Repeating the last sentence in his head, Mark look up to the alien sky and marvel at how different and strange it is compared to home.
Sky's the limit huh.
"So I can be anything, can I be an all powerful [God]?"
{All [classes] are equal in strength so you would not be almighty right away and some [classes] are harder to achieve than others. If you would want to be a [God] or something like that, you would need to put in the work and establish followers that believe you are a [God]. High probability you would get a similar [class] instead like [Living Idol], [Deified Mortal], or [Prophet].}
"Never mind, that was more of a rhetorical question, I have no interest in starting a cult. Must have been some insane people in the past who tried it though."
With no more reason to stay in this spot anymore I think it time to start heading towards the city now but once I started walking Alexa spoke up.
{Don't you want to take you stuff with you?}
"What stuff?"
{The bag behind you on your right.}
As I turned around there was really a small, cloth satchel laying on the ground upright. Taking a step forward, I picked it up and noticed it was quite light being not that full. Opening the flap revealed its contents. A small dagger in its sheath, some twine, small wooden water bottle partially filled, a rod from a flint and steel, what I either assume is a blanket or cloth tarp, and some rolls of bandages.
"What is this stuff?"
{This can be called your 'starting gear'. Some basic stuff incase you were not too close to civilization to give you a slight increase in survival.}
"Gee, thanks" With looking further in the bag, at the bottom is a small sack or pouch. Taking it out and opening it revealed three copper disks or they may be coins. They have quite a basic design with a rose viewed from the top on one side and a sword and staff crossing each other on the other side. "Is this money" I ask.
{They are [System] generated coins, they are what you would find as loot in [Dungeons] and many other places. It values fluctuate from place to place but since they are backed by the [System] and high in circulation with near impossible to forge, most places accept it.}
"If this is copper it must not worth much but only three, seriously."

After the complaint, I placed all the stuff back into the bag and started to head off to the city's gate but I no where near an actual path I started wondering through the crops, which Alexa says they are called Sheafs. That it, such a simple name really. A plant the grows like multiple cereal grains together like a sheaf but actually attached together. There are also vines covering the main thicker stem in middle assumingly a legume are something. If they are doing their own version of the three sister thing, the cover crop which is a bunch of leaves surrounding the root of the Sheafs must be some sort of squash or may not, I don't recognize the leaves' shape.
After walking for a while I stopped as I heard rustling behind me.
What was that. Maybe it was a bird or mouse, I am in a field. Plus it did not sound that big. But what if. This is a fantasy world, it could be a giant monster with incredibly high leveled [stealth] or something like that. Should I take a look, no that is just asking to get hurt but if it does have that high leveled [stealth] it could be standing inched from my face and I could be dead alrea-
Before I could finishing spiraling, there was a loud thwack like one of the stems breaking and the sound of something falling to the ground.
Ok maybe looking will not be that bad. I'm not a real cat so I don't need to fear curiosity that much.
I slowly turn around and tiptoed towards the sound and peaked around the Sheaf. What was not a large snarling beast but a small bunny. It was nibbling on the a fallen stem's grains.
"Aww, who's the cutest little varmint." I couldn't help but say in a cutesy voice.
Once spoken, the bunny noticed I was there and looked at me headlong. Their eyes was not like anormal bunny or any prey animal's. It stared at me fiercely like it was a wolf and I entered it's den. Then I noted more details I missed. Firstly, it was more of a hare, not a bunny and it has a curved horn on the top of its forehead. Not a squat spiral horn nor antler like ones you think you see on a jackalope but wicked sharp but short goat like horn.
"Is that a [Horned Rabbit]?"
As I was taking all of this in, the rabbit adjusted its back legs and I was barely able to react in time and jump to the side. It pounced at a terribly frightening speed and despite my effort to dodge, it's horn clipped my left thigh.
"F*ck" I explained at the pain spread through out my leg, blood gushing from the gash.
Turning around to prepare what this bastard would do next, I saw not just the most peculiar but also the most satisficing sight to behold. Since it charged at me but missed, it was not able to change it momentum last minute and slammed head first into a sheaf. It was entangles all the stems and vines unable to escape as it struggle to set itself free but it never took its eye off of me, its sight full of anger and fury blaming me for the pickle it is in.
Lets just say what happened next was that I delt with it before it could escape and finish the job while swearing like a sailor. I might love adorable animals but I am not letting something like a beast get away with trying to kill me. Especially when I had the opportunity that was given to me. The muzzle of the hare had a slight pink tint to its fur so I probably was not its first victim but I am surely the last. And what reward I received for all of this. A brand new shoe covered in blood and filth and this,
