The unranked Mobs stormed the village. They looked for prey to devour for blood to be shed.

They howled and hissed some galloped towards their prey others slithered.

Berbu focused her qi and placed her hands on the ground and unleashed a barrage of brambles at the Ashram.

Some ended up being caught and tumbled onto the ground and were trampled by the mob of unranked Ashram.

Leafteay raised her hands and used her qi and turned them into leaves and shot them at the Ashram that were charging cutting them up to pieces.

Blood and guts flew out where ever Leafteay sent her attacks covering the ground in blood and guts.

The Coprun ranked Ashram noticed what was happening and howled an order and the unranked shifted their focus on other members of the village where he took it upon himself to engage the enemy.

Berbu noticed the Coprun Ashram shift their focus on her and she started to panic.

Berbu never fought anyone not even in a spar so she panicked and Frindle noticed.

Frindle intercepted the Ashram.

The Ashram Coprun warrior was stunned to see prey appear before him. He smiled wildly and lunged himself towards Frindle.

It hissed and spit flew everywhere it was mad but sane at the same time. It knew what to do but let its wildness take over.

Frindle noticed the Coprun's contempt in the creatures eyes.

This angered her greatly she lifted her hand and thrust it towards the creatures chest.

The Coprun soldier panicked never did he think that prey would fight back. He watched as his chest was pierced.

Frindle then used The Grand Astral technique in combination with her natural abilities as a plant. Tiny thorns poked out from her skin and started to absorb the Coprun as they were roots absorbing nutrients from the ground.The Grand Astral technique used the energy from the sky to purify the blood.

The Coprun soldier shrieked as he withered away.

The unranked soldiers saw what happened but they didn't care. Without a leader to guide them they went mad and attacked everyone the tribe and even themselves.

Frindle did her best jumping from fight to fight trying to save as many people as she could but she wasn't omnipotent and members of the tribe started to fall one by one.

Frindle felt the connection she had with them sever and it made her furious.

She started attacking wildly more and more Ashram fell and she absorbed them.

As more Ashram fell she felt that her people were also falling.

Frindle noticed something change inside her but it didn't matter she had to continue fighting.

She had to save them! , they were her children!

As the fight started to dwindle the sky darkened and more meteors fell down.

Tepa felt fear and hopelessness, Leafteay was tired and tearful, Berbu had a resolute expression that screamed that she was ready to sacrifice herself.

Frindle just looked at 3 surviving members of her tribe and her heart ached deeply.

She resolved to fight with them to the bitter end.

Leafteay mustered up her courage and spoke to Frindle.

"Mother we're going to die if we continue right." she said

Frindle responded resoultely to Leafteay "Not as long as I am alive child, I will never stop protecting you."

"Mother" Berbu spoke next. I want you to devour me like you did the invaders.

"Nonsense!" Frindle replies angrily. You are my children and I will protect you. Frindle spoke firmly.

Tepa overheard the conversation and interrupted Frindle.

"Mother, I believe this is the best solution. We are too weak and we have been holding you back. This way we can be apart of you and increase your strength. Don't think we haven't seen you become stronger as you devoured the enemy." Tepa spoke calmly and resolutely.

Frindle didn't say anything but Leafteay grabbed her mother's hand and said "Mother we don't want you to die. We want you to live and this is your best chance.

"Berbu grabbed her other hand and said Mother you gave us life and we are just going back to you. I won't lie and say I'm not scared but I would rather be with you than be left like a corpse like our clansmen."

Frindle shook and her mentality started to crumble.

Tepa Stood in front of Frindle and gave her a hug. "Mother we will always be with you and you will never be alone. If you do this we will be with you forever and our strength will help you become stronger so you can survive."

Frindle broke down and cried.

The last 3 members also shed tears but they were resolute.

The three said their final good byes and started turning into astral energy but before they could finish they were hit by an attack from an Ashram and started to bleed.

Frindle's eyes turned black and black blood flowed from her mouth and eyes. Spikes grew from her skin and pierced Tepa , Leafteay , and Berbu.

Moments before they died they saw Frindle's face full of despair. Tepa mustered out "Now we will always be together mother. Never forget that we love you and you will never be alone. Leafteay and Berbu both smiled at their mother even tho they were bleeding and missing body parts they left with a smile and those smiles broke Frindle more than any physical wound ever could.

Her skin darkened a shade her wavy hair turned red and her eyes turned purple gold.

On that day The great divine world blessing tree died and in it's place The chaotic world devouring tree was born and all it wanted to do was devour its enemies and end this farce of an invasion.

She screamed loudly into the air as the madness, and vitriol emanated from her body.
