After awakening to a strong soul variant race called Human Form Strong Soul Runic Balance Dragon at D rank, Isaiah had received a second class, taking Balance Dragon Shield Knight together with Balanced Dragon Spear Knight, both of which made use of his balance dragon variant race, and this allowed him to gain the Polymorph skill. So, when he ascended to C rank, he made the choice to become a true dragon to make his future race advancements easier, usually using Polymorph to keep his human form.

And Strong Soul Runic Balance Chaos Dragon was a ridiculously powerful race, allowing Isaiah to have three of the top six draconic racial abilities.
Power of Balance (Empyrean): Increase the effectiveness of any stat with the same value as one or more other stats by X times 50%, where X is the number of other stats with the same value.
With the Power of Balance racial ability, the effectiveness of Isaiah’s stats were nearly unmatched among C ranks.
Runic Enhancement (Empyrean): Seriously increase the power of all skills.
With Runic Enhancement, all of his skills, no matter the category, were boosted by four levels.
Power of Chaos (Empyrean): Easily learn the chaos category Laws of those you fight with and easily combine multiple Laws in combat.
Finally, with Power of Chaos, he could learn new Laws with ease, merge them together in combat, and, most important, raise the quality of his energy to match someone with a more powerful cultivation technique several levels higher than his own.
Mila and Aalam had spent a lot of resources to help him form a race that could match their own in power, and those resources had increased the grade of his other dragon-related racial abilities as well.
Dragon Scales (Empyrean): Increase the effectiveness of the Toughness and Attunement stats by 200%.
Dragon Body (Empyrean): Increase the effectiveness of the Strength and Agility stats by 200% and the Vitality stat by 100%.
Dragon Heart (Empyrean): Qi, mana, and psyforce are passively drained whenever injured to seriously boost the healing of injuries and the normal flow rate of qi, mana, and psyforce is seriously increased with better burst potential.
Aspect of Combat (Empyrean): Increases all stats the longer combat activity is maintained, up to 300%.
Dragon Scales, Dragon Body, and Dragon Heart boosted his stats, regeneration ability, and energy quality by more than before—and they synergized with the draconic skills of his first class to make them significantly more powerful—but Aspect of Combat was definitely his fourth most powerful racial ability.
While not on the same level as Power of Balance, Runic Enhancement, or Power of Chaos, Aspect of Combat was the defining ability of brawler dragons, a less slaughter focused variant of war dragons, and the Alchemist of the Deep Woods had helped him awaken to it back when he was an E rank, evolving it from the relatively useless Active Daoist.
Aspect of Combat increased Isaiah’s combat power by about 25% when fully activated, and, with Isaiah’s strong stats and the amazing effects of his second class, he could reach full activation of the racial ability within seconds after the start of a fight.
He’d never needed to use Aspect of Combat in public, however, even having Mila soul shackle him so he’d only receive the increased effectiveness to Attunement and nothing else, so the racial ability was still the first of his trump cards.
Human Blood Adaptation (Fabled): Enhances the effects of a Fabled grade human bloodline and enables advancement of the bloodline to one of a higher grade by drinking 1 liter of blood every three days for thirty-six days from someone with a race advanced from the race represented by the bloodline.
Finally, Human Blood Adaptation hadn’t advanced at all, still only increasing his stats by 2% and making cultivation a bit easier, and his bloodline hadn’t advanced either.
Primordial Strong Soul Primal Human (Fabled)
The bloodline of an elite human who has traced the power of their ancestry back to before the beginning of their race
Effects:
Increase the effectiveness of all stats by 12.5%
Raise cultivation speed to double that of a Strong Soul Primal Human’s if your race would make it less
Lowers the barrier to awakening a strong soul variant race when undergoing racial evolution
With Diana about to be revived, however, this would likely change, and Isaiah couldn’t help but feel nervous and excited.
Balanced Dragon Knight (C-Empyrean)
You move like a storm, attack like a wildfire, have the toughness of steel, and can regenerate severed limbs in a matter of seconds, all while having the blood of a balance dragon.
Effects:

Increase all base stats by 300% when wielding a weapon or shield
Bathing artifacts in your blood can strengthen them and attune them to your soul

Balanced Dragon Knight increased his base stats by a lot, greatly increasing his power, but the last two effects were the most important. Isaiah’s artifacts were far more powerful than he’d revealed in the Universal Tournament partially because they’d been bathed in his blood, becoming almost symbiotic extensions of himself. And the increased synergy between his draconic skills and draconic racial abilities unlocked many amazing effects.
Dragon Knight and Dragon Drive, for example, which separate could each double his effective power and together could almost quadruple it, put a lot less strain on his body than normal, Isaiah able to keep up both for hours even without using his Dragon Heart racial ability thanks to an effect of his second class, the true power of the skills the second trump card he’d hidden from the outside world.
Polymorph, which would normally decrease his power by about half when not in his natural form, no longer had such a weakness so long as the form he assumed was that of a half-dragon, and only decreased his power by about 20% for other forms. Draconic Combat Senses, which combined Kinetic Senses, various kinds of energy sensing, and Heightened Senses, became a passive skill that required no energy to activate. And Runic Empowerment, a powerful active skill that boosted all his other skills by a further four levels when used, which normally flashily added very noticeable runes to the use of all his skills, became far more subtle, nearly impossible to notice for anyone not looking for it while also increasing the strength of his skills by five levels instead of four.
The skill with Isaiah’s favorite boost from the synergy, however, was Chaos Control. Normally a passive skill providing more control over energy, specifically the unique type of chaotic energy created by the cores of C rank and higher chaos dragons, the synergy gave the skill an active effect as well, allowing Isaiah to naturally simulate some of the famous skills of dragons, such as draconic aura, draconic roar, and, in Isaiah’s true form, draconic breath.
If Isaiah were truly serious in fighting, he’d make use of these abilities a lot, along with Runic Enhancement, and, as he’d never shown either skill to the outside universe, they made up his third trump card.
