Once finished with that outburst and a small celebratory party for myself, I went back to manipulating the water. What I began to notice was some few things like I could only control a small amount of water at a time and I can't control more than one piece at all. Plus I get drained quite quickly resulting in me occasionally stopping to [cultivate] the energy back. It may suck now but I know I will get better over time. Still, me, waterbending, practically magic. I can't get over that. Its like a dream that became true. I'd never imagine this would be my future back then.

By the time the suns were about to set, I was only able to at most double the amount of water I could use my [Hydrokinesis] by one more marble, not separate marbles though. The rate of qi I could gather and store got better, extracting the mud from the water was easier too. Before I left, I made sure to fill the waterskin so I would not have to later. It took a couple minutes longer than expected due to the extra volume.

I looked back upon the water as it flowed by with the red glow from the sky reflected off of it thinking on the accomplishments I achieved today and then I turned to return to the city.

As I was in the kitchen cleaning all the dirty dishes and mugs within a tub in the back, while wiping the grease off a wooden plate, I caught my own reflection in the water within the weak candle light and this reminded me what I am now.

I'm a [Waterbender], why am I using mundane methods to cleans this. I can bend the water itself.

I spread my fingers above the murky water and drew them up. A small sphere of greyish brown water detached. I then swayed my hand slowly over the plate, gliding the water over the surface. It did not clean much but it was still fascinating.

I'm starting to thing I'm getting bett-

A loud thunk interrupted my thoughts and made me lose control over the water.

"Stop fooling around!" [Madam] Rose screamed across the kitchen, the sound being a cleaver penetrating the cutting board she was working on, "You're not here to dilly dally. If you have time to lean you have time to clean."

"Yes Ma'am!" I replied and went back to work.

Wait, how does she knows that phrase?

I had to wait until I was finished with work before I could practice with my waterbending. I focused on my control over manipulating the water. When I woke up the next morning, I spent my morning to get even more practice in before I begin my day.

The first place I planned to go would be the library so I went straight there first. Elizabeth was quite helpful when it came to deciding the [class] to pick. Even though none of the options she gave was eventually used, I believe that she would not just be thrilled to learn about a new [class] not in her records but as a [class advisor], her advice may be useful as I don't have any senior [waterbenders] to teach me the craft.

She did not believed me when I first told her, "Are you're sure it is an entirely new [class]?"

"I think so, it what the notification said. Plus I was given a [quest] when I first decided I wanted to pursue it. I don't believe it is an entirely new concept though because it seems like to use many fundamental aspects of other [classes] like [cultivation] from [cultivators] or [hydrokinesis] from... I don't know, any water based [class]."

"Okay, that makes sense but where did you ever got the idea of [waterbender] from?"

"There was a piece of media, a fictional work from my world and in the story, the fictional world where everything took place, the people were able to control one of the four basic elements, water, earth, fire, and air with the main character, the avatar, had the power of all four. I choose water since it had the most flexibility."

"That's neat, wait, the [Avatar] of what?"

"It was just a title, nothing like that."

"Oh. Anyways, thank you for sharing this with me, I assume you came to me for help understanding your [class]?"

"If you don't mind."

"Of course not, I did told you to come anytime you needed me." She says while pointing to one of the nearby empty tables, "Take a seat while I get some reading materials for you."

After some time, she returned with a small stack of books.

"My own [skills] told me that your [class] was at its core a caster that uses qi to manipulate water with a minor influence of martial arts. Since you do not cast spells in the most traditional way, my options were more limited but I got books generally about water magic and [skills]. I believe they will help you understanding and become more attuned with said element." She says and places a few books to the side and then references three books in front of her, "These books references the basics of basics for [cultivation]. It is quite a popular topic for many [warrior] like [classes] as it helps refine and strengthen the body. They should help you get better with that [skill]. I believe these specific ones are more informative compared with others in the collection."

And finally she picks up two books, one with a beautiful depiction of a cliff next to a turbulent sea with storm clouds up above, bound in a different design than the rest while the other looked quite bland, as barely any discernable features on the cover.

While handing me the former, "This book is a manual about the [cultivation technique] and other traditional [skills] of a sect of [Hurricane] and [Storm Cultivators]. One of the heads of a [noble] household was fascinated with collecting [skill] books from far and wide and he was able to precure this some time ago. Once he moved on, his family wishing to reorganize their personal library decided to donate much of his collection to the inner city library and then they sent some of the surplus here."

"Interesting but I'm confused why this is with the rest of the books?"

"I do have to apologize on that, our collection on [cultivation techniques] are quite limited and the ones we do have are not compatible with your [class]. Many either use them to follow a specific path or to reinforce the one they are on. You on the other hand are much more restricted with limitations on what will synergies with the main element your [class] focus on."

"Ok but what about the other book?"

"Glad you ask since I am confused on why my [skills] say this would be useful to you. While getting the last book, this one popped up as applicable to your [class] too. It's a book once confiscated from when the [adventurers'] guild raided the Bloodmoon Sect, what many would call a demonic or evil sect. The original copy is heavily restricted but I and some other [librarians]/[scribes] were assigned with redacting most of the information, specifically focused on removing the vile acts and dark arts in the book. Before you ask, I know what you're going to say but any piece of information can be useful, if a person wish to follow in the footsteps of this sect without committing their crimes and establish a new path forward, that is for the best for everyone."

"Ok, still trying to wrap my head around that but for the first part there is maybe two reasons as to why, one this [class] is connected to the moon or at least not yet while the second is that in the fiction, [waterbenders] can control all forms of water, from ice to mud to even blood."

"Wow, most elemental [skills] are limited to the literal meaning of said element, your class must be special."

"Are your sure I can use this book, seems a little too risky giving these out?"

"Don't be ridiculous, you shown that the [System] trusts you with the [class] in the first place so of course you will be unrestricted to gain access to the information pertaining to it. For now, you can access any book regarding water [skills] or martial arts [cultivation techniques]."

After talking back and forth some more, she wished me good luck and headed back to her desk leaving me behind to begin my studying.
