Big Red Button.
Fifth slap.

Fifth slap.

You slap the button.

Ding.

The temperature is up a wee bit again, and the sleeping bag is back! I guess we knows what that means!

I get to clock out! Woo!

Oh, there’s also a big thing of paints and paintbrushes in the room, along with a gap in the corner and three plastic cups.

----------------------------------------

So, what do you do first?

Ah, I see you’re looking at the paints. They’re cheap watercolors, bought at a craft store, non-toxic and safe for kids.

You aren’t a kid, but we still don’t want to take any chances. Some people can be real idiots.

You organize them into a rainbow, then check out the brushes. You’ve got two whole sets there. If you have any artistic abilities at all, you should be able to do something creative with them.

Wellp, have fun! I’m disconnecting the button now, bye!

Odd, the crystals have not yet appeared. Worry not, we will arrange things. Do not forget to break one off and keep it in your mouth.

They are getting close to finding out how we got in, so this will be our last message to you until you leave the Rooms.

I’m baaaaack! Are you awake yet?

Nope! You aren’t! Sweet! I’m gonna go get a latte, I’ll just be a mo.

----------------------------------------

Back again! Aha! You’re awake! How did you sleep?

Badly? Sorry. Don’t worry, hardly anyone sleeps soundly in there. I think it’s because of the light. We really need to add a switch into the night rooms.

How many more nights will you be expected to stay? This will probably be your last day. At most, one more night. It just depends.

On what? Oh, various things. I can’t tell you, since that would interfere with your reactions. We need all your reactions to be pure and unadulterated.

----------------------------------------

Ok, let’s see what you painted!

Oh wow, that’s really pretty. You painted a mountain range at sunset, the colors fading into each other in a way I didn’t think was possible with paint that cheap.

Color me impressed.

(Get it? Color? I’m so clever.)

You roll your eyes at me. I am not surprised.

----------------------------------------

You painted…

Yep. About what I expected.

It’s certainly one of the more colorful one’s I’ve seen. You, eh, you really didn’t want to leave any color out, did you?

I’d say good job, but I’m not obligated to praise you, so I’m not going to.

----------------------------------------

Ok, here I go, time to reconnect the button.

It’ll be live in three…

Two…

One.

DO YOU PRESS THE BUTTON? Yes No
