General POV
‘I should of never messed with that bastard.’ Desmond thought as he lamented his situation. Artemis decided to get revenge in the worst way. He snitched to Alexandra about the perverted scenes in his works. His mother threatened to ban him from writing after finding out. Master Roshi's antics are what got her really riled up. He was the main discussion point of his long debate with her. It took forever to explain reasonably why the scenes had to be included. The worst was that he punished Desmond as well.
He told Jamie about the vanishing cabinets & gave her the coordinates to the island. The bastard also informed her of his plans to make a simple, functional base. The she-demon was not happy, to say the least. She chased after him ever since, demanding he build something more artistic. He spent a week running from her until he caved to her demands. He also had to let her in on designing & decorating the island, which leads us to where he was now.
“This is a waste of resources making the island this detailed,” Desmond said to Jaime. They were finishing the blueprints for the new base.
“No, it’s not if this will be our main base. It has to portray who we are. When you summon the next batch of people, they need to be in awe of this place. They need to want to live here and be a part of something greater. If I left it up to you, you’d build a shack for them to live in & call it a day. We need more than just a functional living space. You can have function & beauty in my new design, my dear.” Jamie explained, her eyes never leaving the floor plan for the island. Desmond sighed with resignation. He knew she wouldn’t change her mind.
“All right, but you can’t touch the middle. I have plans to put a couple of buildings there, forming a hub.” Desmond said, remaining firm on what was most important to him. Jamie rolled her eyes but started restructuring with the hub in the middle.
The new map had the Tower(Destiny) right in the middle of the map. Surrounding the tower in each direction was four cities. Aten(Assassin’s Creed) to the west, Duat to the east, Atlantis to the south, and Asgard to the north. Sparta & Athens were further south. Sparta southwest & Athens in the southeast. Further up north was Jotunheim, followed by Alexandria in the northwest corner. Finally, on the small peninsula northeast were Florence & Havana on the coast, with Altissia(Final Fantasy XV) floating in the water right next to them.
They ended up using the entire eight kilometers of space they had on the island. Desmond used the system to buy the land. In addition, he purchased Wakanda’s(MCU) cloaking & barrier technology for the third layer of protection. Once that was done, Jaime suggested using his clones, microbots, and extension charms to make every area more livable. Desmond would halt his training a little while further making his final accommodations to her plan. He spent the entire 10 million points he received from his Baymax introduction. He would have to wait until the Digimon & Pokémon movies come out next month to buy something else. When Desmond was finished, he addressed Jamie looking at their new surroundings.

“Satisfied?” Desmond asked.
“Never, we’ve only just begun love. You’ve sated my needs for the moment.” Jamie replied, grabbing a hypercube. She put on her interceptor suit, jetting out to explore the island. Desmond grumbled at her response and began making clones to put the finishing touches on the island.

In Los Angeles, the Carter family watched the credits roll for the Pokémon movie. It was the world premiere of the Digimon & Pokémon movies. The crowd was still in their seats because Artemis had announced a day before a new surprise would be at the film's end. Fans & critics alike were waiting with excitement from the recent announcement. As the final credits rolled, the screen faded to black.
A second later, a shooting star passed by on the screen, with an Abstergo logo following shortly after. Pixelated-sounding music began to play as two sprite Pokémon appeared on the screen battling it out. The screen flashed again as the classic Pokémon game theme played, showing Charizard. The title Pokémon Fire Red version burst out on the screen. Right after a 30-second in-game clip of catching a Pikachu along with a random encounter battle was shown. Finishing out the trailer, an Abstergo DS was shown along with the game cartridges. The kids in the room screamed with joy as the trailer ended. Before they could scream the room off, the theater’s speaker said they had an announcement.
“Pretty cool, huh? I have even better news the Abstergo DS comes out tomorrow! Not only that, the system includes one version of Pokémon but also Digimon World & Pet Simulator(Nintendogs). Two more games free of charge. As a special promotion, a code for exclusive in-game Digimon & Pokémon will come with every screening. Mr. Imagination was the lead writer & executive producer for both games. Have fun catching monsters of your own.” Artemis concluded.
On the limo ride to the airport, Trey was surrounded. The vultures who knew his secret were demanding something with their gazes. His hero & aunt were also looking, though not as intensely.
“Is there something on my face?” Trey asked jokingly to break the tension. The rest stared at him even harder. Trey started to sweat a little before Clark saved him.
“Son, We all know you're best friends with Artemis & good friends with Mr. Imagination. There’s no way you can’t get some,” Clark said, adjusting his glasses. Everyone else nodded in agreement.
“I’m not saying I have said item, but if….” Trey stopped when Kyla jumped on him, grabbing his face. She looked directly into his eyes.
“GAME!” Kyla declared with intensity. Trey shivered looking back at her. He took out his phone, making a call to his friend.
“Art buddy, I need those DSs tonight. No, it can’t wait till tomorrow morning. What! No way getting them a day earlier is not worth….” Trey was stopped by his mother & father. They both held one of his shoulders. His whole family was staring him down.
Cough.
“I promise. I won’t embarrass you on stage again. Send those DSs to the hotel.” Trey said, hanging up the phone. Kyla kissed him on the cheek, letting him go.
‘He’s the pettiest man in the world. I’ll get him back for this one day.’ Trey thought.
“Thank you, Trey,” Everyone said together. They all smiled as if they hadn’t just extorted him.
