakened by it.
Their solution is to either cover their territories with clouds to block the sun or simply move constantly to regions where the sun no longer touches them. In reality she has wanted to visit the so called Master of Otherworlders almost a week ago but circumstances forced her to take some detours.
"A Flame Demon at the Gold-grade. It seems that my suspicions were correct. Wouldn't you say so?" She asked the squirming woman that was currently tied up on her lap.
The Castle descended while she watched the slaughter that was currently taking place, north of the territory. Her bats acted as her eyes and ears, letting her watch the scene from afar.
"Gaston, Can you please announce our arrival." Diana bit on the neck of another human subject, turning the person into a husk. Dried of blood in a matter of seconds.
"Greetings to the Master of Otherworlders, Her Highness the Blood Empress has arrived. We have come to propose a deal." Gaston floated above the island, in front of him was one of Noah's drones. The pale vampire wore a black armor, his eyes glowed red but his expression was calm.
"The Castle will remain where it is. For the guests, please land at the appropriate dock in the beach." Noah was forced to welcome them, despite their late night visit.
Travis who was enjoying the show that Gitax gave him, was forced into a situation that he didn't expect for at least a few more days. A high-ranking visitor.
"Deltrax, I need you on your best behavior. Their leader has Gold-grades working directly under her. If things go south then I want you to be the first to react."
At this point with the internal energy pills paid by Vishnu's Scion, Travis has grown to the Basic Gold-grade. The excess pills and his title has pushed a few of his Bronze-grades up to silver, Namely Noah, Mira and Gen. Walt would have also gotten a pill or tow but he chose to abstain, seeing as his role as a sniper would be unaffected by the pills. He chose to gift the pills to Noah, who took them with no questions asked.

Mira, Gen and the rest of the defense party welcomed their guests.
Two guards, wearing full sets of armor with only their glowing red eyes shining through. The black armor had an insignia placed on the shoulder guards, in the shape of a white rose with a red cross on top.
In the middle of the two was a woman, she had dark black hair, eyes as red as rubies and a face that could capture any man with just a single sultry smile. She wore garments that were mostly in dark colors, with hints of red. On her head was a clip that resembled a red rose.
Pleasantries were exchanged and soon enough the three of them were welcomed into the Strengthening tower. "Welcome, My name is Travis Montes. I am the Master of Otherworlders."
"This is her highness, Diana Stoyanova. As we have stated, prior to this visit. We have to propose a deal." The guard to her right appears to be her spokesperson, while she herself seems to be unbothered and uncaring about the situation.
"I see, Genevieve can you please prepare some food for our guests. Do take a seat, there's a little show for us at the moment." Travis took out a remote and pressed a few buttons, a flat-screen appeared right by the table. It was showing a live feed of the attack that Gitax was tasked with.
"I wasn't expecting your arrival for at least another day or so, I must ask. How was the trip?" Travis was forcing himself to speak in a manner that was easier for such an individual to understand. He has been forced to talk in this way since he first started interacting with other rankers, since most of the deals turn out to be all about business and politics.
"We have been in a bit of a rush, chasing the night is simply part of our ways." Diana finally spoke out.
"I see, I see. As you may already know, I do not form alliances but I am open to a truce or the occasional lending of my soldiers." Travis was clear right from the start. With his current army and the power that he himself held, he knew that he could stand on his own two feet as equals with any other local in the world.
"An alliance would be ideal, I can offer far more things that can benefit the both of us... say in a mutual partnership? Perhaps a few displays from my servants could convince you."
The night was still young, with Gitax being fully capable of completing his mission. Travis had no need to direct him and that was Noah's whole role was in the first place. "A partnership? Now that's something that I'm willing to discuss, how long would you be willing to stay Miss Stoyanova?"
"I'm free until right about 4 in the morning, I'm willing to extend our conversation As long as you make it worth my while."
A partnership would mean that it was an exclusive deal between the two parties. This would also mean that both ends would require things of each other to maintain their end of the bargain, Travis was against the idea of an alliance because it implies that there would be more than one partner in the deal, he offers a truce to those that are weaker but for someone that was this high in the rankings. Travis was more than willing to consider a few deals.
