The Goblin Village Dungeon was conquered once with the Warg and Goblin as the Bosses. Now, before doing it again and again, he wanted to go back to town and show what he gathered to the crafters.
Getting back, he went first to Mink, as he was near the main plaza.
-Mink?
-Revil? Hi, thank you for the leathers last time, I did a bunch of pouches and even some clothes for some NPCs and players.
-No problem, I actually brought something new and I wanted to know if you wanted to buy it from me?
-Really? Of course! Please show it to me.
He then brings out the Warg Pelt he skinned.
-Wow! I can probably make a cape with this.
-Actually I came here for something else too. Hmm do you want me to be your supplier?
-Wha- O- Really? Gods this is embarrassing, I was going to ask you that, I didn’t know how.
-Masa asked me the same thing, and she told me you would like that too.
-Oh damn her. But she’s right. But would you really?
-Yeah of course, just don’t expect me to bring all the time, I’m going to try to always do a dungeon or something where I can get Leathers, but I can’t be sure I’ll be able to all the time.
-No no, I understand, but if you bring me some whenever you can it’s already a blessing. With time I’ll be able to buy from players paying more than the Guild and things will even out. Yes! A Supplier!
He seems really chirpier now.
-Ok, for now I only have this pelt, but I’m going to repeat a Dungeon where I’ll get more, I’ll be back in about a week.
Going to Masa things went about the same.
-Ohhh, ores! I can work with that. The knives too, I can do something with them. Already having you as a supplier is helping me.
I even have the Wargs meat to give to the Guild. It's surprisingly a very good dungeon to do at low level.
…
The idea of doing the Dungeon until he was level 14-15 was still in his mind. But when one week passes and he only levels up 2 times, he gets really frustrated.
One whole week and only 2 levels! I may change things up. It can’t be that hard to do a dungeon underleveled.
Mint and Masa have been happy though. I’ve been sending them a bit of ore and leather every week, this together with the Warg meat I’m giving the Guild, I have now quite a bit of gold.
The training with the Guard Captain is also slowing down. I think I’m ending it soon.
All of this in a month’s time in game, and one week in real life time.
Fighting with my body, doing what I’m doing, it’s… It’s awesome!
Could I do what I do here in real life? Even if it’s just some of it?
Should I train there too? Should I imitate what I do here?
Thinking about what he could change in his life in real life, he went to the plant dungeon.
Ok, where are my journals…here.
The dungeon is also meadow, kinda like the Horn Rabbits one, but is much bigger. The enemies are called Sprouts, they are plant-like creatures with bulbous heads which pump out pollen that does various status ailments, of which each sprout has one.
This is a good place not only to get and level resistance skills, but also my Status Recuperation Skill, if it works as I hope it does.
Getting to the place where the dungeon entrance was, it looked like two trees intertwined, but with a space between them on ground level.
Entering the dungeon, Revil needs to put a hand in front of his face because of the sudden bright sun inside of it. Inside the dungeon does look like a meadow, but it’s as if it’s inside a gigantic tree trunk, with an opening to the outside.
The sprouts were big enough and tall enough to be seen even in this meadow.
So he got close to one.
Getting a few feet close to it, it started spraying its pollen.
This one with a light purple shade.
Poison then. Ok.
Revil then sits down and lets the poison pollen coat him. Soon he starts to cough and he sees his health per second is negative. So he closes his eyes and just pays attention to his HP bar on his vision
Now he waited. He had enough HP to stay a long time like this.
He waited more. His HP was now at ¾, so he could wait more.
He was worried. He had half health and nothing.
His HP was now 25% he doesn't think the Skill works as he thought so, unfortunately.
But it does say 1% chance…
Wait a minute! No it doesn’t. It’s 4% now.
Quickly getting out of the area of effect of the poison he paid closer attention to his status.
I’m so dumb, I’ve been in the poisonous cloud all this time, I got poisoned as soon as I recovered.
He sits so he gets recovered again and gets his HP full.
Shouldn’t I have gotten an announcement that my Skill was raised?
Let me see… Ah there in the corner.
Level Up: Status Recuperation (Trained Lv: 4)
Acquired Poison Resistance
Level Up: Poison Resistance (Trained Lv: 2)
Decreases Damage Over Time (-3%)
Was it because I was with my eyes closed? So it didn’t pop? Maybe this is for the better, I always have to close the pop ups from my other Skills.
Looking around the setting menu, Revil changes the configuration so the pop up of Skills are always minimized.
This is the perfect place to increase these skills. Just as he thought.
And I was right about the Skill combination! This feels so good.
…
It didn't take long to get boring. Half a day to be exact.
Revil then decides to do it differently. Just sitting around and leveling the Skills is probably better for the Skills, but he can't stay sitting around for so long.
He went around the meadow and divided the Sprouts by status ailment.
Purple for poison, yellow for paralyze, blue for sleep.
I'm gonna use them as punching bags.
Getting to a poison one, he got in his stance and punched.
He went slow, as if to remember exactly how his muscles moved.
Punching, kicking, headbutting. One handed, two handed, even with two legs. He went about all the attack patterns he could think of. He even did a few Ballroom Fighters moves.
The Sprouts were immobile, so it was perfect for him to try different things.
It took a whole day, but he cleared the dungeon.
The paralyze Sprouts were funny, he would get stuck in the weirdest poses, as a video game character in a stuck screen. The sleep ones were the ones he left for last. After beating all other Sprouts, he went after them.
Fumbling and suddenly waking up on the ground was not fun.
I have to make sure to have higher resistance to sleep and paralyze, these are the worst ones.
He ended the week gaining 5 levels and feeling happy about his resistances.
Being able to recover in a steady rate as per second with 10% chance is amazing
I can also harvest this nut-like thing from their insides, or maybe it’s a fruit?
One thing though.
Looking at my stats, My Wisdom and Intelligence is low, but that’s a given with how I’m putting my Stats, but my Defense… I need some way to get more, there must be an armor mastery Skill somewhere, it can't’ be just armor to up it.
After this, I need to do some digging up on information on Classes and Skills.
…
He got back to the city and went straight to the Guild. He didn’t have any leathers or ores, so for a few weeks he wouldn’t show up at Mink's or Masa’s places.
-Hi Elaria.
-Well hi there Revil, how can I help you?
-Hmm, do you have information on Classes and Skills?
-Of course, we have info on the basic and the mixed Classes.
-Mixed?
-Yeah, usually you choose the Class you liked the Skills the most, but some classes actually have Skills from two classes, making it a mixed Class. Of course, it’s said that they take longer to get their first and Advanced Classes, so there’s that.
Now that’s interesting! It goes exactly what I would like in a class. Maybe I can get a class that I can keep all skills I got
-By any chance, do you have, like, the name of all classes? The starter ones.
-The basic classes are Fighter, Acher, Mage, Acolyte, Ranger, Merchant, Rogue and of course these basic classes you can just go to the respective Guild to get it. There’s Hidden Classes, those you have to find someone who can teach you the Class I’m afraid.… When you choose a Class, you get to pick and learn the more advanced skills of the Class. As well as get the Stats boost. Of course each Class has an Advanced Class you can turn into at a higher level.

A Stat boost? Hidden Classes? The beta had none of that! Although they also had none of the advanced Classes.
-About these Mixed Classes, how do I know I have , hmm, the qualifications to get it?
-Just talking with the right person about advancing in class and he will probably tell you your option, at least that’s how we do it in the Guilds.
-I imagine it’s the same with the Hidden ones right?
-Exactly.
-Soo… do I have the qualifications?
-In fact you have the qualifications of quite a few of our Mixed Classes. You should pass by our Guilds and see your options.
Oh my god, oh my god, YES! I’m doing it right!
-And Hidden Classes?!
-Hmm, I think there is one, but it’s not a Guild one, so I can’t help you with that, although it’s a hidden class, we know the trainer, so that’s why I can tell you that.
YES, YES, YES!!
-Thank you!
-S-sure, you’re welcome.
I haven’t talked with many NPC’s or really anyone and I know exactly who to talk with.
..
That night I was definitely more excited in the training, I think even the Guard Captain noticed.
-You seem chirpier.
-Yes!
-Any reason?
Elaria said, I should just approach and ask.
-Do you have a hidden class?!
-O-oh, it’s about that. Actually yes, but I can’t give it to you.
-W-why?
-Well my boy, what’s my name?
The fu-?
-Name?
-Yeah, my name.
-I-I, I’m sorry.
-Hahah, no problem, but also that’s the problem. You don’t even know my name. Why should I give you my class?
-Oh man.
I feel like shit now. We’ve been at this for a month, and I’ve been doing it like some machine, without even talking with him.
-I actually met other Travelers, who are doing the same as you in the beginning, training with the guards. Some of them I think I’ll give my Class, but you, you’re diligent alright and polite, but it takes more than that. You gotta at least know the name of the person you see every night hahahaha.
-I’m sorry.
-That’s alright, I can see the type of person you are. Oh and it’s Gregory by the way.
-O-oh, nice to meet you Gregory.
This is the first time I shake hands with him knowing his name.
-Again, I can see the type of person you are. So don’t worry that much, but do try to learn to be more sociable.
-I-I’ll try, thanks.
This day ended up being the last day of training. Gregory actually ended the training some time ago, but he wanted to see if I was going to ask his name someday.
We parted ways very amicably. And I… With homework.
Everyone else I have conversations with, I know their names. Elaria the Guild Receptionist, Mink the Leatherworker, Masa the Blacksmith and…. And that’s it.
Not many.
But I should go with quality, not quantity.
I should try to keep contact with them and even try to get materials for them at least a few times a month.
This was all new, he never did try to do that and after the talk with Gregory, he kinda understood most of the time, it may be his fault for not having made friends, lasting or not.
…
Now, the Mixed Classes.
Revil went to each Guild and asked for his options.
Magus, Paladin, Arcane Archer, Divine Arrow, Red Mage, Druid, Shaman, Absolver, Nomad, Tarpmaster, Bandit… The list went on and on.
A total of 21 Mixed Classes he could choose from, mixing all of the basic classes with each other.
He wasn’t gonna lie, he was salivating just thinking of all the skills he could get from all these classes.
But despite his excitement, none of the classes was a mix of all the classes. But he did remember one thing that Elaria said.
“Of course, it’s said that they take longer to get their first and Advanced Classes, ...”
Maybe I need a higher level to get the Class I want.
I am already level 17. At level 10 you can choose your Class, at what level one can choose the Mixed Class? What about Hidden Classes? Level 15 maybe? A 50% more levels? Or just 5 more levels? Do I need level 20? 25? 30?
Ok, ok, calm down. Let’s go, little by little, every 5 levels after the 15, I’ll go to the Guilds and ask about the Classes again.
This is a race, or isn't it? Should I go like crazy to each level? There’s some ranger skills I’d like to grab, mostly monster hunting ones.
I’d like to help Masa and Minx too.
Shi-, Fu-, What do I do?
Okay, okay, calm down again. How am I playing? Do I need to run now? A lot of my Skills take time to improve, it’s more of “the longer I have it, the stronger it is”, I have a more long run skill set.
I shouldn’t go all out just because I think I can see the finish line.
It may not even be the finish line.
What are my goals now?
Make friends with Minx and Masa, get them stuff, Talk more with Elaria, get the class.
What else?
Oh!
Oh.
Have fun.
Hahah
God, this is a game, I gotta have fun with it.
I’m gonna change some of my schedule too. Now I don’t have the night training with the Guard Captain, Gregory. I could do something in real.
If I leave the game everyday at in-game night, and come back about in the in-game morning… I’ll have.. two hours, times four… a total of 8 hours in real. I can even do some quests at night if I want to
Didn’t I want to start training?
I’m gonna do that.
Good.
Let’s do that.
