2: Arrival in the Galaxy; System Tutorial (1)

[Six months before the Blockade]

A small rift opened in a grassy overlook far from the palace of Naboo. No creature or human patrolled this area as Naboo was a peaceful world which was why no one could know about the portal opening.

From this mysterious otherworldly portal emerged a figure cloaked in black and white holding a dim white light in their right hand. They had been assured by their long-time friend that this place was perfect to help set up the young soul in his hand for his adventures.

It was here that the entity constructed a powerful cloaking field to prevent any onlookers from accidentally discovering this place-even by using the Force itself. This took less than a minute to construct which made the entity scoff at itself.

'It doesn't take that long. Maybe I'm getting rusty after doing all that paperwork,' the entity thought to itself as it conjured a suitable platform for it to work on constructing this remnant soul a new physical body.

The first thing which this figure utilized in the new body's construction was one of the Godly tier physiques within the System: the [Primordial Cosmos Physique]. This came with strong meridians, a bottomless dantian that only accepts pure {Primordial Qi}, and a bloodline that is highly adaptive to the universal [Laws].

It wasn't at the level of the Primal Powers, of course, but the adaptability of his bloodline would be extremely useful travelling across the Variant Timelines.

As for the second thing, Damian would be granted a strong affinity for the Force (well above Anakin Skywalker's own midi-chlorian level prior to any bodily damage) of 120,000 midi-chlorians. This would enable him to have an innate resistance against the influence of both sides of the Force alongside his cultivation abilities which will only continue to grow as he cultivates. As for any other Force abilities, the figure decided to leave them in the gift package for gaining a System.

The last thing he kept in mind while constructing this new body for Damian was making sure his newfound immortality was kept to a similar level to those who wielded an {Energy System} or were a Voidwalker. This was also a precaution against even the famous Avada Kedavra Voldemort himself uses often since it would make it extremely difficult to make him stay dead-unlike a Horcrux.

'I'd like to see how that prick handles this~' the figure thought to himself while lightly chuckling-thinking of how it will annoy the Dork Lord himself and provide immense help to the Boy Who Lived.

But that isn't for a little while yet. Damian's soul has to regain enough strength before getting even a whiff of his Hogwarts letter.

"[Create Vessel: Outworlder]!" the figure chanted as the elements were in place surrounding Damian's {Remnant Soul Core} on the platform he made. As the spell was cast, neither Jedi nor Sith in the Galaxy could feel what was happening-not even Anakin Skywalker himself-while Damian's new body was being forged from the very fabric of reality itself.

The only ones who knew what was happening on Naboo silently lied in waiting for what the future entailed...

"Ugh," Damian groaned a bit as he woke up in a completely black void. "W-where am I?"

{Welcome to the Tutorial Aperture, young one!} a mechanized voice replied. {Here, you will undergo a quick tutorial on how to navigate your new System.}

"What?!" He exclaimed in surprise. The last thing he remembered was being in his parent's embrace alongside his sister and brother before a bright white light covered his vision. "But..."

{As your physical body was destroyed some time ago,} the voice continued. {You are currently within a powerful ritual forming your primary vessel. While your vessel is being constructed, you shall learn how to navigate your new System and abilities.}

'What's happening to me?!' Damian thought to himself, scared since he believed that he was going to Heaven alongside his parents and siblings. He didn't truly know what was happening and felt like this was a horrible nightmare that he couldn't escape from.

Before he could delve further into a self-induced madness from his experience dying, a raspy masculine voice (the same one forging his body) responded from within the darkness.

"Calm down, little one. You're safe now."

"Who?" Damian asked softly as he felt himself being embraced by a cold yet softly warm embrace. He "opened" his "eyes" to see a pale-skinned blue eyed man cloaked in black and white robes looking directly at him with a soft smile.

"I am Mortis, young Damian," Mortis replied to his question while comforting him. Despite his pale marble beauty, there was something about him that reminded Damian about his own father. Maybe he truly felt safe in this man's arms?

"Daddy?" Damian softly muttered to himself, but not soft enough to where Mortis couldn't hear it. This made the Elder God chuckle which oddly sounded similar to a light bell chime.

"I'm not your dad, Damian, but if you want, you could call me that since I'm giving you new life." Mortis responded with a bigger smile than before.

Being the Elder God of Death, he understood how particularly sensitive souls like Damian were-especially after experiencing such trauma. It was enough to make them feel either extremely scared (like how Damian was being right now) or extremely insane since their spiritual remains cannot cope with their new reality.

You also wouldn't expect an eighteen year old [Human] to suffer death at the hands of an extinction-level event either, but everyone is different in how they respond to certain stimuli.

As Damian began to calm down within Mortis' embrace, he started to feel more at ease than before. The tenseness he had felt before was melting away before a desire began to emerge like a small spark within a vast endless darkness.

"You perished back then, but I'm giving you a second chance, Damian," Mortis said as Damian began to feel a surge of lightning course through his soul. It was like a fresh breath of life that a newborn takes after emerging from the womb.

Powerful yet nourishing.

"You do not know it yet, but there will always be a chance to save the people on Terra. Travel through the Variant Timelines and amass new abilities to become a savior your world desperately needs now. I can promise you that when you're ready to, you will have the power to save your family before they die," Mortis continued as the physical vessel finally started to construct the vital organs.

When Damian heard those words come from Mortis' mouth, the remnant pieces of his soul began to spark up as if he was reawakening something hidden deep in his very nature. This was when he was truly connected to the Force itself even outside of his physical vessel.

Hidden away in the Jedi Temple on Coruscant-far away from the sight of the Jedi of the current age-lay an ancient holocron that for millennia had been laying dormant. No one knew of its existence since the creator of the holocron had long since become one with the Force, but just as Damian had connected to the Force itself, the holocron activated.

What lay in this holocron was not something no Jedi nor Sith of the current age could understand since all it contained was a message and a warning.

A message for Damian and a warning about Darth Sidious himself.
