Donia is the closest Planet to Pebillon and is generally seen as the strongest of the Feudal Worlds. The Planet is defended by millions of soldiers that even with their lack of modern Weaponry and Tactics represent one of the greatest military asset the Inhabitants of Tras have at their disposal, coming in terms of numbers right after the Armies of Pebillon and the Fleet itself.
Dahlen is classified as the Capital of Donia, it has earned the title with the amassing of the largest concentration of Humans on its side of the Planet. While most of your Avatars sent to push forward the mobilization of Tras have already the pleasure of engaging in the usual endless seeming politics all over the System, boring you to no end. One of the Avatars sent to Donia takes care of your imminent goal, the waking of Donias potential.
On Donia the Kingdoms of Askana and Usmana are by far the most Powerful Nations, they are also the Countries the furthest away from the Planetary-capital, enclosing around an ancient Ork Invasion-site that even in its state of decline holds them in a state of constant war. The feral Orks that call the Woods of Ostresh their home have become quite active as a result of the latest Ork Invasion, which swiftly brought the attention of its powerful neighbours and soon enough your own onto them.
Eradicating them wouldn't be a task worth calling a challenge for you, your actual problem originates from the fact that the Territory freed up would assuredly spark a series of wars between Askana and Usmana as both have given countless lives over the centuries in the efforts to fight the Ork-threat. Your solution is as simple as they tend to be, plainly ignoring the Orks build-up, while concentrating instead on fortifying the border and centralizing the industries of Askana and Usmana around the forges and mines.

''With respect Miss Nelwell the Orks would long be dead if we had the forces to just wipe them out.''
'No one can honestly believe a frontal attack to be the most viable Solution to use against such Monsters.'
M.(A) ''I had planned to simply build up our forces and contain the Orks to maintain the status quo honorable Grand-Marshal, but had to realize that my heart doesn't agree with this tactic. A possible conflict between Humans over the new resources is simply preferable to risking that the Orks fully awaken from their feral state and burn down half the Planet for entertainment.''
M.(A) ''Besides sir, are you going to tell me you haven't dreamed of showing these Animals their place?''
'So she is just another one of those Outworldlers that hasn't learned that Life doesn't give a shit about one's wishes.' sigh
''What I want and what I dream about is of no concern here, desires can't be allowed to replace reason or influence decisions like these.''
''So no, I won't send my men out to die for some greater purpose.''
''They are everything that holds the Orks back from ravaging half the Continent for longer than most Kingdoms have existed, I will not risk failing in this duty for anything.''
M.(A) ''That you decide against supporting my plan won't affect it all that much, so I won't pressure you any further.''
M.(A)''Nevertheless, if all the effort comes from my side I will not listen to any claims being made at a later time, if you lack the resolve to face the Orks in open battle than I hope you can at least stand up to a few angry Nobles, because I have the feeling you will have to quite soon.''

You were sadly unable to convince the old coward to do his duty, and fight the Orks as he should with it being his planet that is suffering, and decide to instead dismiss the man before you kill him yourself. While you are saddened to have overestimated the courage of Donias Knights to such an extent, you adjust your plans soon enough.
Your Avatars on board the Battleships Dictator, Cameron and Vanity enter their respective bridges ordering the Ships to disengage from the Fleet. Two Hours after separating from the Main-fleet you open Six [Small Entrances], Three at Port and Three at Starboard. You open another Six [Small Entrances] over Donia, and the moment you feel them connect Six white rifts form in the Night sky over the Woods of Ostresh.
Another Two Hours pass in silence while your Troops prepare for the full scale deployment of Two-Hundred Infantry-Regiments, when the reports come in that the Timetable would be held your Avatars give the already longed-for command to open fire. The bombardment was as fast as it was loud, the broadsides of your Battleships created with every single hit a Thirty kilometer Sphere of death. The following ground attack was met with a few Hundred-Thousand Orks that miraculously survived the flat out annihilation of their Base. What the Orks couldn't know was that the Regiments sent from Strabell were after the Kalrox Waaagh devastated Pebillon, experts in dismantling Ork-hords.
