I tried doing exactly that. Mining all the ores was easy enough, as I just had to tap them. In the right position. Now, the monsters are where things became problematic. I scoured the entire world. I didn’t find any magic. So, it would have to wait. In the meanwhile, I would crown myself king of the world. I found a point where a lot of people lived. Apparently, people called it Tokyo. It seemed to be the most populated place in the world.
I rose over the city in one jump. I used my full strength to force the air to form a platform under me. I used my full strength, again, to increase my voice so everyone in the world heard.
“I, Lord Tighyt Sasomac, Level 68, Gold-Section Arbiter of War, Sentinel of Dolage, of Fifty-Seven Thousand, Five-Hundred and Sixty-Eight people, declare myself king of the Immagical Planet of Earth. As I am the only Gold-Section or Diamond-Section on Earth, no one may contest my rulings. My word is the law. None of your laws still apply. A person only has the following laws they must follow, and these laws can be broken by Royal Houses, which I declare. The king, me, is the head of all Royal Houses. The world capital is my house. Once someone reaches a hundred thousand perception, they may see it. The following rights someone has, which may be disrespected by any Royal, of my choosing, or any member of a Royal House, are the following:”
An airplane bumped into me. I was not pleased. I threw it into the ocean with my full strength. It flew into the water at six or seven times the speed of light. When it crashed into the middle of the ocean, it created a giant spray that reached all continents next to the ocean-which the natives called the Pacific Ocean, and simultaneously turned the plane to dust.
I banged my fist, with full force, into another platform I had created. It easily broke, but it sent a message: Do not mess with the king.
I lowered my voice into a snarl. “Do not interrupt the king! I will continue from where I left off.
“The following rights someone has, which may be disrespected by any Royal, of my choosing, or any member of a Royal House, are the following:
“Right to life, except by execution, which may only be only ordered by me.
“Right to liberty if you are over Level 15. People who are under Level 15 may be forced by me, and only me, to do forced labor. I will try not to force people over level 15, but I will if I have to.
“More rules will be added later. I will make a document outlining the rules. I will not anoint anyone as a royal yet.
“However, taxes will be created now. Everyone must pay the equivalent of a hundred pieces of gold dust a day. Failure to comply will result in forced servitude for one month. This tax policy will start in two weeks, which is enough time for people to afford that. Because I will create magic here. All other rules outlined are applicable immediately. My word is the law. I am King-Lord Tighyt Sasomac, Level 68, Gold-Section Arbiter of War, Sentinel of Dolage, of Fifty-Seven Thousand, Five-Hundred and Sixty-Eight people, and King of Earth, declare these laws final. And they will not be contested, or you will be severely punished.
“I will instill Earth with magic as soon as my mana pool recovers.”
I jumped off my platform, and moved to enter my house.
A legion got in front of me.
“We, the Great Intercontinental Military Alliance, or GIMA, for short, have come to fight you, oppressor. With the army of over 170 civilized countries, and over fifteen thousand nuclear bombs, we will kill you.”
I snorted. “GIMA, get out of my way, and I may spare you. If not, you will feel the wrath of my hammer.”

I noticed a few nuclear missiles heading towards my back. I smashed them back with my hammer. The bombs easily broke.
I landed on the ground in front of the idiots who dared oppress their king. And then I killed them. Easily.
I just spun fast with my hammer, and all of them were drawn in and hit. The heavy arcanite hammer easily killed them. Reinforcements arrived. I killed them.
After the carnage was over, I estimated I had killed a hundred million people and deflected sixteen thousand nuclear bombs. Blood was piled six feet high throughout most of the island where the carnage had happened. Plumes of toxic smoke wafted out from the houses. I saw one subject drowning in blood. I couldn’t really see them, but I sensed the subject, no, subjects, were innocent. There were three, apparently. I picked them up, and put them on a nearby island that was mostly unaffected by the carnage.
A volley of nuclear weapons came at me. I slammed my hammer into the ground, destroying the island and blocking most of the missiles. For as far as the silver-section eye could see, the sea was red with blood, with nuclear plumes wafting out. It didn’t seem very healthy. I asked a few loyal subjects about GIMA. It was headquartered in a place called New York. I got directions to New York. GIMA headquarters weren’t far, but not exactly there. No one knew where GIMA headquarters actually were, so I sent out a pulse of a million mana. I instantly sensed it, near the area locals called Long Island. It was roughly a two second jog off-shore, on an island that had formed three years ago because of a volcano. The island was called Gimah. I ran to the island, running over water. I was there in less than a thur time, which was known by the locals as Plank Time. I snarled. The air, water, and rock parted for me. I slammed my hammer, with my full strength, into Gimah. It shattered. Six level ~65 monsters appeared.

The king stood on the cusp of diamond-section.
They spoke in unison. “You have attacked the Immagical planet of Earth. You have caused significant carnage among the natives. You will die now.”
I barely had a second to process my thoughts before they charged.
My mana was around 80%-enough to use spells. I teleported backwards, pulling out my good old shield. I had made it out of an alloy of 60% stabite, 20% arcanite, and 20% litite. It was light enough, and it was definitely strong enough.
I slammed my hammer into the ground, or rather what was left of the ground. The Earth shook. I lowered into a squat, while the level 64, who seemed to be speed-based, ran into me. I, however, was in a lunge, so it didn’t affect me much. I was ready. I jumped off. The six followed me. The level 64 was first to reach, again, and I smacked it hard enough that it moved the planet quite a bit. The king was second.
I entered a fighting stance. My shield was in front of me, and my hammer was over my head. My armor was glowing blood red. The king charged, with all that speed. I smashed the king. Hard. So hard that an area around us two turned into nothingness. Only us two existed. Even quarks couldn’t enter, and neither of us could leave. The others tried to breach the shield, but they couldn’t fight nature itself.
I remembered my first lesson on the art of the warhammer. There had been something about a wedge, but people just laughed it off. I remembered it now. The warhammer was the greatest wedge. I drove a wedge between me and the king, with the arcanite from the warhammer. It glowed purple. I snarled. “You! Will die. I am the Warhammer, and you are wood.”
I felt a strange resonance. When I said “I am the Warhammer,” there was an odd resonance in particular. I repeated the phrase.
“I… Am the Warhammer!”
A white light coursed through me. And something clicked. I was no longer a standard Gold-Section. I was something… else.
