Break(4)

A stream of electricity and a fireball came at me, but I just dodged to the side, avoiding the skills.

They completely missed their skills. And at the same time, I dashed at the five people.

As I was approaching them, a big transparent shield appeared in front of me.

"F*ck off!"

I punched with all my might, breaking the magic shield.

A guy as big as Kang Sangwoo tried to intercept me, but I only had to punch him as he flew away.

With one of them gone, I dashed towards a slightly chubby guy.

He had a startled face as the same magic shield appeared again, but this time it was only enveloping him.

As I punched him, the shield broke, and I kicked him to the ground at the same time.

The guy with tattoos on his face threw a fireball at me, but I dodged and dashed at him, kicking him up in the air.

The next target was the leader, and as I sprinted toward him, I knocked him to the ground.

"I told you we could have resolved this peacefully". I took his arm.

Crack!

"Argh!"

He yelled in pain after I broke his arm. I stood up and scanned the group.

Why were there only four people here? I attacked the big guy, the chubby guy, the tattoo guy, and then the leader.

But I was sure there were five people, but I couldn't find the last one. That's when I felt someone behind me, and I swiftly turned around.

I kicked by instinct, and I felt that I hit something. I saw the grass move a few meters away, like something was on it.

Suddenly, a girl was lying on the ground, grunting in pain.

"Ah, she must have had something like an invisibility skill".

I dusted off my hands.

'That should be all five people then'.

All of them were on the ground; some were unconscious, and others were in pain and unable to move.

The thing is, what do I do with them now? If I kick them out of the field, they could potentially injure another group.

Stolen from Royal Road, this story should be reported if encountered on Amazon.

Even though they were unable to move right now, some of them could still use their skills.

I was wondering what to do with them. I looked at the group again.

Two guys had long-range skills, one with fire and one with some kind of lightning ability.

The chubby guy had a defensive skill, and the girl had a stealth skill. Then, at last, they had that big guy who could increase his own stats temporarily.

But overall, it was a good party composition, if just their personalities weren't shit.

'This could work'.

I got an idea out of nowhere. I was taking a break, but I was starting to get a little bored.

The reason for that is probably because I don't have a hobby. If I had a hobby, it would be different. Training with my sword or killing goblins didn't count as a hobby.

I was not doing those things because they were fun to do. I was doing them because they were necessary.

'But if I could train this group, it would be different'.

First, I could keep them under my watch, making sure that they would not injure or, in the worst case, kill another group.

Second, at the same time, I could also make myself stronger if I trained them.

Third, maybe if there was a slim chance, I could turn them over to the good side. Like teaching them some manners.

And if my skill really was meant for every player to be alive, then I could kill two birds with one stone.

The more I thought about it, the more reasonable it became.

With that in mind, I went to the leader, who had a broken arm.

He was still grunting in pain.

"Don't overreact; I told you we could have resolved this peacefully".

The leader looked at me, scared, and started to beg.

"I am sorry. I will never do it again. Please let me live".

Tears started to show up in his face while he was begging.

'Stop the acting' was all I could think off. It was fake tears, because he just wanted to live.

Did he really think I was going to kill him? Well, killing him would have solved my problem immediately, but now that I had another plan, there was no need to kill him.

But why was he only begging for himself? Where was the loyalty for the other members?

Were they not that close? I had to test how loyal they were to each other.

"If you kill the others, I will let you live. But if you sacrifice yourself, I will spare the others". I said this while showing my killing intent.

Immediately, I saw him try to stand up and charge mana with his other hand.

At the same time, I kicked him to the ground.

"Where is the loyalty to your group members? You were really about to kill four people just to save yourself?".

He looked at me with a confused and angry stare.

"You were the one who told me to kill them! And what do you mean by loyalty? I just met them yesterday! Do you really think I would sacrifice myself for people that I don't even know?".

I was just acting like this. I already kind of expected this answer. I was just testing how far he was willing to go.

"Are you the leader of these people?"

I asked because I really wasn't sure if he was the leader or not. I just assumed he was because he was the one who took charge when they talked to each other.

"No, we don't have a leader". He answered, confused by my sudden question.

That made more sense, as I didn't think this guy was the strongest here.

But how do I train these guys? I was thinking of what to do.

The electricity guy tried to sneakily leave.

"What are you doing?" I asked him.

"I thought you didn't need me anymore, so I wanted to leave, and at the same time, I wouldn't bother you anymore". He said it gently.

Why was he speaking so gently now? Was he scared that I would snap?

Are my anger issues really that big?

"Stop; you will stay here until the other wakes up".

That is when I realized that the girl with the invisibility skill was gone. She wasn't on the ground anymore.

'F*ck' I let one of them escape. I started to gather the other members uncouncious bodies, and I dragged them to one location.

I dragged them by their feet next to the guy with electricity. Soon they were starting to wake up.

"Good morning. I hope you had a nice sleep". I said with a wide grin spread across my face.
