They filled the stars, hundreds upon hundreds of ships, some colossal in shape, dwarfing entire moons and carrying hundreds of thousands of souls aboard them. Smaller vessels dotted these large behemoths of creation, buzzing around with faster speed like thousands of stars, flitting around as they carried fewer souls aboard themselves but deadly nonetheless, and then little fighter crafts, the smallest of these gigantic armadas on their last crusade numbered in the hundreds of thousands, zipping around despite the mad traffic around.
These were the entire force of the archailect gathered in one position, the entire crusade that had set forth to cleanse the archailect of the taint of the abyss, and they had done so, to an extent they had done so. The final phase was the most daunting of all, it presented the most danger and the forces they were about to face the most nightmarish of them all, but that hadn’t daunted the forces of the archailect,
It hadn’t daunted the titan blade as well,
House titan blade had come prepared, an entire planets’ worth of resources had been thrown into this effort, for while the titan had been preparing his legion for the big push, his house had been reorganizing itself into a behemoth of power, the first of which was with the power vested in Martha and the clan leaders, Martha had bought additional planets on sale from the system vault, apparently such things were possible for houses.
Four additional planets were bought at a staggering price of a million diamond coins per planet, but with the deep near infinite reserves of the titan blade in which he had poured a significant sum into the coffers of the house itself, it had been nothing but a mild inconvenience to the house itself. One went to what was now been called the cult of the Hexenblades headed by Samantha itself, it was to be a planet dedicated for the pursuit of the arcane and runic arts as well as elixirs, Primordia it was called, and the entirety of the clan headed by Samantha had left Asa and Gaia, moving to the planet to settle along with all their infrastructures.
The second planet went to the hands of Anansi themselves, named Arachna, a planet that was as much illusion as it was steeped in the aspect of the Shadowweaver herself, as with the Hexenblades, the entirety of clan Anansi had moved as well to the new planet as well, leaving the domain on Asa barren. The third planet going to Annika and her stormcallers, Stormsreach it was named, a planet of infinite thunderstorms and lightning that tore into the landscape, the aspect of the Stormseeker herself woven into the very fabric of the planet itself.
The final planet went to the lady of the dawn archers themselves, the Crimsoneye herself, Ayo’s aspect ensuring the planet was a fiery and almost smooth landscape filled planet with streams and little seas dotting the entire planet. The other arm of house titan blade decided to rename their planets in honor of the houses’ creation, the sentinels changed theirs from Amathos to Titanprime, solidifying their oath to the titan blade himself. The hammers of Ogun changed theirs from Ogun, the name of their collective path to Moltenheim, befitting a world that flowed with lava and underground pools of mithril, a feat that had taken Martha quite a ludicrous sum to put into effect, a sum that had gotten even Moyo staggering.
She had assured him it would pay off in the long term and Moyo could already see its effects, no longer did the house need to keep buying mithril by the tons, the forges of Moltenheim pumping out high grade rare and uncommon weapons by the thousands, legendary weapons were rarer and were custom made by the Forgelord himself, although hand crafted weapons were made for all the vice clan leaders, arming them for what was to come. Effectively, Asa was a ghost continent, protected by constructs of diamond rank that stood sentinel, hundreds to ensure the safety of the continent and bastion itself until the house met and decided the fate of the continent on Gaia. Earth, Gaia, was their original home, it would be a big undertaking if the house decided to leave the planet behind.
That was a decision for another day though, assuming the house came out of this battle in one piece, for the entirety of house titan blade marched to war. The houses’ powers had met on Ibere to decide who would march to war, the stormcallers and sentinels had elected to come along, Annika and josh looking to prove themselves in battle. Moyo had winced at the thought, but without a valid reason other than the fact that the battle would be deadly, he had even brought random legionnaires from the different cohorts to testify in the gathering, the Annika and josh’s clans were adamant.
And so it was decided, house titan blade’s armada would consist of the legion, the clans stormcallers and sentinel and few of the the order of the titan who had tagged along at the final minute to Moyo’s exasperation. Moltenheim had pumped out more and more weapons and Ijas, Ashas and thousands of ammunitions for their armada, they even sent along a battle barge equipped with a forge as well for repairs and replacements of armours, especially the promethean battlesuits, whom have decided to rename themselves the promethean vanguard.
Moyo suddenly puzzled as to why almost everybody kept renaming themselves from planets to warriors, nonetheless they got his blessings and their requests to paint their suits all black with a patch left blank with the crest and colours of their respective cohorts to be etched into them. Soon enough the entire armada was ready for the push, except Moyo hadn’t stepped foot in the defiance since it’s upgrade.
He had been curious as to what upgrades Liakya had done to his vessel and he had inquired from Urne if she had seen any changes, she had simply shrugged, the defiance still worked seamlessly. With that puzzling thought and Annika and josh along with him, he had made his way from Ibere to the space station and rocky moon where defiance itself had docked. Watching the ship grow larger the closer they got, its upper structures waving the banner of house titan blade, arms crossed behind him, he felt Annika and josh move to either side of him, watching the vessel along with him, Idris whispering with the legion master guard far behind him.
Annika spoke first, decked in mithril armor, painted a dark blue and forged with the element of lightning within it as reflected by the shimmering arcs of lightning that danced within it, a legendary ranked armor and in her hand, Asagai, the arcane weapon that she had grown into its strength, a true deity on the battlefield if the reports of her conquest on the newly formed continent was anything to go by. Her white hair and eyes with lightning dancing within her irises, she nearly cut an imposing figure as josh himself, the once awkward vice commander of the sentinels had grown well into his role as regent, almost as tall as the titan at close to eight feet, all hardened muscles, biceps and triceps that looked like they had been carved from solidified mithril, it was close to intimidating when Moyo realized the crazy training regimen josh had put the entirety of the sentinel clan through ensured they were all as built as him.
His two clan leaders, Idris and his legion guard would be working close with him throughout the war,
“Still manages to awe me no matter how many times I see it” the Stormseeker said,
Moyo smiled a little, watching josh nod as well,
“I mean, the house boasts of a lot of powerful space vessels, but the defiance?, it’s something else entirely” he repeated,
“And about to get even better” Moyo murmured as they turned to him quizzically,
He waved away the questions on their tongues,
“I have no idea also, some powerful would-be benefactor decided to pimp my vessel, we’ll see soon enough” he replied,
Watching as Idris and the titan guard broke up, he walked to them,
“Anything I should be worried about?’ he asked,
“Nothing of such my lord” Idris assured him,
He nodded and turned to his guard,
“My legion lords, my guard” he said fondly as they stood at attention, pride in their eyes,
“You have served me well, your names are sung across our worlds and the role you all played in acquiring most of those worlds are no lost on me, your tales will be etched in the stones of this very house itself” he finished,
“We do it for humanity itself” Lucina said, her yellow her tied in a bunch and her grey mithril armor accenting her thin silver rapier, a legendary ranked blade in itself,
“I do it for the popularity though” Tomasa said as they laughed,

The laughter this time was strained,
“I believe I speak for the entire legion, when we say we’d follow you into the deepest reaches of the abyss itself” Yemi said, eyes blazing,
“And I’m grateful for that, I have no idea what we’ll be facing, but I promise you, we’ll face it together, as one legion” Moyo said,
“As one legion” they all chorused, the aether in the vessel rippling with the power of their affirmation.

Moyo felt anticipation bubbling through him the moment the vessel closed on the defiance, he felt the vibrations of its powerful engines, the raw power that was his craft, and he could had sworn he could feel its yearning for him, perhaps shola?. He pushed it out of his mind, watching as the vessel that brought them from Ibere latched itself to the opening hatch of defiance, and with a deep breath, his instincts telling him that something incredible was about to happen.
And incredible it was, for the moment he stepped foot on defiance, a power tore through his body, as if plugged to a live conduit itself. He could feel the defiance shudder in his peripheral vision, gritting his teeth as he felt his own aspect roil within him, feeling it gush into the defiance, like networks of veins, his aspect intercrossed all through the very conduits of the ship, flowing down to the aspect crystal of the ship, the large crystal shuddering as it glowed purple and gold.
Confused as to what was happening, he felt it in that moment with his now near primordial senses, his eyes wide, the very frame of the defiance began to warp, runes of technological superiority emblazoning themselves all through the ship, rearranging what was already a master crafted vessel into something more. Like flashes of movies, he saw hundreds of new spatial rooms attach themselves to the defiance, and deep within the ve3ssel, a new room opened up, one that he felt an intricate connection with.
He could feel its call, like a soft beckoning, a compulsion he couldn’t ignore, and with but just the thought, he found himself standing within the room, watching the bare metal room that was somehow as large as his palace hall back on Asa. He felt his body echo, his vault open of its own accord and his connection with Ibere itself echo through the soft tunes of reality itself, eyes wide as he laughed for the first time, but he could had sworn he had heard the grumble of a powerful being in the distance, something about Lotes’s brat.

Those within the ship felt the rush of power that poured from the titan, entire thousands upon thousands of crew members kneeling from the blast of the almost divine power that tore through the ship, breaking down the mithril body and replacing it with a purple metal that shone with the literal power of the titan, leaving them in awe at the raw power that ran through the ship. It hadn’t stopped Idris and the masters from powering their way through the behemoth of a vessel, searching for their lord.
The power of the titan suffusing the entire ship had made it difficult to find the titan blade and even with them recruiting more than half of the entire souls aboard the defiance, the sheer size of the vessel itself showing itself to be than a hinderance. Urne had issued a ship wide order for all personnel to drop whatever they were doing and search for the titan blade. Pounding through the ship that felt like an extension of the titan blade itself, the masters took forces with them and separated, blitzing through room after room, marvelling at the sights they saw.
They eventually found the titan, Idris somehow reaching the large vault doors to the hall he found himself, the doors swinging open on their own accords to reveal the titan, sitting on a metal chair, staring intently at a forge that burned with purple flames, his eyes glazed over. Idris walked into the room and paused as he felt the ship somehow lock on to him, and from a corner, a pillar crumbled, the metal he knew to be Aserite rising up into the shape of a female human,
“Shola?” Idris asked,
Moyo turned and blinked, a soft smile on his face,
“Idris, you won’t believe what just happened” he said, a mischievous glint in his eyes,
Like someone had handed a child the keys to a nuclear arsenal,
Idris glanced around the vessel and nodded to himself; things were about to turn interesting.
