One day, as the first snowflakes began to fall from the sky, Crystal went into labor. The villagers gathered around their home, eagerly awaiting the arrival of the new addition to their village. As the sun set and the moon rose high in the sky, Winter was born.

Winter had two white fox ears and a tail, just like her parents. They took her to the central square, where a large block of white quartz covered in ancient runes stood.

Carefully placing Winter on the block, Ayaz and Crystal stepped back as the runes began to glow softly. The glow grew brighter and brighter, illuminating the square with a soft white light. The villagers watched as the light faded.
