A contented sigh escaped the customers' lips as their mouths watered in anticipation.

However, it wasn't over just yet.

Zach focused on the vegetables, as he chopped each one of them into perfect sizes. Then, he tossed the vegetables into the wok, allowing it to blend harmoniously with the seared beef.

With the addition of sauce, the scent of the stir-fried beef not only permeated the air around the fifty customers in front of Zach but also to those behind them as well, attracting even more customers towards Zach as they all eagerly awaited their turn to have a taste of the wonderful meal he was cooking.

As a finishing touch, Zach sprinkled some sesame seeds into the meal.

Once he was done, he served the meal to the starving customers.

"Dinner is served," Zach said, loosening the white headband around his head before giving everyone their meals.

While Zach's current task was to entertain, cook and wow the customers, Jade was tasked with attracting more customers.

Although it sounded weird, the two of them were tasked with something similar which aided in complementing the efforts of one another.

For example, Jade had already undergone her mana core awakening, so she had mana and was adept at using wind magic whereas Zach was yet to undergo his awakening.

This was where Jade's role became prominent. Being adept at using wind magic enabled her to direct the aroma towards the customers they wanted to attract.

Jade's job was to find customers who had swiftly stepped out of the coliseum to find something quick to eat, then while they were trying to find a suitable meal to eat, Jade would direct the soothing aroma of the meal Zach was making into their nose, allowing them to follow the scent trail back to Zach.

However, with Jade's technique proving to be not only efficient but also stress-free, it was still difficult to make large numbers of customers head towards Zach.

Thus, this was where Zach's cooking tricks came into play.

Most customers would have been bored to death while waiting in line for Zach's meal to be ready, however, due to his fluid movement, exquisite strength, and display of speed, the customers viewed his cooking as a show of exceptional talent and they simply had to have a taste of his cooking.

And the moment they did, it was difficult not to come back for seconds.

This was how their day had been since they started from concert halls, the guild districts and finally arrived at the coliseum.

It was the same tactic they had used all day long, however, this didn't mean that Jade didn't do any cooking.

In fact, they had been alternating the tasks between themselves whenever they noticed the other feeling tired or getting worn out.

But since Zach couldn't use wind magic, he could only attract a few customers during his turn.

This was why they both complemented each other's strengths and weaknesses.

Now, most of the customers were satisfied and were returning home while others were returning to watch the final battle of the night before the coliseum came to a close.

While Jade was cleaning up for the day with a smile on her face due to the huge amount of money they had made today, she suddenly heard the voices of two girls cuddling and giggling with Zach as they both hugged his arms and placed them between their breasts.

The girls looked to be around Jade's age and surprisingly they had been coming back repeatedly ever since they tasted Zach's cooking.

Jade was certain that their boyfriends were waiting for them while watching the fights happening in the coliseum.

As for how she knew, well, let's just say that she overheard them saying stuff like that.

"So, Zach, you're done for today right?" One of the girls asked, hugging his hand closer while pressing her body into his. She was currently on his right.

"I bet he is. So why don't you accompany your big sisters for a quick walk around the city while our boyfriends are still focused on the game? So what do you say? You don't have any more customers to attend to right?" The girl on his left inquired.

"Yeah, but I'll be leaving soon as well," Zach replied with a smile. He had to act professionally in front of his customers after all.

"Eh?" The girl on his left sounded disappointed. "Do you really have to go? There's so much we could do if you choose to hang out with us," She said, sending Zach a coquettish smile while placing her hand on his chest. But her eyes suddenly widened in disbelief when she felt how broad his chest was.

"Oh my goodness, your chests are so broad," she said, tracing her fingers across his broad chest.

"Uh, really?" The girl on his right was equally surprised as well and she began to explore his chest, causing her heart to race just by feeling his chest.

"You are right. His chest is so broad."

"Told you. I bet he works out a lot. How often do you exercise?" She lifted her head, staring at Zach with a look of anticipation in her gaze.

"Well, that doesn't matter. We could simply find out ourselves by having our own little exercise someplace not too far from here."

Right after one of the girls said this, the sound of a broken plate could be heard from behind the three of them.

Zach turned around to notice the fleeting look of jealousy reflecting in Jade's eyes before she suddenly realized that the plates she was holding had broken into pieces.

"I'm sorry ladies. I guess I have to take my leave now. I hope to see you girls again soon. Goodnight," Zach waved at them before heading towards Jade who was now picking up the broken pieces of plates that were on the floor.
