You step on the button.
Ding.
After that very relaxing nap, you’re ready for something exciting! Something interesting! Something that’ll get your blood pumping and mind whirring!
...Or whatever.
And what do we have in the room now? Something that will fill that need?
Yep!
We have BEEEEEES!!!

----------------------------------------
D’aww, look at them, so cute and fuzzy, running around their hive.
You… you aren’t allergic to bee stings, are you?
Good! Because these bees are about, oh, triple their usual size, and their hive seems to take up most of one wall.
They aren’t particularly interested in you.
You step up to the hive and take a closer look. A few of them notice you, and fly around your head. They sound like mini jet planes.
One of them lands on your elbow and starts sniffing around.
It tickles.
You stand there and watch for a while, enjoying watching the activity of the bees.
----------------------------------------
Eventually you notice something odd. The bees’ hive is here, but there aren’t any flowers in this concrete room. To get pollen, they seem to be going to a particular spot on the wall, one near where you threw the boomerang, and vanishing.
You watch this happen several times before walking over to that spot.
A bee crawls out of the solid concrete wall and flies to the hive. Another bee crawls into the solid concrete wall, almost like it didn’t exist.
You hesitate, then quickly run your hand over that spot.
It feels solid.
You, once again, press your ear against the wall.

You hear buzzing.
A bee appears and flies off, and you press your finger to the exact place where it appeared.
Nothing.
Huh, weird...
Oh. Well, don’t worry! These bees seem very calm, they won’t attack unless something attacks them.
Or if they smell fear. You’re not afraid, are you?
...Oh. Umm.
Yeah, the bees have noticed. A few of them start flying towards you. Is it your imagination, or are these bees like triple the size they’re supposed to be?
It’s not your imagination.
They start landing on you, smelling the new thing that’s come into their space.
This isn’t worrying at all, nope.
Look, all you have to do is stay calm. Don’t move, and they’ll lose interest. They’ll leave you alone soon enough.
One decides that your ear is a very comfortable-looking place! It crawls behind your ear and settles down for a nap. It would be cute if it weren’t absolutely terrifying.
You find that you can’t move. That’s probably for the best, honestly.
After five minutes (that feel like an eternity) most of the bees leave, heading back to whatever they’d been doing before you appeared. The one behind your ear is still asleep, though.
You carefully take a seat, wanting to cry. For all intents and purposes, you are stuck here until the bee decides to leave.
After all, if food stays in your stomach when you press the button, why wouldn’t a bee behind your ear stay with you?
Your only option is to wait.
----------------------------------------
Quite some time passes. I have time to play a few rounds of Among Us. Finally, finally the bee wakes up. It crawls around a bit, being extremely creepy, before flying off.
Oh thank goodness.
----------------------------------------
Fair enough. You back into a corner as the bees start flying towards you.
They just want to make friends! Don’t aggravate them, and they’ll leave you alone!
As soon as you realize they’re huge, like, three times bigger than normal bees, you start to freak out. You swat at them, drawing more attention.
Stop! You’re making it worse!
Two dozen more bees head your way, coming to investigate the commotion.
You wish you had something to beat them back with, like a tennis racket. Or something.
They surround you, some landing on you to smell you better. You flick them off, slightly hyperventilating. One gets caught in your hair.
Oh, to hell with this!
You rip it out and dive for the button.
----------------------------------------
You decide that you’ve had enough of bees for the day.
DO YOU PRESS THE BUTTON? Yes No
