The fall of Freistein and the end of the Collway Dynasty brought with it the rise of the Nelwell Family to rulership over Pebillon and by extension the Tras-system. Not that there was much left to this Title when it fell into the Hand of your Family, it's obligations alone would normally press the Troops of Strabell in an offensive stance that they couldn't possibly afford to take without your help just to hold on to it.
That being said it wasn't even sure if the fulfillment of the obligations could guarantee that there was truly no one trying to claim it in the future. Neither did the Fact that Pebillon stands free or the creation of an entire Army loyal to the Nelwells. What truly made sure it would remain in the Family for quite some time was the pile of Papers in front of your Father that made clear to everyone in the most blatant way possible that the rebuilding of Pebillon won't take any less than an entire Century.
When you first heard of the amount of Work your Parents had before them, you immediately offer your help in everything you could be of any assistance. Your offers were declined every time with the reasoning that most of the rebuilding efforts would have to do with Untrustworthy People that would abuse you the moment they learn that they can get away with it. The real reason not being that they distrusted you in any way to fall for political traps but more that with your Charisma they feared some Nobles would soon start talking about betrothal. It discouraged you a bit, not enough to actually give up of course so on your Sixth Birthday your efforts were finally rewarded with a project of your own.
The expansion of the Fleet was everything you could have hoped for, you didn't actually believe it would be chosen of the many Proposals you made that Night. With Freistein being nearly devoid of life and possible Proposals as a result your Mother was all for it saying that having the potentially Planet-destroying Weaponry Warships of such size often carry lie around isn't an acceptable solution. Your first Action after arriving in the former Capitol and new Shipyard of Pebillon is to cast Resurrection of Legions to gain the Manpower needed to accomplish your new goal.
