Chapter 7: Magic Origin

MAGIC ORIGIN

The sun rose over our village, casting a gentle glow that filtered through the curtains of our modest home. I awoke with a renewed sense of purpose, the events of the previous day still vivid in my mind. Ellie's display of magic had ignited a spark within me, and now, as dawn broke, I found myself once again crawling towards the library.

The magic book clutched tightly in my tiny hands, I pushed open the heavy wooden door and entered the sanctuary of knowledge. Dust motes danced in the morning light that filtered through the windows, giving the library a mystical ambiance.

With determination etched on my face, I crawled towards a comfortable spot and opened the weathered tome. As I flipped through its pages, my eyes widened with fascination at the wealth of information within.

"In this world filled with magic, there are three types of magic users," I read aloud to myself, my voice filled with awe. "Augmenters Casters and Specialist."

I paused, absorbing the knowledge before continuing. "Augmenters are magic users capable of bolstering allies' capabilities or weakening enemies through leadership and strategic commands," I explained, the words resonating with newfound understanding. "They harness different classes, but I'll delve into those details later."

"Casters," I continued eagerly, "are magic users who specializes in magic spells, barriers, and ranged attacks, providing offensive and defensive support.."

Lastly ,,

"Specialist, brings unique abilities, mobility, and utility to the battlefield, offering diversities and tactical options"

This novel's true home is a different platform. Support the author by finding it there.

Turning to the next page, I immersed myself in a new revelation. "I also found out that magic in this world can only be manifested by channeling the life force, which they call 'KI CORE,'" I read aloud, emphasizing each word with reverence.

"There are different levels of Ki Core," I continued, my finger tracing the list. "Black for Beginning, Red for Awakening, Orange for Rising, Yellow for Gathering, Green for Settling—the stage where most people reach," I explained with growing excitement. "Silver for Rocket, and White for Pure—the highest stage achievable."

"And there's one more," I whispered, eyes widening as I read. "Colorless, the Ascended Stage—limitless, only attainable by gods or deities."

"That's all the book showed me about the magic of this world," I concluded, closing the tome with a sense of awe. The possibilities unfolded before me like an endless tapestry, each stage a step towards greater understanding and power.

Intrigued by my newfound knowledge, I reached for another book titled "Awakening of Magic." Opening its pages, I read eagerly.

"Magic Awakening often occurs in children above the age of 5 to 10 years," I recited, pondering the implications. "I'm barely almost 8 months old," I remarked with a hint of amusement, marveling at the thought of awakening so early.

"To Awaken one's Ki Core, meditation is key," I continued, absorbing the instructions. "One must channel all the energy in their body to the origin of their life force. It often occurs naturally, but in some cases, late Awakening may require manual meditation."

As the day wore on and the sun began its descent towards the horizon, I realized my mother would soon return. With a sigh, I closed the book reluctantly, eager to continue my exploration but knowing that responsibilities awaited.

Crawling back to my crib, I lay down and stared at the ceiling, thoughts swirling in my mind. What would it be like when I grew up, with magic coursing through my veins? What elements would I command, and how high could I ascend?

As the warmth of anticipation enveloped me, I drifted into a daydream of a future where I would harness the mystical forces of this world, shaping my destiny and the destiny of those I held dear.
