Chapter 24: Library!

*Eleina’s POV*

What did I learn in tactics class? Fucking nothing! Those two kept flirting with me the entire time! Others saw this, I swear! My nonexistent reputation is ruined…

Whatever! That was a few days ago, I should just get over it by now. Ah, right. Vina and Tia stopped with the silent treatment yesterday. The reason is very simple.

What they did wasn’t assault fully, but it was the equivalent of licking up a woman’s love juices after they had done it with someone. As such, because they did something like that, it greatly made them feel ashamed. Pride is a very important thing for pure vampires after all.

Anyway, it is the weekend, so there are no classes. The academy is still open for faculty and staff to explore around it, though. Me? I am going to the library! Finally, a place made just for people like me!

In the library, there wasn’t really anyone in it at all. Maybe because it is a weekend or something like that. Who knows. What I do know, is that I am going to read so many fucking books!

The library was huge! And it has multiple different sections that are labeled. Saving the most interesting for last, I went for the history books. As history wasn’t embezzled, there weren’t that many history books.

Only ten of them. Of course, they were fucking huge books, but I am glad that I won’t have to deal with more books than this.

Eleina: “Vina, when will those two be done with their business?” I ask after sitting down on a chair.

Iris and Rena had something to deal with, so they couldn’t come with me to the library. They said it wasn’t to do with invaders, and that I couldn’t come with them.

Vina: “Lady Eleina, they most likely won’t be finished until tonight.” She replied.

Eleina: “I see.” I say.

Tia: “You can read to your heart’s content.” She said with a giggle.

And that I will! Books are like candy to me, after all. I will most likely end up spending all day here in this place…

The history of the various kingdoms was not that interesting to read about. It was mostly about how they rose and fell. Vanetius was the outlier, never a tyrannical kingdom. Other kingdoms emerged, and disappeared, but this one always remained.

As if a person from a modern world came to this kingdom, it was always the most advanced. Whether that be weaponry, military tactics, or economics, they were always, and still are, on top.

These history books are magic items, and when Klee updates history, which she does every five years, they just update automatically. So the information is only ever five years behind the current events.

Whenever this happens, the librarian takes out the history books, and places them on a table. If they just leave them on the shelf, it will mess up the other books, when they expand. What a funny problem to have…

This kingdom sounds amazing, but I feel like a major problem is brewing. I think that within a few years, every other kingdom around us will join forces, to take this kingdom over. Or maybe to just destroy it.

With Iris and Rena, I highly doubt that it will be destroyed, but a huge war might break out still. Royalty and nobles in this kingdom must fight for it. They can’t just sit at home, while expendable soldiers waste their lives.

There are many famous and powerful noble families in this kingdom. Mary’s family was one of them. It was, because that they are a ruined family.

Slavery in this kingdom is completely banned. Servants are paid employees and aren’t indentured servants. Her family was caught owning slaves, specifically elves and beastkin. They thought of themselves above all other races.

They even had human commoners as slaves, whom they had kidnapped, since they saw them as an inferior race as well. Most of her family was executed, but Mary was only ten at the time. So she was spared from execution.

Even though she was young, her family’s corrupt morals were still ingrained in her, it seems. Poor girl… Now that I think about it, I haven’t really seen her around at all. I wonder what happened to her?

Oh, well. It’s none of my business. Looking outside the window, the sun was still up, so I decided to read more. This time I got books about magic. Specifically, general magic, healing magic, ice magic, wind magic, lighting magic, magic theory, and fire magic.

Each type had around three books in its series. With Vina and Tia’s help, I carried them back to the table that I was using. I know that it is a little odd how little number of books there are, but actually, there are a fuck ton of them in this library.

For the magic section, there were probably a few hundred books. I do not wish to go into detail about how many different magic elements exist. It doesn’t help that each race needs a different series since, how they use magic, or mana, is slightly different.

*Hours later.*

I am beginning to think that I was actually given cheats. I learned all of this shit far too quickly. Did my intelligence also get a boost like my strength and speed?… Maybe?

Anyway, I finished all of the magic books. I would like to test out my magic, but the sun is already going down. So I should head out by now.

Tia and Vina helped me put away the books, and then we left the library. When I opened the door to the library, Iris was sitting on a bench. Most likely waiting for me.

I was about to talk to her, but she grabbed my hand and guided me away. We ended up between two buildings. I was then gently pressed against the wall of one of the buildings.

With Iris’s breasts pressed against mine, I could feel her heartbeat. She was clearly wanting “something” from me, and I knew exactly what it was.

Iris: “Eleina… you secluded yourself in the library all daaaaay; surely, I deserve some of your blood now, right?” She whispered with a sultry tone into my ear.

Eleina: “Kiss… I want you to kiss me first.” I say with an embarrassed tone.

Iris: “Of course, how could I forget?” She said with a giggle.

She then held up my chin with one of her fingers, and then gave me a kiss. It was a deep kiss… She played with my mouth for ten minutes, but this time, she also would switch from groping my butt, and my breasts. Which only added to my arousal.

Without even asking me, she parted our mouths, and then started to lick my neck. Seconds later she sank her fangs into it, and started to drink my blood.

Am I going insane? Why does this feel better and better every time that they drink my blood? Shouldn’t I be used to it by now?…

After she finished drinking my blood, she gave me a peck on my lips. Then she glided one of her fingers across my neck where she drank my blood from, picking up some blood with it along her finger. Then she licked my neck clean.

With her finger hovering above her hand, so the blood that drops off just falls onto it, she walked over to Vina and Tia.

Iris: “You two are forbidden from drinking from her directly, but take these small seconds as alms from your lady.” She said with a wicked tone.

The two maids then started to lick and suck her finger, switching off from each other. Even the blood that dripped onto her palm, was cleaned off by them.

They had lewd looks on their faces. This was the first time that they had my blood fresh, so they were clearly feeling its effects in full force.

Iris: “Eleina’s blood is quite amazing, isn’t it? You two, I will take care to make sure that Eleina returns home safely. You two go find a woman to satiate your desires with.” She said with a laugh.

They then both left with haste. And I mean HASTE! I didn’t realize that they could even go that fast. They were like a blur…

Eleina: “Won’t they end up hurting someone?” I ask with a worried tone.

Iris: “I wouldn’t have let them go if I thought that they weren’t in control of their actions.” She said with a shrug.

Eleina: “What if they assault a woman? They could get ahead of themselves, and force them with charm magic.” I ask.

Iris: “They won’t. Even in that state, they won’t dirty their pride as pure vampires. Besides, they need a willing person; otherwise, the blood and sex will be bad. Not to mention, charm magic only works if the user of it is calm.” She replied.

Eleina: “I see. It’s also good that vampire bites go away fast as well.” I say with a sigh.

Iris: “Eleina, what are you talking about? They are just normal wounds like any other. It takes time for them to heal.” She said with a confused expression.

Eleina: “Huh? But the bites you two give me always quickly go away?” I reply.

Iris: “The reason why those two knew that your natural element is healing magic, was because you healed so quickly. You’re immortal, sure. But your healing speed isn’t that quick because we made you immortal.” She explained.

Eleina: “Do you mean that you two bite me everywhere, because there won’t be any evidence of the bites?” I ask with a tone of disbelief.

Iris: “For vampires, drinking from someone’s neck, is usually an intimate thing only done before going to sleep. Since you heal so fast, we don’t have to worry about that at all.” She said with a happy tone.

Eleina: “…”

Iris: “Now, let’s go home. Rena is anxiously waiting. Do not think that you will be getting any sleep tonight.” She whispered into my ear with a seductive tone.

Fuck… I am so looking forward to tonight! I don’t care anymore! Being with them feels so good, why should I pretend that I don’t enjoy it? That being said, hooray for intimate nightly activities!
