As the zombie rounds the corner, Archvel feels a surge of confidence.
He orders his skeletons to attack, and they quickly move into action.
One of the skeletons lunges forward and grapples with the zombie, while the other two move in to attack.
Archvel watches in awe as his skeletons work together in perfect unison, using their bony arms to crush the zombie's head.
"Zombie X1: Killed (10 XP)"
Archvel feels a rush of excitement and pride as he watches his skeletons in action.
"Every time I kill something, that mechanical voice tells me that I gain XP."
"XP must be standing for experience, and it may be the one thing that increases my power if it is what I believe."
Archvel thought that whatever he encountered in the system, being a necromancer, the zombies and mechanical voice, as well as "XP," were all in line with an RPG game.
The more he kills, the more XP he will be gaining, and that will turn into more power.
As the battle ends, Archvel takes a moment to reflect on his feelings.
"If not for these skeletons helping me out, I do not want to think what would happen to me," he thought.
Archvel takes a deep breath and continues down the hallway, his skeletons following closely behind him. He knows that there is still much to discover and explore in this mysterious temple.
"I still feel scared."
"But I don't know why, but I also feel excited about the probabilities."
He believes that these kinds of things only happen to important people.
He never thought himself to be a necromancer, but everything feels in line with what he always wanted to do.
As Archvel and his skeletons continue down the hallway, they suddenly come upon a large set of double doors.
The doors are intricately carved with images of dragons and demons, and they seem to radiate a powerful aura of magic.
"This-"
Archvel could not help but be impressed.
All the things he saw in this life and his life on Earth could not be compared to these doors at all.

"Let's get in..."
Archvel knew that he was a fool when it came to approaching these kinds of things.
But in the end, he also knows that there is no other choice anyway.
Archvel approaches the doors cautiously, his heart beating with excitement and anticipation.
He pushes the doors open and steps into the throne room, his skeletons following closely behind him.
The room is breathtakingly grand, with high ceilings that stretch up into the darkness above.
The floor is made of polished stone, and in the center of the room stands a grand throne made of black marble and studded with gems.
"Yeah, this place is not an ordinary area," he whispers to himself.
As Archvel looks around the room, he feels different.
He can sense the power and darkness that permeate the space, and he knows that this throne room must belong to a dark mage of immense power.
The air is thick with the scent of incense, and Archvel can feel a faint hum of magic in the air.
As he approaches the throne, he notices a set of ancient tomes and scrolls resting on a nearby table.
He can sense the power emanating from them, and he knows that they must contain knowledge that is both dangerous and invaluable.
"These books and scrolls have no value for me because I can't read them, but they will be valuable if I learn how to read."
Archvel thought about it and then started looking for a way out.
After about thirty minutes of searching, he finds a hidden door back at the throne itself and starts to walk towards it.
"Screeeeeeeeech !"
As Archvel walked towards the hidden door, five zombies screamed as they got out of the hidden door, crushing the wooden door with ease.
As the zombies rush towards Archvel and his skeletons, he can feel his heart pounding in his chest.
"This looks like a problem to me.."
Archvel quickly targets one of the zombies with his "Decay Bolt" spell, focusing his energy into a bolt of dark magic that shoots from his fingertips and strikes the zombie directly in the chest.
The zombie staggers back, its flesh rotting and decaying before Archvel's eyes.
With one zombie down, Archvel turns to face the others.
"It always seemed weird to me that the Decay Bolt spell was effective against zombies who were already decayed corpses."
Archvel thought about it for a split second but did not decide to dwell on it for the time being.
He orders his skeletons to attack, and they move forward to engage the remaining zombies in hand-to-hand combat.
The skeletons are strong and agile, and they make short work of the zombies, crushing their heads and tearing their limbs from their bodies with ease.
"My skeletons are not ordinary; their eyes are blazing with purple energy. I believe if they were ordinary skeletons, they would have an easy time fighting against these zombies."
Archvel watches the battle unfold, feeling a sense of satisfaction as his skeletons work in perfect unison.
He can feel the power coursing through him, and he knows that he is becoming stronger with each passing moment and each zombie that falls to the ground.
As the last of the zombies falls to the ground, Archvel takes a deep breath and looks around the hidden door.
"Zombie X5: Killed (50 XP)"
"Level UP"
"Use the word "status" to check if improvements can be made."
As he prepares to leave the throne room using the hidden door, Archvel feels a sense of pride and accomplishment.
"I don't know why, but I feel great and powerful. At least I am getting used to those zombies."
Archvel laughs as he looks at the zombies on the ground.
