After finally devouring the last part that made up the void, the consciousness felt in silence.

It was done, all those years uncountable years of suffering paid off.

The void was gone, or to be more precise, it became the void after its completion of the void laws.

However, its existence was different from the void, the void was more or less a mindless personification of nothingness itself, but that consciousness was different.

It managed something incredible, it existed and didn't exist at the same time.

It's feelings after becoming the void were hard to describe, if it had to say how it felt it would answer it felt eternal.

Furthermore, it didn't even know if dying was possible for itself at this point.

Sure, something else could devour it like it has done to the previous void, but for this to happen it would need to somehow become like the previous one, unable to think and only driven by instincts.

After devouring the last part of the void, it also grasped complete control over the domain that housed itself and the old void, and for the first time it knew where that place is located.

The domain was located at the border of reality or to be more precise it was the border.

It also found out how things ended up in here, in reality there were certain points of infinite mass also known as black holes if something went inside of one and manged to survive that gravity to a certain extent it would end up here.

So one of the first things the consciousness did with its new gained authority was to close these points of access.

It wasn't interested in staying here forever to clean up everything that ended up in here, like the previous void.

It didn't really care about planets or suns that ended up in here, but if some living beings ended up here they would have to go through the same torture as itself, being trapped without being able to do anything for uncountable years.

So with nothing but a thought, back in reality countless black holes collapsed and ceased to exist forever aside from a single one, close to the home planet of that magus it devoured.

The consciousness didn't know where his own home world was or even if it still existed because during its stay in the void it forgot practically everything about itself, so it decided that it's first destination would be the magus world.

So its will was spreading out and a black portal formed itself in front of the consciousness, directly connecting the void with that black hole.

As it was standing right before that portal didn't immediately go through it, instead it was reminiscing in its past in that void.

Finally, after so many years of torture it was over, it was finally able to leave that place.

If it had a body It would probably start to cry out of happiness, but now it was just standing there reminding itself that after all those years it was time, time to leave.

And so it floated though the black portal, entering reality again and beginning its new journey.
