Waking up the next was quite hard as I barely got any sleep practicing all night and I'm still not used to getting up at sunrise here. [Madam] Rose would bang on my door to wake me up every morning and it is starting to get old. Once I was able to drag myself out of bed. I started practicing for what felt like hours. Pushing and pulling my arms to imitate the pull of the tides on the water. But in the end it feels like there is no progress whatsoever.
Maybe if I spice things up and try something new, maybe acquiring the class would be faster but in what way?
I thought and I thought and I got an idea. Waterbending is based on the flow of water and usually involve the whole body. Should I try moving my body like I did my hands?
I only vaguely know waterbending moves but the practice with my hands heavily reminds me of what a lot of old people do at the public park. What is it called again?... Oh, tai chi, that's its name. I don't know how to properly do it but I could improve it.
It took multiple repeats but I was able to calmly and continuously move my arms, legs and torso (including the tail, the trickiest part of them all), mimicking the movement of a flowing stream. This felt like I was some kind of disciple at a Buddhist temple training in the martial arts by a wise old [monk]. Just like the practice earlier, this felt right but I can't get over this nagging feeling that I need some kind of real life example to base my movement on.
"Maybe I should find some water and study that." With this decision, I packed up my stuff and headed out on the town.

As the largest sun, the second this time, started to ascend from the zenith of it's valley (Yes this star moves upside down, the only one of it's siblings that does this), my search came up as a failure. All water I could find were either in barrels or troughs, or from wells and small fountains with singular spout. There are bathhouses, but seem not as useful for the money it will cost to enter. This leaves only two options left. One, enter the inner city and sightsee the rumored lavish fountains and other public works of art. Or two, leave the city and go outside to see the river.
The last option is obviously the most dangerous, I was literally attacked by a bunny the last time out there but the first option seems the least likely. I doubt I would be able to find the fountain less than be able to train beside it. I tried entering the outer area of the inner city in the brief time I was here just to take a look and each time the [guards] harassed me like I was some black teenager and them a security guard following my every move in a big franchise store. I did not felt welcomed so I quickly left each time. Plus the fountain would probably flowing fast, violent streams of water that would be hinder the progress I already made.
The narrative has been taken without permission. Report any sightings.
Outside is pretty much my only viable option left.

Since people go in and out the gates all day, it was not hard to go through, unlike going in there was no procedures to follow, just walk but there was a significant amount of people eyeing, probably because I was alone with no weapons or gear of any kind. None of their had any malevolent intentions behind them so I tried to ignore them but it did not help my unease.
Traveling down the main path along with others and many carts and carriages passing by is probably safer than going through the fields. Talking about the fields, there are quite of few people working in them, either on the soil, touching the plants to activate some [skills] or gathering the mature products while having [soldiers] stationed periodically around to patrol the fields incase something bad goes down.
Traveling along, I noticed a small foot pace diverging away from the walk way towards the river so i decided to follow it. After a while I found a big enough canal flowing from the river into the fields. This area is quite open and close enough to the road that I could still see it but hidden enough that others would not easily see me.
This place is perfect.
Studying the water revealed a weak current pushing the water further inland away from it's source and hydrating the soil for the plants. With some time I was able to mimic the flow with my movement, taking slow tiny steps along the canal and anytime I got too far away, I would backtrack and start anew.
Overtime everything beside me, my movement and the flow of the water slowly fade away into the background as what felt like I spiritually speaking became one with the water. This continued one as time flowed by like the water in the canal. One smooth step by smooth step, my tail oscillating like a waves from the ocean or the ripples on water, and my arms parting through the air at a snails pace, eventually the day shifted to evening. What finally brought me out of my self voluntary trace was the warm orange light of the suns setting. This told me that it is the time to return to work at the tavern but it seems like all this hard work did actually paid off in a way I did not expected.
