The next day, Nora woke up feeling something on her head. Opening her eyes, She saw that Evelyn was by the side of the bed, patting her head. Evelyn was back to her ghost form. She had a graceful smile on her face as she slowly patted Nora. To anyone else, this scene would be quite beautiful, but Nora knew otherwise. This scene was not as innocent as it seemed to be.

“Eve, did you spend the whole night watching me?”

“Yes master,” Evelyn smiled.

“Sigh, why didn’t you take over a body and sleep too instead of waiting for so long?”

“But master, i like watching you sleep.”

“Sigh, nevermind, help me prepare the bath while i order breakfast.”

Nora rolled off the bed and pressed the green button. After a short pause, a female voice answered.

“Dear Ma’am, how may i serve you?”

“I would like to order breakfast. Would you be a dear and spend the maid from yesterday to deliver meal 16,26, 33 and 40 to my room please and if you don’t mind, i would like to borrow her for the day to help me with my errands.”

“That would be no problem, ma’am. Please wait a short while for our chefs to prepare your meal.”

After pressing the red button to end the call, Nora slowly stretched her muscles and got out of bed. Following the sound of running water, Nora entered the bathroom and cleaned herself up. Evelyn squirmed and crossed her legs tightly as she watched, holding herself back from pouncing on Nora. Despite, noticing Evelyn’s condition, Nora ignored her and continued with her bath. She was well used to Evelyn’s nonsense.

After a while, a knock was heard from the door. With a dejected look, Evelyn went out of the room to possess the maid’s body again. A few seconds later, Evelyn entered the room, pushing a tray of food covered by metal food cover.

“Eve, prepare the meal by the table, when i’m done bathing, we’ll eat. Today we’ll be heading to the tailor for proper clothes and then i’ll head to the adventurer’s guild to sign up.”

“Master, are you sure you don’t need my help bathing? It is my duty as your servant to make sure you are well washed.”

“No Eve, i don’t need your help, i’m done soon anyway.”

With the look of defeat, Evelyn dejectedly prepared the food.

An hour later, Nora and Evelyn who was in the maid’s body walked out of the inn. Evelyn walked a step behind Nora like a usual servant. Although, Nora was the type who liked formalities, they had to keep up their appearances. Red flags would flare up if they started to act like friends in front of everyone. However, since Nora and Evelyn been a prince and servant before, their act was quite believable.

Walking through the streets, they strolled leisurely towards the tailor shop. Evelyn guided the way using her memories. The body that she took over was well informed of all the major areas of the town. The tailor shop they were heading to was a high class shop with many different kinds of fabrics. Their clothes were specifically tailored for rich. Not only were their clothes fashionable, but also comfortable. Some were even strong and durable. Perfect for people who wanted to look good while adventuring.

“By the way, Eve, did anything happen to the receptionist? I didn’t see her at the counter.”

“I don’t know master, this body have no knowledge of it, maybe she was fired?”

“You did something, didn’t you? Sigh, nevermind. You know how to sew right?”

“Yes master, sewing and making clothes used to be my past time.”

“Great, later i’ll buy some nice fabric for you. If i can’t find what i need, you’ll just have to make some for me. I want to enchant proper clothing that fit me. By the way, when we arrive at the tailor shop, you’ll do the talking, i don’t know shit about clothing. I also don’t want to go through the same hassle as yesterday. Continuing with the journey, Nora began to notice the townspeople tinkering about. They rushed from place to place, as if busy preparing for something. Curious about what was happening, Nora asked Evelyn to explain. Inquiring Evelyn, Nora found out that the townspeople were preparing for the Hairule festival. The festival was to celebrate the defeat of the death lord and to honour those who stood up against him.

Listening to how people were celebrating her death, Nora didn’t know what to feel. Although, she understood the reason why and was quite glad they freed her from the abyss’s control, Nora didn’t like the fact that she died.

She felt quite conflicted. However, after thinking about it for awhile, Nora decided to just stop caring about it. Whether she liked the heroes or not, they were already dead. Her past life was over. It was a new age. It was time for her to look towards the future.

Soon Nora and Evelyn arrived at the tailor shop. In front of the shop was a grandiose sign with an equally grandiose name, Heaven’s Delight. The shop was decorated with intrinsic designs and patterns. Entering the shop, Nora saw a large number of women browsing through the store while some women in uniform attended to them. The number of men in the shop was very few. Some were just sitting down looking at air.

“Good morning, how could i be of assistance, young miss?”

“Mistress would like to browse through your wares and hopes to buy some fabric, as you’ve noticed, mistress had an accident,” Evelyn answered from behind.

“Ah i see, so what type of fabric would you like to purchase?”

“What would you recommend? Mistress is currently looking for some materials to create clothing and armour. She would like it to be able to conduct magic easily. She wants to get it enchanted.”

“Hmm, we have three fabrics which might fit your description. Firstly, we have iron worm silk. It is strong, waterproof, and smooth and stretchy, quite appropriate for crafting tight outfits. Secondly, we have fire troll skin, which has minor resistance to fire and is quite strong and sturdy. This is useful in creating padded armour. However, the drawback is that it’s quite thick, using it for compact areas like arms and legs is a bad idea. Thirdly, we have a special made material called sleek satin, it is smooth and soft. It is a very popular choice for creating clothing or underwear.”

“Oh, may i know the price of all of these? Mistress would be quite please with all of them.”

“Sure, however, since it can conduct magic, it’ll be quite expensive. It’ll be 10 gold for a yard of iron worm silk, 7 gold for a yard of fire troll skin and 12 gold for a yard of sleek satin.”

“Okay then, wrap 2 yard of iron worm silk, 5 yard of fire troll skin and 5 yard of sleek satin for mistress please. Oh, could you throw in a sewing kit with many different strings as well? I want the best you have.”

“Certainly, that’ll be 115 gold coins for all the fabrics and 30 gold for a sewing kit.”

“Put it in the bag, mistress is still looking for an outfit to change into.”

Hearing them exchange prices, Nora was flabbergasted. 115 just for pieces of cloth? 30 gold for a sewing kit? A sewing kit is worth more than a commoner’s family annual income? What is this crap. That’s half my gold gone in an instant! This is even more expensive than the fucking inn! Sigh, women and their clothing. Eve better make me something good. Why didn’t she tell me it would be this expensive!

Taking a deep breath, Nora left the duo and went around the shop to find an outfit that fit her. Shirts, dresses, skirts, underwear and lingerie. Many different types of clothing surrounded her. Taking a look around, Nora blushed at the sight of the lingerie. She knew she would need to buy underwear sooner or later. Her chest was growing and was making her back hurt. Moreover, her nipples were raw from rubbing against her robe. However, buying them and wearing them still hurted her pride. She could help but feel that she was losing a part of herself.

Taking another deep breath, Nora telepathically sent a message to Evelyn.

“Eve, help me buy some underwear and clothes. I don’t know my size.”

“Ah, master, we will need to measure your body first.”

“Don’t give me that nonsense, you already know my size from our bath.”

“Master, you don’t understand. A girl’s body is ever growing, you’re still growing through puberty. I need to use proper measuring tape to measure your bust size. It’ll be quite bad for your back, if i measure wrongly.”

“Sigh, fine. Just make it quick.”

Going around the shop as if she knew where everything was, Evelyn started picking up clothing from the racks. After getting everything she needed, Nora and Evelyn entered the changing room.

“Dammit Eve, do we really need this much?”

“Yes master, we do need this much, you’ll understand why later.”

Like a professional, Evelyn stripped Nora of all her clothing in an instant. Nora stood there timidly with her hands covering her womanly parts. One by one, Evelyn tossed articles of clothing to Nora for her to try out. Nora took them and changed quickly, hoping to end it as fast as she could. Much to her displeasure, it didn’t end as fast as she expected it to. She didn’t know how many times she changed but she felt like it lasted for hours. All she did was strip and put on the outfit that was thrown at her by Evelyn. It was only after an hour that Nora finally tried all the clothes Eve thrown at her.

With a tired but pleased face, Nora left the changing room with Evelyn in tow. Evelyn was carrying a small bundle of clothes between her hands. Nora was wearing an indigo cloak over a blue robe. Although Nora didn’t like her robe, she was quite pleased with what she got. The boots looked nice and fitted her perfectly.

Moreover it wasn’t too extravagant or lavish that it would attract attention. Although there were heels underneath, it wasn’t too tall. It was just 2 inches. It didn’t impend her movements at all. It felt like the type of shoe she wore. It was back when she was a prince, Aran was quite short and needed heeled boots to increase his height. Thus Nora was quite fine with her boots.

As for her cloak, Nora felt that it was the best thing she found. She was lucky she found it. It was a treasure that no one noticed. It was made of from the skin of a lightning behemoth. It was very rare and strong. It had strong magic resistance and was highly conducive to magic, making it a good enchanting material. Nora was sure she could put at least 3 enchantments on it.

A lightning behemoth was a monster that lived in the tall mountains. It was extremely strong and usually took a few A rankers to kill it. “Young miss, are you pleased with your purchase?”

Nora reached into her pocket and took out a few sack of gold from the space ring. Nora used her cloak to cover the fact that she was taking gold out of her space ring. Paying almost everything she had, Nora felt a pain in her heart. She was penniless again. In just an hour, she went from rich to poor.

“Could you sent everything i bought to my inn? It’s at Hizen bliss room 02 - 32.”

“We can most certainly do, young miss.”

Taking another deep breath, Nora turned to the door to leave. She was still displeased with how much she spent. Now she had to change her plans and make some money first. She only had 20 gold left. However, just as she was about to reach the door, she felt a terrifying aura from the other side.

The door suddenly opened as a young woman entered, deep red hair fanning over her shoulders like a settling dust cloud. Her crimson hair and sparkling eyes flashed like the morning sun on the horizon. Her skin was marble white, as if she had never been under the sun before. Her eyes, like the sea, were calm and emotionless. Her beautiful face was calm and confident. As if she had no burden, no emotion, no order. As if she was on top of the world. Even without her beauty or noble aura, Nora knew that she was right in the fact that she was on top of the world. This was because her level was 115.
