In the heart of the forest further south to the Odoe Capital, where ancient trees stood tall like silent sentinels, the ground trembled beneath Dream's feet. With a determined lunge, he burst forth from the dense undergrowth, his breaths rapid and heart pounding.
As he darted forward, the wilderness seemed to echo his unease. Loud echoing grunt drifted through the air, sending a subtle chill down Dream’s spine. Amidst the cacophony, the distant sound of approaching hooves reached his ears, their rhythm matching his frantic pace.

While the creatures throttled at an incredible pace, reaching him in no time, they simply overcame him, as they ran with him, not after him. Just like him, they were running from something - something that unleashed an earth-shattering and fierce roar, shattering the air.
A quick glance allowed Dream to see the creature from which the roar reverberated, bursting from the forest —a colossal bear-like creature closing in.

Description
Grizzlygore is a bear-like awakened beast that, while at birth, is usually a hatchling-level threat. However, it typically evolves into a savage-level threat during adulthood.

Like the Arbian species, they have been blessed to evolve and master two of the five elementalis: electro-ementalis or cryo-elementalis.
Its towering form dwarfed the trees, its stride alone was enough to send large oaks flying on its path. The colossus of a being was closing in on Dream, threateningly.
“You’re that hungry?”
The Beast unleashed yet earth shattering roar.
“Okay, you definitely are,” Dream smiled. “Sorry but I can’t afford being eaten by something like you. Nor do I have much prana left to deal with you. So how about you eat these instead?”

Slithering Strikes Lvl.1

Conjuring his electro-elementalis, struck the deer-like beings that overcame him, fleeing from the beats. Struck by the slithering bolt, the two monsters stumbled.
Running past them, Dream hoped that they would at least attract the Glizzigore's attention, thinking it might go for them instead. However, to his disappointment, the bear completely ignored his offering of peace and went straight for him.
"That was easy food, you know. Do you really want to eat me that much?" Dream sighed. In no time, the Grizzligore closed in on him. It was no surprise; his little legs could only carry him so far.
Dream saw the shadow cast down from behind him, and he felt the pressure closing in. He knew the bear was about to unleash an attack upon him. In a split second, he spun around, his arm sweeping in a quarter circle, unleashing a gust with his Aero-elementalis at the massive figure. The burst of wind barely scratched the creature, not that it was intended to cause any damage. Its purpose was to accomplish one thing—take off and propel Dream backward, allowing him to dodge the heavy claw slam.
With an earth-shattering force, the colossal creature slammed its massive arm precisely where Dream had stood mere moments before. The ground quaked violently as the bear's claws crackled with the potency of lightning, gouging deep furrows into the earth's surface.

While Dream managed to avoid the initial attack, he understood all too well that it was not yet time to lower his guard. Proving him right in that assumption, the Grizzligore instantly recovered from its failed attack and followed up with another powerful strike, once again aimed at him. However, Dream pulled off his previous trick again, and this time, all the giant bear managed to slam and flatten was the empty ground, much to its extreme and vocal discontentment.
"Wow! I guess you really want to eat me. Was that pack of Grizzligore your family or something?" Dream quipped, even though he knew the bear couldn't understand his words.
The Grizzligore roared in frustration, as if somehow sensing the insult. It then raised itself on its hind feet, and this time, lightning crackled all over its massive body. Dream's instincts kicked in, urging him to take evasive action once more.
With the help of his Aero-elementalis, he leaped backward. However, instead of stopping there as he had done so far, he raised his left arm, summoning a large amount of liquid Odo that engulfed him entirely, before firmly sealing itself into a solid Odo ball. The moment he accomplished this, a sudden burst of electricity erupted in all directions from the Grizzligore.
Encased within the solid Odo ball, Dream felt the electricity from the Grizzligore's burst crackling and surging around him. The Odo's protective layer shielded him from the full impact of the electric assault, but the intense energy still sent jolts of painless yet tickly shocks across the surface of his Odo carapace.
Feeling things calming outside his shield, Dream emerged from his golden sanctuary, knowing that while it was perfect as a shield against those kinds of attacks, he would rather not be confronted with the creature's jaws upon coming out.

Seeing Dream practically uninjured, the bear-like creature seemed to take insult to the sight. It unleashed yet another guttural roar, shaking the earth beneath and causing its roar to echo through the forest.
At the sight and the noise, Dream sighed.
I thought I had already met my daily quota, but I suppose a little extra work won't do any harm.
With the bear landing back on its fours, it once again rushed at him. This time around, instead of attempting an evasive maneuver, he did nothing except raise his left hand, allowing his arm to turn into a vine-like appendage that shot forth and coiled around the charging beast’s head. The vine-like appendage almost instantly solidified itself with iron-like toughness, effectively locking the bear at an outreached distance from him.
Furious, its jaws viciously snapping with maddened fury, and claws tearing into the empty space between him and Dream, the creature attempted to maul and tear Dream apart, yet unable to reach him.
Raising his right hand and aiming at the beast's foul mouth snapping viciously his way, but without reaching him, Dream conjured his electro-elementalis. "Since you're that eager to devour what you shouldn't be eating, open wide for this."
Perhaps sensing what was about to unfold, the Grizzlygore's P.P diminished immensely as lightning formed from his jaws, wide open, and condensed at the depth of his throat. While the sight was undeniably threatening, Dream was at ease, for he knew he would be fine, so long as he was the first to unleash his attack.

A brilliant burst of lightning erupted from his hand, a dazzling display of raw power. The electric surge shot forth with unyielding force, aimed directly at the Grizzlygore's menacing jaws.
The electric onslaught struck the creature's head with devastating force. A brilliant flash illuminated the forest as the lightning found its mark. The Grizzlygore let out a final, muffled sound, its head blown to pieces by the powerful strike.
In the aftermath, silence fell upon the once-roaring battleground.
Blood rained down like crimson droplets, spattering the forest floor where the bear's head had been. The immense creature collapsed heavily to the ground, the earth beneath it trembling in the wake of its fall.

Using his Odo appendages to gently land on the ground, a couple of meters away from the colossal bear, he watched as the last ember of vitality left the beast. After nearly half a minute, he finally walked up to the now lifeless creature.

"Considering the gain I made from its death, I guess that was an investment worth the struggle. But still…" He looked up at the set of woods up ahead, from which he had been chased by the Grizzligore. In the faraway distance, he heard yet another echoing roar that could be that of another Grizzligore, or perhaps that of a completely different, but equally threatening creature.
He sighed first, then summoned a smile on his face.
Following the shattered moon, he determinedly strode toward the woods, "Let's just hope I won't stumble upon another bear or any monster until I can refill my reserves of pranas. If I do stumble upon something, let's hope that this time around it'll be an Enlightened Beast. But wait, wouldn't that actually be worse? Or maybe not? Perhaps, in any case, for now, let's get the hell out of here."
