Hilda quickly rushes to floor 17ths exit, not wanting to forget the path as she notices the amount of monsters that attacked or even noticed her having decreased by a lot.
“Maybe the map burning was a good omen?”
“What rubbish! The map just had a skill that attracts monsters to it if you weren't above a certain level to be able to disable it!”
“Then it was good the map burned, wasn't it?”
“Not at all! So what if you attracted a couple of mini bosses? That was mostly your bad luck, that map wasn't even anywhere strong enough to attract miniboss!”
“Well, you don't know that!”
“... I do, and it was your own bad luck and maybe slightly the map's fault.”
Hilda ignores Shila, rushing as the end enters her sight, using as much teleportation magic she can in one go to avoid the fire elemental minibosses.
“Congrats, floor 18, stupid cheater.”
“What? You're the one who said the monsters and bosses weren't even made to be killed!”
“And apparently you dialed to mention how I wouldn't be getting any xp until I reach floor 21!”
“Small insignificant details.”
“And you're a cheater due to the map, but a stupid one for letting it burn.”
“That's not insignificant, an example would be you.”
…
Hilda looks around at floor 18, with it being the exact opposite of floor 17 and being completely ice, even covering the walls though the walls themselves are perfectly intact.
“Here's a tip, the path is the exact same as the 17th floor, I'm pretty sure your will power improves your ability to remember things too so get to it.”
“Yea, yea, I still remember the path okay?”
Hilda starts rushing towards the end of floor 18, not bothering to preserve mana at all.
As she continues to go full speed, eventually… thud!
Hilda's face collides with an invisible barrier causing her to be sent flying back slightly, rubbing her face as Shila laughs at her.
“Idiot! Do you think you are allowed to just cheat again?”
“... Elaborate.”
“You gotta fight a boss monster, though it's been weakened to the 100th level.”
“That's easy.”
“Without using your skills.”
“Okay, maybe not so easy.”
“Have fun.”

“Nope, you and Jamine are coming with me.”
“We can't use skills either.”
“So what? Both of you twos stats add up to the same as mine, just brute force it with mana, we'll kill it as fast we possible”
Shila pulls Jamine out and Hilda starts running, not bothering to give context as the 2 are being dragged behind her.
Shila fills Jamine in, lying down beside Jasmine as Jamine also lies down, both having gotten used to just being dragged by the invisible barrier, preventing them from going too far away from Hilda.
Eventually, they reach the boss, a giant snowman but with an appearance suitable for halloween.
Hilda punches a leg of its while ignoring the boss notification, causing the leg to be blown up as it starts fixing itself, shooting ridiculously cold and big snowballs at Hilda, followed by a beam.
Shila and Jamine both take the opportunity when it's distracted to climb up its body and punch its head with all their mana, causing it to blow up and end up dead in a single hit.
“That was easy.”
“It's not good with numbers, it's made to fight one on one, not 3 on one, and your achievement gives you extra skill damage, which affects mana too.”
“It's also made to fight at a distance… not be punched in the head.
“Why are all the boss monsters so big!!”
“Because they all belonged to giants before.”
“Not just the 16th floor?”
“Yea.”
“Send me to the 19th floor, I wanna check it out.”
“Sure, but this may be a little… point consuming.”
“Huh?”
Hilda gets sent to the 19th floor alone, as Shila runs away, bringing Jamie with her.
Notification, fire is not advised.
Warning, user is being exposed to a high level poison for their level.
Notification, mental mask is resisting.
Warning, mental mask is too weak to resist.
“Ah…”
Hilda goes to buy low level poison(rare) resistance.
Notification, low level poison resistance is resisting.
Warning, low level poison resistance is not able to completely resist, please buy an antidote.
Hilda goes to the shop, finding the antidote and that it only works for an hour and for 5000 points each.
“Ah…”
“I'm just gonna try something…”
Hilda uses fire magic, making the poisonous gas all burn up, causing her to be in great pain too.
Achievement, survivor is in use, user has been healed the minimum.
“That would've killed me?”
Hilda buys a healing pill from the shop, bracing herself as she swallows it, feeling a great amount of pain as her burns heal up.
As continues in, using fire magic whenever the poison gas gets too close, eventually reaching the center in a couple of weeks where the exit is, realising that the exit is always in the center of each maze.
“I'm here! Finally!”
She tries to burn the poison up but ends up finding that the poison is inflammable and reluctantly, VERY reluctantly buys a couple of antidotes.
“Hey Shila, come out.”
“Yes?” Shila appears, checking Hilda's points, making sure that there's enough points left for her allowance for skills which Hilda promised.
“What is the miniboss on this floor?”
“Oh? Miniboss? There's none, but the poison is so dense it's hard to see through, and it's also a lot stronger.”
“So it's just severely inconvenient and financially taxing?”
“Yea, have fun.”
Hildà very very reluctantly buys the poison resistance skill, replacing her low level version as she steps in, drinking an antidote at the same time.
She starts traveling as fast as possible, hoping to find an exit but constantly ending up at dead ends, causing her to drink more and more antidotes, Shila getting more nervous than Hilda with every decrease of 5000 points.
Eventually, she makes it to the end after more than a day of looking, reducing her points by around 150 thousand.
Floor 20! Hurry up!
Shila quickly teleports Hilda, taking a deep breath with the poison now longer affecting her.
Finally! Floor 20! My points! I lost so many!!!
Hilda looks around, finding herself in a maze similar to floor 1’s maze with Shila shaking her head, indicating that she can't tell her what changed.
Hilda starts walking around, following the path of floor 1 that she remembered, reaching the end in hours somehow despite not being able to reach in days even if she ran full speed.
“Huh?”
She looks around again, finding herself back at the start.
“How?”
Hilda walks back, making sure to pay complete attention but somehow finding herself back at the start despite not even blinking.
“...”
Hilda turns to Shila who is trying to mouth something to her as she focuses on Shila's lip movement.
“Ma…..na?”
Shila nods quickly, putting a finger to her lips, getting Hilda to shut up.
Holds tries using mana on herself, eventually using some on her eyes, finding new paths where some walls originally were.
“Illusion magic huh? My resistance probably made it a lot easier.
