I was in interstellar space within a second. I had millions of flags in my inner world-yes, I had replaced spatial rings with a large storage space in my inner world. I only then checked my new diamond-section skills, once I had stopped.
I had a few new skills. One was essence manipulation from outside the soul. Another was the inner world. Another was something that literally made all commoners under level 50 obey me. There was this odd one called essence burn, which burnt exp to make a supremely powerful attack. There was a skill that made my hammer ten times more powerful. The final one burnt mana to make my fist glow blue, and all punches would attack the enemy's pathways.
They seemed quite useful, except the stupid essence burning one. I resolved to only use that against enemies at least fifteen levels above me.
I went to the nearest star system, and placed a flag on all its planets. I made them all from level 5 to 10. I kept doing that for a year, which was when I had finally conquered the entire galaxy. There were some level 35 planets, which I intended to use as military bases, and also a couple level 0 planets, which would also be used for the military. Most residential, agricultural, or industrial planets were from level 10-20.
I went to another galaxy. Not after long, it was conquered, with similar leveled planets to the Milky Way, which was the name of the capital galaxy. The capital planet of that galaxy was level 50, with the leader's private planet at level 55.
I went to another one, which I conquered for myself.
After I had conquered 6 of the galaxies, I found another planet with life.
Right now, the Sasomac Empire had 100 billion sapient citizens, 30 quintillion sapient citizens and animals, which were allowed to be citizens, and 70 quintillion citizens and monsters.
I did a cursory scan with my essence sense, and it seemed to be a no-magic planet with 20 billion sapient citizens and 5 quintillion non-sapient citizens.
I descended onto the planet, after changing my size to a thousand feet tall. Citizens of this planet were ten feet tall. Sapients were of a race I had seen in the other Hothar, called namuhs. They were generally the geniuses of the empire, but they were slow. They had 5 base dexterity, but 15 base intelligence. I changed my vocal chords to announcement mode again.
"I, the great Emperor of the Sasomac Empire, have come to this planet. I shall grant you magic, and you shall join the great Sasomac Empire. And this applies to all of you. All 5 quintillion non-sapients and all 20 billion sapients. Those who do not join the Empire shall die, as this is the Empire's planet. We span over seven galaxies, and you can easily leave the planet. The new ruler of this planet shall come in a few years. Until then, you are under my jurisdiction. You shall address me as 'My Great Emperor.' You shall address the new ruler as 'Great Sir.'"
I put my flag on the planet, and set it to level 15. I knew the namuh's advanced technology would allow them to fight level 20 monsters at level one.
I left that planet to conquer the rest of the area.
Within a couple years of me integrating the namuhs to the Empire, I had conquered all eight galaxies.
I then went to Mercury and let the nobles out of their boxes. The general was level 64, the former president of the US was level 62, the former leader of India was level 59, and the rest somehow were all tied at level 56. I went to the general first.

"As you are the highest level noble, I shall grant you the greatest galaxy. This galaxy has quintillions of natives. All of you have some residents, but you will have the most at start. I shall show you your galaxies now. Come with me."
I kicked off Mercury's surface. As always, when I took flight, a dust storm started, but it was even larger now that the nobles were helping. I flew to the galaxy with namuhs first. I decided to tell my nobles something. "You can expand your territories, but not into someone else's territory. Any galaxy with over a trillion sapients must be ceded to me, your great Emperor."
I showed the general where the capital of that galaxy was, where his private planet was, and where the namuhs were. I showed the rest of the nobles to their planets.
I decided I would take control of a few galaxies for myself. I did that within a couple years. There were no sapients.
I felt like taking a vacation. For the last 30 milenia, I hadn't had any time to myself. Besides sleep. All my time was going towards cultivation, the Empire, and all that stuff.
I decided I'd just take a couple decades off on my private planet. I went to it's core and made it level 75.
Light blanketed the planet. It had undergone quite a shift, with the monsters being much stronger.
I went home. I sensed all the muscle tension in my body was something I wouldn't effectively be able to do with body manipulation, so I just took a message for a month or so.
I then went and had a proper meal. That city full of level 5 idiots I was guarding back on Kantala had no good food. The best chef there was a level 8 idiot who couldn't even cut carrots perfectly straight! I had heard that a cook had reached level 45. At that point, cooking skills were quite serviceable. In fact, the seventh best cook in the old Empire was level 44.
I left Venus and went to that cook's restaurant.
I teleported into the kitchen. The cook finished cooking one of what was a very popular dish on Earth, called pizza. He turned around to face me.
"My Great Emperor, what shall you have today? You get it for free."
"Actually, I'll give you a decade of no taxes. I haven't had any good food in tens of millenia, and since I'm on vacation, I feel like having something good to eat."
"Of course, Your Majesty. Here's the menu. Or if you want it, I can make a custom meal."
I went out to the normal dinner area. A waiter came by and poured level 65 water. "Sorry, your majesty, it's the highest level water there is in the Empire. We have removed all contaminants, except a bit of limestone and sugar, to make it the best tasting water in the Empire."
I tasted some of the water. It was actually pretty good, almost as good as the water that had been served at the party for the emperor's half term, which had been level 75 water. I was quite surprised that a silver-area was this good.
I decided that I would have this dish called Vegetable Spicy Chow Mein. It was a level 70 dish, with vegetables, spicy tofu, and noodles. It was the best food I had tasted since that party.
The balance between all flavors was perfect, with no blandness. It was so good that I decided to increase the chef's tax break to 30 years, and I gave the chef a private level 50 planet.
For desert, I had something that was quite popular called ice cream. It was basically sweet, cold cream, wrapped in a wafer cone. It was plain, or vanila, as it was called, flavor.
I had some chocolate chips on top, which was basically small amounts of chocolate. It existed on Kantala, but it blew up over level 25, so only idiots ate it at high levels, and other then that, only commoners ate it. Somehow, Earth's natives had raised it to level 60.
It was perhaps the best meal I had ever had. I thanked the chef, who I was debating making a royal now, and left for a planet in the leader of India's galaxy. It was a pristine planet, with only a flag and a resort disturbing the nature. It was mostly ocean, except one island. The island had the best beeches I had ever seen, and a forest that looked great. There was also a mountain range on the island, somehow. Non-sapient citizens also lived there, such as some birds, which made it even more beautiful.
I got a floor of the hotel to myself, and decided I would stay on this planet for my vacation. It was simply the best looking planet I had ever seen. Not a stress-inducing planet. Just the best planet I had ever seen. I decided that this planet deserved better than level 5. It was too pristine to mess up, so I just released a ton of mana into the atmosphere, making it level 15. I heard a few commoners faint at the level change, but within a minute, everything on that planet was fine. Just perfect for a 20-year vacation.
