I stand up and walk over to where the pile of weapons will drop.
"Where the hell am i?!"
I could hear the middle-aged man faintly yell, as I was getting further away from him.
Why am I going over to where the pile of weapons will drop? Well It's about more efficiency. The closer I am too the pile of weapons when it drops, the faster I can go and kill goblins.
Yeah I know that I am at maximum saving 1-2 minutes at most. But it's all about doing small things, as it will go a long way.
Because 1-2 minutes reapeated for 100 regressions, could potentially save me 2 hours of work.
Now that I was around the spot, where the weapons would drop. I realized that I have some time to spare, so I checked my status window.
[Name: Taeho Kim] [Level: 3]
[Age: 21]
[Stats]
Endurance: 7+
Agility: 7 +
Strength: 7 +
Magic: 0 +
Mana: 0 +
[Stat points: 2]
[Skills]
- Perfect Clear[X]
You don't have to say 'status window' out loud to actually check the status window. I found out that the status window can be accessed just by thinking of it.
Now that I look at my stats, it dosen't look that bad. If I add my 2 free points to agility, that stat would go to 9. Which is almost double of what I had when I started in this floor.
It really was tempting to use the extra stat points, but I knew that saving them for an emergency was better.
Lee Min-ho stats would double if he held a sword, so his stats would have been around 10.
Meanwhile I had to 'technically die' around 10 times, to almost be equal in one stat of the level 1 Lee Min-ho.
The thing is I am not even equal in one stat of the level 1 Lee Min-ho. Even If I do use my extra stat points, I would still be worse in every aspect compared to Lee Min-ho.
I got slightly depressed and at the same time.
Ripple!
The angel appeared again, and the immense pressure again came down on me.
I tried to move and fight back with no results. The angel dropped the pile of weapons next to me and disappeared into the portal.
Why do I fight back against the pressure? My idea was that if I could move under the angel's pressure. I could probably also move under the wolfs pressure.
I have been trying to fight the pressure in the last 5 regressions, but there hasn't been any results yet.

'Rome wasn't built in a day' was one thought that kept me motivated.
I picked up a sword and dagger from the pile of weapons. The sword was lighter than before, and I became a little happy.
There is one problem though. I simply do not know how to wield the sword. There is no techniques that I know of, except swinging vertically and horizontally.
The move where I redirect the sword, can't even be called a proper technique.
That's why I need to become better at swinging the sword. Luckily I know a person that had a sword skill.
I sweeped my gaze around the field to find a specific person.
That's is when I saw a handsome man with 2 other people. I approached the group.
"Do you guys need a 4th member?"
I asked, knowing that I joined their group in the first regression. I know that I am going against my rule 1 to make companions.
But I really need to know if he could make me better at using the sword with his skill.
"Yeah, perfect timing we do need a 4th member". Lee Min-ho answered with a friendly tone.
"Great I am Kim Taehon". I answered waiting for them to introduce themselves.
"I'm Lee Min-ho".
"I'm Kim Jihoon".
"I'm Kang Sangwoo".
An awkward silence that lasted a few seconds came after we introduced ourselves.
[Announcement]
[1st floor]
- Clear condition: Kill 1000 monsters [0/1000]
The announcement came at the perfect time.
"It seems like each person needs to kill around 10 monsters, and since this is the 1st stage, the monsters are probably weak." Lee Min-ho said with a confident expression.
It seems like the events are going to repeat themselves.
"Before that we should probably get some weapons". Lee Min-ho said.
I already had a sword and dagger so I just waited while they were looking for weapons.
We grouped up and again, and I waited for Kim Jihoon to say that we should reveal our skills.
"We should head out and explore the forest".
Lee Min-ho said with an exited tone.
"Before we do that, we should probably tell our skills. So, we can coordinate better.
I will start, my skill is called 'Hunter' and the rank is A. It allows me to mark targets within 100m, and ranged attacks will lock on the target. Hence why i took the bow as my main weapon." Kim Jihoon said.
Well at least his skill didn't change. That would have been a problem, if other players skill's changed for every regression. That would have been such a pain.
I waited for the other group members to tell their skills. Until their eyes landed on me. This time I had a perfect lie.
"My skill is called 'physical enhancement' and it is B rank, it increases my stats by 40%".
I didn't tell them I was level 3 or about my 'Perfect Clear' skill.
"We should go and explore the forest to know what monsters we are fighting". Lee Min-ho said.
"I have an idea, what if we wait for other groups to explore the forest while we get more familliar with our skills?" I recommended.
"That is a good idea". Kim Jihoon answered.
"I also want to know the limits of my skill". Kang Sangwoo answered.
Lee Min-ho was a little dissapointed that he couldn't go and fight the monsters. But he also knew that going into the forest immediately was a big risk.
Kim Jihoon and Kang sangwoo took their bow and greatsword to train. Lee Min-ho also started to swing his sword. He did some basic swinging, such as downward strikes.
If there was one way to describe it would be that it was fast.
I thought that I could learn enough by observing him and then regress to practise. But I realized that I am not a genius, who could comprehend and gain insights just by watching. With this way I could watch for hours and still not learn anything.
"Lee Min-ho, have you ever wielded the sword before?" I had to ask, because he did not look like a beginner at all.
Lee Min-ho stopped swinging and had a face lost in thought.
"Not at all, if I had to explain it. It would be more like, information about the sword was infused into my mind.
Like where to put my feet, how to distribute my weight, how to angle my sword and all kinds of techniques".
So his skill just gave him everything to know about the sword.
'How great' I thought sarcastically.
Meanwhile my skill gave me no information, and I wasn't even sure if I would regress if I died. At the same the skill is not specific at all, like what does it mean to perfectly clear a floor?
Does that mean no other players can die? Or I can't take damage at all? Or I have to kill every single monster alone?
So many questions and no answers. The only way to get those answers is through trial and error.
Well those problems is a little far. The main problem is I don't know how to wield the sword.
But if Lee Min-ho has all kinds of information about the sword, he could probably teach me too.
"I was wondering if you could teach me how to use the sword?" I asked after thinking for a little.
"Sure I don't mind, and it will increase our chances on clearing this floor.
Why don't we start with sparring a little, so I know where to correct you". Lee Min-ho suggested.
