The condensing beam of moonlight had already gone past the point of no return. Jason had to come up with something quickly, or he would definitely be blasted into oblivion. Looking at the bright orb in Lycaon's mouth, Jason tried to interrupt the spell with some fireballs. But before the flaming balls of fire could even reach Lycaon, the flames were snuffed out by the pulse of mana emitted from Lycaon's moonlight beam.
Jason stared blankly at the traumatizing beam of energy, a plan however suddenly popped into his head. The focused beam of energy ripped through the air, so powerful that the air itself even ionized, the beam surround by an aurora. "Abyss," Jason casted, the ground beneath him opened, him falling into the deep crevice. Bam! Jason could definitely feel one or two bones in Zahra's break from the impact, a large crater formed with dust flying everywhere. The beam of moonlight struck the area where Jason originally stood, the deep dark fissure Jason created was lit up as bright as day. The radiating heat and power caused the rocky walls to melt, turning into molten lava. Dripping down, Jason avoided the scorching lava, since Zahra's body would definitely be charred if it came into contact with the thousand degree liquid.
With blood dripping down from his jaws, Lycaon slowly walked towards the large crack that Jason created in order to dodge his attack. "COWARD, HOW LONG ARE YOU GOING TO HIDE IN THAT HOLE!" Lycaon roared with so much power that Zahra's ears began to bleed. Deciding to exit the large canyon he created before Lycaon was ready to cast another moonlight beam, which there was no way Jason could evade that if he was still stuck almost two hundred feet deep underground. Thick roots began to form on the surface, extending downwards towards Jason while simultaneously focusing on distracting Lycaon. The brown roots slithered around Lycaon, as if taunting the large wolf. The root slithered away while simultaneously striking Lycaon, slowly leading him away.
After Lycaon finally realized that the root was trying to lead him away, he quickly ran back to the deep fissure. But it was too late, the root that was extending downwards wrapped around Jason's wrist, flinging him straight towards the surface like a cannonball. Landing with a loud thump, Jason dusted of the dirt of Zahra's body. With a wave of his hands, hundreds of thorns appeared from the ground, shooting right at Lycaon. Like a hurricane, the flurry of thorns assaulted Lycaon, focusing on the weaker parts like his joints and vital organs. Unfortunately, the thorns did virtually zero damage to Lycaon, as if it was just simply tickling him.
Jason loosened his seal on his own soul, letting more energy seep out. As her body went into overdrive, Zahra's eyes started to bleed, but that couldn't be help since there was no way that Jason could do enough damage to Lycaon without unleashing more of his true powers. Feeling that the body was going to crumble in a matter of minutes. "Seal," Jason casted, more red chains wrapped around Lycaon, further weakening him. He had to end the battle fast, or else if Lycaon survived until Zahra's body breaks, they'll be in big trouble. "Mutate Dionaea muscipula," Jason casted, a dozen grotesque plants appeared in front of the rampant werewolf. The plants looked like humongous Venus flytraps, but with much more teeth, and much more lethal abilities. Jason used to call them chompers, since they would just chomp down anything that enters the vicinity, he mostly used them to clean up dead bodies, this being the first time he had ever tried it in a real fight before.
With saliva dripping down their jagged teeth, the chompers attacked Lycaon, who ripped them apart after taking some nasty bites that took some chunks of his body. "Try this," Jason said, casting another spell. "Fury of a thousand willows", Jason casted a spell he created himself centuries ago. Projections of willow trees appeared around Lycaon, the leaves of the willows were somehow being controlled by Jason. Sounds of whips cracking could be heard as the willows' wickers began to whip at Lycaon. Trying to evade the attacks, attacks whipped through the air creating whistling sounds. The attacks were clearly enhanced by magic, since every strike caused red stripes to appear on Lycaon, blood dripping onto the floor. Lycaon tried resisting, yanking on the tree's wickers. Unfortunately the branches just simply tightened around his hand, entangling and tying up his hands. The durability of the plants made it hard to break them with pure strength. Extending his claws, he managed to mow through the willow trees that were making him dance like a clown.

"This is not the right solution," Jason said. The willows although had done a decent amount of damage, there was still more effort needed to slay the bloodied Lord of the Wolves. Breaking through the entanglements of the willows, Lycaon rushed towards Jason with a fierce roar. Realizing there was no point of holding back anymore, Jason apologized to Zahra in his heart as he unleashed the full potential of his power. Casting Sealing on Zahra's body, Jason barely managed to keep it from falling apart. In no more than one minute, the body would surely fall apart no matter what he did. The muscles began to tear, bones began to crack, as a powerful aura washed over Lycaon. "FINALLY, the Curse reaper is going all out," Lycaon roared, he instinctively shivered as he felt the familiar aura radiating from Zahra's degrading body. "How long can your vessel last?" Lycaon mocked, rushing towards Jason. A silver glow enveloped Lycaon as his muscles once again swelled up, his eyes turning blood red.
"Long enough to kill you," Jason said, as a golden glow enveloped Zahra's body. "Aegis," Jason casted, a film of mana coated his body. "Ogre's strength," he began to stack up spells in order to fight Lycaon head on. "Berserk," he casted, Zahra's body swelled with strength, leaving a deep crater before shooting towards Lycaon like a torpedo. Before Lycaon could react, he was sent flying with a single uppercut. The bones in Zahra's hand broke as Jason followed up every punch with another punch, sending Lycaon through wall after wall. Dust flew everywhere as the castle was almost torn apart from the magnitude of the attacks. Bones began to fracture since Zahra's body wasn't really fit for such battles. Forcefully enhancing Zahra's body to be able to pummel the Lord of the Wolves like that definitely came with a hefty price.
Lycaon wasn't in much better condition, his pelt torn, revealing the flesh underneath. Several broken ribs with some even protruding through his skin, and not to mention the countless broken teeth that were sent flying during the flurry of punches. The light that enveloped Zahra began to dim down before Lycaon was smashed through his own castle's gates, tumbling into the dark forest. Creating a large crater upon impact, Lycaon knew that he had won. "Farewell, legends do end after all," he said, as he tore out Zahra's beating heart once Jason failed to keep up the Aegis spell. Blood sprayed everywhere, dying the grass red. Zahra's body began to crumble since the magic that was keeping her body from deconstructing was no longer active. Crushing the warm heart, Lycaon felt a sensation of ecstasy wash over him, he had overcame his biggest nightmare, and he felt like he managed to breakthrough one of the bottlenecks that kept him from transcending to a stronger level.
But what Lycaon failed to perceive was a glowing demonic figure, who slowly floated to a large banyan tree that was in the middle of the clearing. "ROUND TWO BASTARD," Jason shouted, this time controlling the powerful banyan ent. Rushing fowards, Jason easily pinned down Lycaon with the massive difference in pure mass. Thousands of powerful vines wrapped around Lycaon, shackled him around the neck and limbs. More branches began to wrap around Lycaon, creating a wooden cocoon. "Farewell old friend," Jason said, conjuring a large fist of branches, preparing to smash the brains of Lycaon. "IF IM GOING DOWN, YOU ARE COMING WITH ME," Lycaon roared, igniting his own blood. "Judgement of the God's, Wrath of Artemis," he whimpered, a pillar of moonlight came down from the heavens, ten times stronger than the moonlight beams he previously casted. This spell was Lycaon's final resort, casting this spell meant that he would certainly die since it required Lycaon's blood as sacrifice. "No one wins," Lycaon grinned, as the beam of moonlight evaporated both the banyan ent and Lycaon completely, not even leaving ashes behind. The beam of energy was so powerful that it could be seen across the continent, the whole forest disappeared overnight. Perhaps Nightmare palace and the Lord of the Wolves will become a part of history that will be forever forgotten, lost to the annals of time.
