Meanwhile at Cheyanne's home, Cheyanne is ready for school; she got her teeth brushed, she got dressed, her purse is packed and she's ready to go.
But wait, we’re getting things too fast now, let’s go back to 5:00am.
At that time, Cheyanne had woken up quite well. Really well as a matter of fact. Her alarm clock went well. And there was no abrupt wakening that her frenemy Cinnamon currently has. Minutes later, she headed downstairs and entered the open-plan kitchen, where her dad, shirtless and only wearing a pair of pink-colored underwear briefs, is at the stove cooking breakfast. Okay, he wears an apron – a white-colored one – when he does the cooking so. Oh and his name is Mr. Yellonary.
“Good morning, dad,” Cheyanne said as she sat down on one of the empty seats that are near the dining table.
“Good morning, Cheyanne,” Mr. Yellonary. “Ready for your arms and shoulders?”
“Sure thing,” she said.
“So how was your evil creature hunting last night?” he asked her.
“Huh?” she prompted.
“How was your evil creature hunting last night?” he replied.
“Oh I haven’t done evil creature hunting last night,” she said. “I was too caught up in homework. Homework for my last class of the day.”
“Oh, okay,” he said. “You’ll hunt for evil creatures tonight or tomorrow night, which one of these that you prefer.”
Just several minutes later, breakfast is served.
Her breakfast meal consisted of two big-ass fried eggs with ham and cheese, a big-ass bowl of whipped cottage cheese with almond butter and bananas, a stack of homemade protein pancakes, four medium sausage patties and a batch of bacon strips.
His breakfast meal is slightly the same: except only one big-ass fried egg and no sausage patties nor bacon strips.
Okay it’s pretty clear that Cheyanne Yellonary had a fitness regime, one for the morning (with her dad as her trainer) and one for the afternoon after work – you know her job that is after school – to maintain her muscle mass. In both routines, she splits her workout by muscle group. Day one is chest (that includes muscle breasts), day two is back, day three is arms and shoulders, day four is legs, day five is butt, days six and seven are rest days. However we gonna be focus on her morning one where, in this case for the day, she’s gonna work on her arms and shoulders.
At 5:30am, she and her dad went into the gym for her morning training. Cheyanne is wearing her dark pink-colored sports bra and light pink yoga pants at this point with her hair tied to a ponytail. And her dad is now truly shirtless…with a pair of green trainer shorts.
“Alright first of all, what I need for you to do for your arms and shoulders workout,” Mr. Yellonary said. “Is to get a barbell.”
Cheyanne goes and grab a barbell before she walked back towards him.
“Now, head over to the pad bench,” he said.
She and her dad then head towards the pad bench with a barbell on her hand.
“Now, we’re gonna do close-grip bench press, alright,” he said.
“Okay,” she said.
“Alright let’s do it,” he said.
She then lies down flat on the bench, setting her points of contact. She keeps her feet on the floor and her super massive butt, upper back and head on the bench. She placed her hands on the bar at exactly the width of her broad shoulders, if not slightly narrower. She pulls her shoulder blades back and down to stay tight and protect her scapula. She then takes a deep breath and braces for the lift. She then lifts the bar from the rack without losing tension or protracting her shoulder blades. The bar is directly over her clavicles in the starting position. She stays tight as she guides the barbell down toward her super massive muscle breasts. She pulls her elbows in towards her torso as she descend to maximize the load on her triceps. She lowers the bar until it gently touches her torso. When the bar has come to a full stop on her chest, she presses back up towards the lockout position. She keeps her legs tight and her scapula packed into the bench to isolate her chest and triceps.

She did it for five sets of 25 reps with 90 seconds of rest in between each.
“Alright let’s do bench dips,” he said.
She stops and put the barbell down on the ground before she sits up and turns her body around, positing herself at the center of the bench, she then places her hands on the pad before she presses against them, pulling her super massive butt off and slightly towards the ground, extending her muscle legs in front of her. She then lowers herself with control by bending her arms. She then reversed the motion and returned to the starting position.
She did this for 5 sets of 25 reps with 90 seconds of rest in between each.
Seconds later.
“Okay let’s do barbell curl,” he said. “Pick up a barbell and start curling.”
She picks up the barbell again. She stands tall with her shoulder blades down her super muscular back, super muscular ample chest, and broad shoulders pulled back. She slightly wider her grip than hip-width with her palms facing away from her body. She then squeezes the barbell, activating all of the muscles in her forearms and upper arms. Then she curls the barbell and keeps her elbows slightly in front of her body at all times. She continues to curl up, with her broad shoulders will slightly come into to play when her elbows drift forward. That is until she starts to feel a spot that has the most contract in her biceps. She then holds the weight of that spot for a beat. She then flexes her biceps throughout the entire movement and control the barbell on the wav down.
She did this for 4 sets of 25 reps with 90 seconds of rest in between each of them.
“Now put down the barbell and let’s go to the cable tower,” he’s referring to the cable machine that has a weight stack.
Cheyanne and Mr. Yellonary walked a few steps towards there.
“Next, we’ll do triceps extension,” he said.
She then attaches a straight bar to a cable stack as high as possible and assumes a standing position. She then grasps the straight bar with her palms facing down and lean forward slightly by hinging at her hips. She then initiates the movement by extending her elbows and flexing her triceps. She pulls the handle downward until her elbows are almost locked out and then slowly lower under control back to the starting position.
She did this for four sets of 30 reps with 90 seconds of rest in between each of them.
“Alright let’s do an overhead cable triceps extension,” he said.
She fasten a rope handle in the lower position of a cable pulley. Then she stands with her back against the pulley, with a slight forward lean, and hold the rope behind her head and her upper arms next to her ears. She straightens her elbows until her arms are fully extended. She then bends her arms again, reversing the motion.
She did this for four sets of 30 reps with 90 seconds of rest in between each of them.
“Alright we’re gonna do the cable hammer curl,” he said. “Okay.”
She stands with both of feet hip-width apart and slightly bends her knees in front of the cable machine. Then she attaches the handle attachment to the pulley and grasps onto the handles, turning her palms to face each other as well a strengthening her back. She keeps her elbows at her side, and bends her elbows as she pulls the handles up. She then pauses at the top and before lowering her arms to the starting position in a controlled manner.
She did this for three to four sets of 30 reps with 90 seconds of rest in between each of them.
“Now pick up two dumbbells,” he told her.
She then picked up two dumbbells as she was told so and walked a few steps back towards him.
“And let’s go to the decline bench,” he said.
Cheyanne and Mr. Yellonary walked away from the cable machine and headed toward the decline bench.
“Now let’s do decline dumbbell triceps extension,” he said.
She then lie on the decline bench while positioning two dumbbells above her head with both of her arms fully extended. She brightens the weights down to both sides of her head respectfully, only using your forearms. Return to start position and did it again for 5 sets of 35 reps with 90 seconds of rest in between each of them.
“Alright, last one, dumbbell bench press,” he said.
She stops and positions her dumbbells again, this time to the sides of her super muscular ample chest with both of her arms bent under each dumbbell. Then she presses dumbbells up with elbows to sides until both of her arms are extended. She then lowers weight to both sides of her super massive muscle breasts (aka chest) until a slight stretch is felt in her chest and shoulders. Just like the previous decline bench exercise, she did this for 5 sets of 35 reps with 90 seconds of rest in between each of them.
“Okay time for a protein shake,” he said.
Cheyanne and Mr. Yellonary head back towards the open-plan kitchen where he opens the fridge and takes out a big-ass water bottle that contains, well, not water, but rather something that not only promotes muscle gain but also increases it as well as improving performance and recovery.
“Here you go,” he said as he gave that water bottle to her. “Here’s your protein shake.”
She then takes the water bottle that has the protein shake filled completely. “Thanks, dad,” she said before she open the lid and takes a sip.
“You’re welcome.”
For several seconds, she drink all of that protein shake until the water bottle is completely empty…well, almost. She then pull the water bottle out of her mouth. “Ahh,” she said. “Here you go,” she lends the empty water bottle back to her dad.
“Thanks,” he said as he takes it away from her. “I’ll rinse it out.”
Less than minutes later, she starts brushing her teeth, untie her ponytail into a straight curly hair, get dressed, have her purse packed before she’s ready to walk out of her home. Once she’s outside, she starts SPEED RUNNING. Actually, she’s SPEED CARDIO-ing. Yep, she also does cardio…with SUPER INCREDIBLE SPEED! She then reached towards the school’s entrance where she sees her BFF Cayleen, who had just did the same thing.
“Hey Cayleen,” Cheyanne said.
“Hey Cheyanne,” Cayleen said as they hug each other before they unhug.
“Do you go evil creature hunting last night?” Cayleen asked as she and Cheyanne headed towards the school entrance.
“Nope,” Cheyanne said. “Homework kept me up all night.”
They talk as they entered the school entrance.
