Anyway I hope you like the chapter (or chapy as I have heard it called)

P.S. We are now entering the Bleckscmeil Side Series mini arc (yaaaay), it is basically a series of chapters 2 or 3 or so which follows the 'exciting adventures' of a 'god' named Bleckscmeil, it is an arc that will kinda explain some of the mysteries as well as introduce some of the antagonists.

Deep in the depths of the caverns of one of the largest mountains of the planet, located in a small kingdom in the dragon lands, slumbered the one called Dragon God Bleckscmeil. He who was known by many titles as the one often said with awe: ‘The Great Dragon’ as well as the softly spoken in fear: ‘The Greedy God’.

For this intimidating sounding fellow, it might not also be inappropriate to refer to him as the Slothful god for he spent much of his time napping. Right now he was sprawled out in what would be a most ungainly fashion, if his appearance wasn’t so dreadful.

The Great Dragon God Bleckscmeil, had six sturdy legs the width and height comparable to the thickest and highest of trees, an each leg had a thick foot about a fifth as long as his limbs, with at least 5 gnarly digits each sporting equally as long silver razor blade looking claws.

His body might be mistaken as a smaller sized black mountain if one were to see it in the light, for best effect it would be better that it were an area with no large elevations, such as a plain.

Support creative writers by reading their stories on Royal Road, not stolen versions.

This would also make it easier to spy his somewhat stumpy tail which was about half the length of his long streamlined body. His head looked even smaller, when compared to the rest of him but it was many times bigger than any ship on the planet that the current technically of the mortals and minor immortals could produce.

It was also somewhat shaped like the body of a ship, if the imaginary ship in question were broken lengthwise more than halfway with a huge crack, and the crack’s edges lined with thousands of sharp thick silver great sword like blades, several times taller than the body of an average humanoid.

His body was plated with pitch black and sand paper textured scales. Unfortunately or fortunately depending on your point of view several nearby lava pools, as well as the dimly glowing gemstones embedded in the caverns ceiling would allow most people to be able to see him perfectly in all is glory.

Many would assume that since he was sleeping one wouldn’t be able to see any of his four bolder sized eyes that sat slightly above the pits that were his nostrils. But they would be wrong. For Bleckscmeil was of the species of dragons that held the nickname of Meteor Muncher.

This species had no need to possess eyelids for the eyes themselves were harder than diamonds. The eyes had no organic functions, the way they were used to perceive the dragon’s surroundings was by conducting mana, in patterns similar to natural spells. Thus they glowed dimly with a dull red light slightly brighter than the lava even while he slept.

The light of his eyes was enough to shine on what he slept on. And because the contents of his ‘bed’ mainly had reflective properties it was also easy to see what it was. Treasure. Mounds and mounds of treasure. Enough treasure that one could make at least three life sized statues of their owner out of it and still have enough left  to buy out almost any human kingdom in the world twice over.

As per suiting a dragon’s taste the treasure was made mainly out of gold, however at least a third of it was made up of other various precious metals, minerals and gems. Most of the treasure, had no form nor was crafted into any shape.

It seemed to be various sizes of gold and gem gold colored rocks but if one were to look closely on some of them you could almost see the mostly eroded and faded evidence of sculpting and smithery of the probably ancient.

To prevent the treasure from falling into the lava, someone presumably Bleckscmeil had set up several large black pig iron barriers with spikes on top. Which not also conveniently served as a thief deterrent, but also a decor meshed well with the theme of his cavern which was built to best ‘flatter’ the sight of the vain dragon god.

The barriers proved their worth as every time Bleckscmeil moved even the slightest bit in his sleep, mountains of treasure would dissipate into gold avalanches that would crash downward and form new smaller mountains.

The cavern was mostly quite except for the dull rumbling of the liquid earth moving, and the occasional tinkling thunder of showers of treasure clinking against each other as it fell. If one were the type that wouldn’t be afraid at the sight of Bleckscmeil then you might could say that, seeing him sleeping there was an almost peaceful, and perhaps beautiful sight.

Such peace was soon broken by the sound of an ear breaking shout.

“BLECKSCMEIL!!”

Bleckscmeil stirred slightly but otherwise seemed unaffected, the owner of the voice was not disawaded by a lack of reply for he screamed even louder to the point that the cavern shook, the ceiling cracked and several large boulders and rocks fell down. To usuessly bounce off Bleckscmeil’s scales, splash the treasure away in waves at the point of impact or get destroyed by falling into lava.

“BLECKSCMEIL WAKE UP NOW YOU WORM!!!!!!!”

Never one to let an insult slid no matter how petty, Bleckscmeil moved a bit uneasily in his sleep, however he still did not wake up.

“BLECKSCMEIL YOU WORM!! IF YOU DO NOT WAKE IMMEDIATELY YOU WILL DEFINITELY REGRET IT!!!!!!!!!!!”

That scream was louder then both the former two combined, it was to the point that several of the weaker treasures in Bleckscmeil’s collection even shattered from the vibrations alone but except to shove his head into a mound of treasure in an attempt to protect his tiny unseen ears the dragon god stubernly continued to slumber.

“THIS IS YOUR LAST WARNING!!”

The voice was only as loud as it had been the first time, but that amount of sound was plenty , it would have made almost any mortal and even some lesser immortals go death by bursting their ear drums, sadly it did not have even near such an effect as Bleckscmeil’s tiny ears were well protected by several false scales.

A few moments later after seeing that his wake up calls had no effect, the owner of the voice appeared.
