Chapter XXIX: Hidden Secrets

*ೃ༄

In Hyang Seram Island...

Kohaku yawned as they have arrived in Hyang Seram Island in one of the islands of Indonesia, everything was somewhat advanced by seeing amusement park, water park, restaurants and even hotels in there. Rayna clung to him by hugging his arm, seems enjoying every places that made her face into pure childish innocence--her purple eyes glowed in excitement for all of their dreams were fulfilled at once. "Woah, look at these-nya!" Kiryu pointed out towards the hotel, he has a feeling that he definitely stay in that luxury hotel--there's a pool, restaurants, spa and apparently for other kinds of entertainment when they wanted to make memories here. Radjasa chuckled at his cute little partner for sensing these different. "I can't wait to buy new things in here, what do you think? I really need new coats."

Sherry asked, flicking her curly bangs as Byakuya stared at her--confused to where the sudden question came. "... Is that necessary?" he asked, he got hit by her fist on his shoulder with a smile plastered on her face--making Kyouka snickered at her older brother's question. "How dare you underestimate a woman's purpose? Oh--what will they say about you if they heard that! You better treat this opportunity in here, Byakuya!" Sherry demanded, flapping her light burgundy long hair.

"Memories..." Kyoran muttered, his vision tells him otherwise while he watched the view. Nadya giggled as she brought her pet pig Bubu to come here, making the pig oinked to see these kind of new environment since he only live in rural area that smells fresh air and greenery. "I'm hungry... I want to eat pork..." Kohaku muttered, making Bubu squeaked in fear but Nadya managed to calm him down. "Hey, we're almost here, it's okay, I won't let him hurt you!" the female assassin promised to her pet, before she frowned at Kohaku. "Can you like not say that when Bubu's around? Are you out of your mind or what?"

"Right! I think I forgot that was around... sorry about it, I have a long trip yesterday."

Damien was busy with his business partners regarding the transfer and trading for the construction, while Hisato watched his eleven-years old daughter Ichika looking at the view of Hyang Seram Island. Kahayana yawned as he watched his son Kohaku with his friends, he was sitting beside Damien because he had to fucking help him in negotiation and the Christiadjie Group trusted his contacts in various sectors so they won't get scammed--having these kinds of friends are as easy as eating a piece of cake.

"Damien, are you sure about building a casino in this island? I never expect this place to be the best," Tina questioned, having a bored expression on her face. Damien told them that he's having a business in here, the five of them are his loyal friends and allies in his adventures that nobody else. Erfan smiled as his closed eyes glancing at his friend, the 'seer' was holding the script book in case Damien has visions and clairvoyance that related to them--his eyes did not open at all. "But I found some potential in there, let's check out our schedule for this vacation we planned. Not to mention I'm looking forward on some rest from work, it's time for taking over our work and leaving someone else to handle it. You know that too, right, Hisato? Kohaku?"

Hisato answered, crossing his arms over his chest as he wore a glasses when he looked towards the list of the documents he's carrying. They have a few plans on what to do while in Hyang Seram Island, trying to investigate and exploring the remaining areas around. "Are you sure about building a casino in here?" Robin asked, causing him to smirk. "Who cares? Christiadjie Group not only has legal business like hospitals, private schools, healthcare center, construction companies and etc... but we've always have hidden business we managed to maintain well. Besides, the other conglomerates, have their own investments in this island. Business always never been clean, so-why not make it even more interesting?"

Dorothy was painting her nails--an activity she liked while maintaining her appearance to be pristine and beautiful, it seemed that no one said anything about her habits. "Sounds like a good idea, let's start the party," the Secretary chirped, smirking devilishly with a light glance towards her boss.

Kohaku was booking a hotel near the beach for his friends, it was known as Kusuma Kencana Hotel which is well known in Yogyakarta and now already has a second branch in this island--so many domestic and foreign guests booked this hotel. "Woah... these rooms are expensive," Kahayana commented, reading from his son's smartphone--witnessing a lot of pricey rooms in this hotel but thanks to their joint groups, they received complimentary services and best rooms because they have huge cash flow--therefore the employees there treated them like VIPs as long as they have large amount of money.

'Also, there's a restaurant here? Damn, I want to try out their local cuisine...' Sherry thought.

Kohaku pondered where's the owners because he heard that it was father and son who were the businessmen of the hotel and restaurants, he decided to ask the receptionist. "Where's the owner, if you don't mind answering?" he asked, the receptionist looking over him. "They're not in here at the moment, but they occasionally coming back here, and once they coming back--you will know them by sight because of their outfits. And it's usually around the bar area," the receptionist answered, smiling at him and his friends. "The owner of the hotel is Sanjaya Adinata, he's the son of Radithya Adinata--the owner of the restaurants around the island."

Wait, Adinata? The infamous conglomerate in Indonesia?

Kyouka looked confused as she glanced towards him. "You know him or something?" she asked, looking at her friend. "He's the son of the conglomerate in Indonesia, they've always had the reputation of ruthless and cold businessmen because Sanjaya's father is the eldest of the nine siblings--they are bunch of businesspeople around this country and Radithya is the 'handsome' sibling compared to his siblings. Once you look towards the hotels and restaurants, you'll see a black car that belongs to their company," Kohaku pointed out, looking at the photo of high-profiled guests in there.

"Damn, they look so youthful despite their actual ages--I'm even surprised that they don't look older. Also... 23 trillion Rupiahs per year? Holy shit, they have a lot of wealth we could envy."

Sherry asked, before they walked to their respective rooms that Kohaku booked them. "Sanjaya Adinata... I heard he's a young looking man, like--twenty-one years old or more like you and Byakuya, he's quite young and somewhat handsome as an entrepreneur--perhaps I can take him as my man someday," she added with a smirk, she knew this man is rich and looks good in Kohaku's description of him. "He's surely my type."

But then again, what does it matter when you are facing an Adinata member in a full showdown? That guy's a no joke--because everyone knew about their authority that could stop wars anytime. Kohaku facepalmed, what did he expect from her? 'But I'm really curious... why did they only invited some selected businessmen from Hyang Seram and not others? Huh? Why me and the others suddenly became their guests here?' he pondered in confusion. It seems strange and weird to him, but he didn't mind it--they are here to have a proper vacation after several months of hard work and assignments. His boss gave him a permission for his little workers and associates along with their leaders went to have a vacation, but most of them mostly dealing with investments.

After they unpack their belongings in their respective rooms, Kohaku decided to walk around the beach near the hotel, hearing the soft waves coming to the shore, mixed with seaweeds and scattered broken glass pieces of ancient cups and toys--though it was sad when he see broken toys on the beach because it reminds him of his childhood when he had a happier time in the past. He accidentally dropped the shell that he held so he began to pick it up, before he came across someone who stood far from where he was.

The Indonesian young man wears a black sleeveless turtleneck underneath his white high-collared long-sleeved shirt with black vertical stripes, with slitted part on his upper arm parts with a black threads, his shirt was tucked into a black belt with gold platinum rectangular buckle, black pants tucked into thigh-high dark gray boots--a bronze-colored accessory around his neck. His short scruffy black messy hair remain the same style even his dark brown eyes and fair complexion, along wearing a Mirage Spectacles. His coat is mostly black with high collars, along the batik patterns underneath and the stigmata on the coat's back is a gold-colored garuda in the circle with a cut-like symbol. The cut symbol shows the rebellion against the government and they rebel against them.

'That guy... must be Sanjaya Adinata, some say his friends referred him as Sanju during the mission...' Kohaku thought, seeing the guy looking into the horizon, deep in thoughts. "Aren't you Sanjaya Adinata, heir of Adinata Group? Your name is in the news, a lot," the young Indonesian man questioned to him, standing behind him. Sanju blinked, his cold and stoic gaze meeting Kohaku's ruby red eyes. "Right... for the one thousand dollars reward for the Bounty Hunters out there?" Sanju questioned back, a slight curiosity on his tone. His left hand rested on his hip, he doesn't seen like a dangerous person from the start.

From what Kohaku learned--he was the leader of ADVENT, a mysterious organization that collect Samsara Cores and said to work against World Government, a war criminal who wanted dead or alive and his bounty is one thousand dollars for the Bounty Hunters in the world--others wanted to take him down because he just the enemy of everyone and in the case of no criminal activity is needed to be purged so they can be able to get rich quickly. "Uhh... what? It's not exactly about that..."

"So, what's your name then?"

"Kayana Sahanaya Tirta, my friends either call me Kayana or Kohaku but most of my Indonesian friends call me Kayana."

Kohaku introduced himself, seeing the young fellow lifted is eyebrows--still standing on top of the rock and staring him with a smile; but in his guts tell him that the guy's hiding something behind that smile. "Kayana, nice to meet you," he greeted him politely, his friendly expression doesn't affect Kohaku at all. Kohaku's ability has a different perception and a strange skill with an added bonus of an acute awareness with enhanced senses--he had to be careful because this guy can be either a target or an ally; this is the main reason why he is willing to use everything around him as a weapon since an 'accident' that changed his way of living, believing that there is no absolute truth for everything.

He thought that Sanju always unavailable in his own hotel because he was constantly in meetings, he just randomly met him in the beach? Sometimes, Kohaku is lucky but other times he is not--and it is worse for him due to this is Sanju. "What are you doing here?" he asked the hotel owner, seeing Sanju hummed. "Just sightseeing and witnessing you here, you're one of those who getting the VIP privileges I gave to all of the employees for a vacation, I thought that they will never bother me and stay away but..." his dark eyes glanced towards him with a small shrug and a small smile, folding his arms. "I didn't know you would find me so easily in this area, but you kind of sense me there--and based from your aura, you're very clever. If there's nothing else, I will leave for a moment."

"Wait!"

Sanju stopped when Kohaku called him, he was about to leave the young assassin. "I'm sorry for interrupting, I have a question for you--why did you invite so many entrepreneurs and business partners for a gathering? No one can freely book a room without any credentials and being registered as a member before-hand and people also banned to enter or spy here," Kohaku asked him in curiosity. "I don't know you that much but I know that, how your reputation as the rebellious youth--you're hiding something, like maybe--there's something coming and you just preparing for a conflict to occur, right?"

Sanju snorted and laughed, making Kohaku stunned from the sudden response that wasn't in his expectations. "You're funny, really," he replied, before his eyes hardened when his ears picked something suspicious from the distance. "Let's just say this place has a 'right moment' to give benefits for only few lucky winners and such, perhaps as allies or competitors in that stage. That's how business goes, as long it's profitable, it would worth the price--a very brutal price if you wish to make millions per day," the hotel owner responded.

Kohaku watched him stepping down from the rock and walking past him, he felt that Sanju wasn't intending to kill him or take him hostage--he was just being vigilant as he have a certain paranoia of having his loved ones to be harmed--every second and minute of his life. "Who are you, really? That's not the same as what I heard... rumors for starters, people saying that you had gone berserk and they wanted you to be killed..." he added, Sanju never stopped from walking and glancing over his shoulders, a grin spread wide on his face and eyes sharpened. "It would be better... if you stop digging into it."

That's a warning, he does not like people meddling with his own affairs and have been keeping secrets from him and his associate. Just the idea of being taken out like he was nothing--gave him a chill down his spine.

Meanwhile, Sherry was taking a photo while she was on the seashore that was on the other side. Then, she encountered Sanju who she assumed as the owner of Kusuma Kencana Hotel and the son of the Adinata Group's member--she let out an alluring smile on her elegant and mysterious expression, looking up lightly with a smile. But because of Kohaku's description of him, she assumed that he was a dangerously handsome young man and Sanju turned at her direction--a confused and intrigued look towards her appearance. "Are you the boss here?" she asked in perfected manner. "You're quite a handsome man, you know that?" she whispered, making Sanju blinked. Sherry hummed lightly with a giggle, touching his chest as he stumbled against her lightly, now he was confused to what was happening and why she approached him. "Oops. Careful there."

The young man narrowed his eyes at her, as she closed her umbrella with her free hand while the other on his chest. "Are you one of my guests?" he asked, glancing down at her which made her smiled. "Indeed I am, I would like a detour around the island and... are you single, Mr. Adinata?" she teased, even though he's twenty-one like her--Sanju was somewhat her type of guy. Sanju watched Sherry, he sighed as he wondered why a beautiful woman suddenly walked into him and complimenting his looks like nothing--he was used to be complimented for his appearance, but strangely he felt bad because he's just a man with shortcomings--or am I just overthinking it? He didn't know where this feeling came from, a woman that he's talking to and touching his chest. "What's your name?"

"Sherry Simalungun, you?"

"Uhm... Sanjaya Adinata."

Fuck, why did he got dragged in here? Is he going to be seduced by her because of him being wealthy or something? Well--no offense to her since it's her business to strike up conversation, so it's her pick. "Fine, and my answer is yes--I don't have time to look for a woman because of work," Sanju replied, seeing her hands slid off from his chest and he somehow misses her warmth touch for some reason. It was still spring after all, and things like love isn't going to bother him as he have a goal and ambitions to pursue. He took her on a detour--they had a small talk as he led her on the beautiful road and places they walk across.

Byakuya was in the rectangular tiled training area with his younger sister, Kyouka was getting interested with the area due to how smooth and polished the tiles were. "Amazing, I really want to try something new," the seventeen years old high schooler mused, with a wide grin on her lips. "Nii-sama, don't you think we can spar against each other?" she asked, receiving a nod from Byakuya. As Byakuya just brought his wooden sword along, he gave one of his sister--taking her through various challenges until one of them have to hit their opponent or be pinned down in three seconds.

"Well well well, someone's getting serious just now."

The tall Japanese-American young fellow on the left said, standing in front of the area with his fellow friend. He wears a black sleeveless bodysuit underneath his black coat resembling the form of a lion's mane. A leather straps and braided cord's clasp wrapped around the shoulder of his jacket, white lines drawn beneath and a pair of wristbands over his hands and wears a black pants. He still wear his spectacles with red lens and strings on them, he retained his golden blonde short hair with long bangs, dark brown eyes and fair complexion. His blue overcoat with black accents and ivory lining that he wears as a cape and a gold stole fastened with a gold platinum stole pin, his stigmata is a purple-colored hornet with a cut across it on the back of his overcoat. He has a short golden blonde hair with long bangs over his brown hazel eyes and cheeks, with a fair complexion and chained spectacles with shaded lens.

The second man on the right is a Japanese fellow with He wear his small, black and red ribbon around his neck like a choker and black bodysuit under his gear revealing his collarbones. With a pair of red sleeves are completely covered his arms and covered with black fingerless gauntlets with red armor plates, white ribbon tied into four-petaled white flowers on his upper gauntlets worn--his purplish-black short hair with long bangs--along his violet eyes and fair complexion. The black tunic-like sleeveless cloth with white sash covered by the red belt, a mitsudomoe symbol in the middle. With a black-red cape wrapped around his waist reaching his knees, white feathers ornament hanging at the back and a heeled boots. He wears a long black fingerless gloves; the red eyeshadow paint is smoothly painted on his eyelids and corners, he also wears a frameless spectacles and carries a sealed katana with him--he retained his purplish-black short messy hair with long bangs, fair complexion and purple eyes--with the red paint on his eyelids. Raiden's black haori with red inner robes has a red thunder stigmata in the circle with a cut symbol, making him interested to see how smooth it was screen printed.

Byakuya stopped with Kyouka, turning their heads to see the two young fellow having a visit around the area. They instantly recognized the one from the coat, his coat was a clear indication that he's from the other factions with the stigmata and design on it. 'No, those stigmatas...! They are Akito Kujou and Raiden Amagiri...' Byakuya thought, he knitted his eyebrows together at them. Kyouka realized that their opponents might be in the same level like her older brother, she clutched her wooden weapon and get ready for their weapons. "I heard you two must be... Akito Kujou and Raiden Amagiri, right?" he asked.

Akito's eyes narrowed, unsheathing his katana and swinging it lightly on his hand as Raiden gets ready to face both Byakuya and Kyouka's fighting styles. "I'm not surprised to see the Shinobu siblings in here, I suppose..." Raiden muttered, brushing a strand of hair from his head. "If they found about us and still go ahead anyway, it just shows how brave they are. Too bad, I don't really like those who meddle in our business but since I'm just a peaceful person--I would prefer they stand down for a minute."

Kyouka gritted her teeth with unfazed expression, Byakuya just pulled his sword up in a single slash. Raiden instantly closed his gap before one of them knew it, when Byakuya blocked his sudden attack and letting Kyouka to defend herself against Akito. "What are you two doing here? Akito and Raiden? The executives within ADVENT," Byakuya questioned them, with a determined expression on his face--standing against Raiden as they locked swords.

Akito knitted his eyebrows together, before he smirked. "What are we doing here? You better be careful, buddy. I can sense a lot of powerful forces here, especially the ones in different factions that have so many sins and criminals hid. Even the World Government doesn't really care about it, so it's time for us to show the power," he replied.

Akito was known for his 'homme fatale' nature, as if he's a male version of Sherry Simalungun--a charming and cruel smirk that making his opponents goes on the knees before submitting to his way because he didn't give a fuck. According to one of the reports, his enemies would say that Akito is going to drag them into a hell--his katana strikes with the thrust like attack can send his target to death, even managing to win against stronger opponents by quick and fast blow to the head to sever the nerves; whether they alive or not, his ways will put them on the death row without his targets even realizing what happened.

As for Raiden, he was known for his thunder-like strikes due to his fast constructive movement and not giving a damn about showing mercy on them, he's a total madman who enjoyed the flow of battle against the stronger opponents because his bloodlust desire to satisfy the hunger of death and bloodbath.

While Sanju got preoccupied with Sherry who pulled him around the city, a young woman stood on the rooftop protectively towards her leader--who was Sanju himself. She wears a modified non-Raksha attire that consists of a black sleeveless turtleneck dress with gold and dark brown accents, a black corset and black tights along black long fingerless gloves, she wears a black thigh-high boots with black tights and a pair of black fingerless gloves; she also wears her spectacles. Her long light auburn hair remain the same, even her violet-blue eyes and fair complexion. She also wear her red-white overcoat with feather patterns on its lower half and sleeves of her cape similar to crane's wings, which has a black and red accents and theme similar to a crane--the symbol is a beige-colored crane in the circle with a cut-like stigmata. She has a long light brown hair with vermillion streaks, her bangs covered her violet-blue sleep-derived eyes and cheeks as she has ivory complexion.

It was Kanae Ayatsuji, one of the ADVENT members alongside Sanju, Raiden and Akito. Despite her sleep-derived nature and harmless presence, she's actually a dangerous threat and hard-ass person to fight--just like her leader Sanju, Kanae could easily take her own opponents head-on like she was nothing, except it's more brutal and quick strike to the head and neck, no one can expect an accurate precision and her dangerous abilities--her speed and reflexes almost unreachable that her opponent must 'follow her pace'.

Sherry sensed that someone was striking against them, so she released Sanju's arm and jumped backwards--landing gracefully to see Kanae holding her glaive as she stood on her ground. "Sorry to keep you waiting, Sanju..." Kanae said with a yawn, her leader nodded and turned around to see Kohaku holding his chain bullwhip. "You led us here in purpose?" Sanju asked him, as the assassin frowned a little. "Those two we met earlier also talked about the same thing you mentioned earlier, I'm going to get you both..." he paused, seeing Byakuya landed on the ground with Kyouka--which they got cornered by Akito and Raiden who were pissed for disrupting their showdown.

"Alright fine, stop right there."

Sanju halted them, calming his friends of his team down from getting worked up. Kohaku sighed in relief when he managed to diffuse the entire situation that they were about to deal with these people, at least he was being considerate and respect their space of privacy--if they mean no harm, then no one will dare to hurt them. "All four of you, can we talk this out? We got nothing against you, but then again we're just curious about what you guys meant," the assassin pleaded, gesturing them all to chill and it looks like they listen to them. "We're just making sure the city in this island is safe, not that we interfere your business."

Byakuya raised his eyebrows in curiosity, before he gave a stern look at Kohaku. He watched these three young men with one female standing behind them, while noticing that Kanae is rubbing her eyes from her sleep-deprived state and she yawned yet again. 'ADVENT, an organization... what are they?' he thought to himself. "Come with us to the hotel, I believe your questions will be answered there," Sanju offered, leading them away from the public eye as Kanae ordered her two bodyguards to follow them.

'Should I tell Damien about this? Perhaps later...' Kohaku thought, looking at Byakuya, Kyouka and Sherry who were eyeing on them--wondering who are these young people and their relationship.

During the way to the hotel, Sanju was guiding his new guests to the Kusuma Kencana Hotel and entered the VIP Meeting Room so they can talk through about their objectives. Kiryu got called by Kyouka to take over her post in the meeting, because she had an appointment with Radjasa and Rayna to meet them--so he agreed and shrieked like a cat to see the four ADVENT members. Now he had a fucking job to work with Sherry to meet the rich and prodigal people inside this hotel, once the conversation over then he had to start playing his assigned role with Kohaku, Byakuya and Sherry. 'Nya... they're so powerful...' he thought with astonished expression.

Sanju was sipping his warm cup of tea that his employee prepared for the eight of them, sitting on the far end of the table. "Where do we start? What will we talk about first?" he asked the guests, and then Kohaku told him to start introducing themselves. He sighed, before he placed the cup on the table. "I won't repeat my introduction again," Sanju spoke, before he explained. "Sanjaya Adinata, my friends called my Sanju or Sanjaya--just call me whatever the fuck you want. I'm a captain of ADVENT, owner of this hotel and most importantly; the future heir of the Adinata conglomerate."

The Adinata Group, to be honest with everything. Sanju's appearance was deemed by most young women as attractive, appealing and handsome--a boyishly gorgeous youth and due to his business and leadership, his dominance and charming aura gained more attractiveness and attract many people to be under his wing. He choose to be low-profiled person, more aggressive when it comes to his opponents and never go afraid to face them.

"Raiden Amagiri, I'm currently a branch manager of Kumori Restaurant that my Otou-san owned," Raiden introduced himself, cleaning his ear with his pinky as he wiped them with a napkin. "I own Kumori Bakery, another branch of Kumori Restaurant."

Then, it's Akito's turn. "Akito Kujou. As expected, I'm an heir of Kujou Conglomerate," the young blonde replied, adjusting his spectacles and brushing his chin as he's thinking something to make him seem interesting. "My older twin, Yukito and I own Omakase Yoiyami Dining--it's another famous restaurant and famous place in Yogyakarta after Kumori Restaurant," he added. The customers adored him and some of the young ladies are secretly have a crush on Akito; it didn't help that he's a playboy kind of man despite being a genius in business and his charms--however due to his appearance is the opposite of Raiden with more playful appearance than him.

Lastly, Kanae introduced herself. "Kanae Ayatsuji, I owned a Japanese franchise that sells any kind of matcha drinks--it's called SAKURA BIYORI Stand," she yawned, sipping her tea. Like her bosses, Kanae and her own family owns the business that a high quality sake and teas with the prices are rather affordable in Indonesia, it became the reason of being favored by many. "Our other three friends has business too, but we can't tell you yet," she added and everyone just sighed.

Kohaku and the other three were surprised, they're businesspeople themselves?

"What business are you guys? Are you associated with each other?" Kohaku asked them, the four ADVENT members glanced towards the room. The four of them wore the spectacles, an indication that their abilities are like mirages that they would able to cover their activities. "We are different, in other ways," Akito replied. "All started from zero, as friends that go way back. Starting to achieve and work from scratch, following our own strengths--we have similar interest, but how we differ when using them is our own choice. How about you guys?"

Kohaku sighed, before he folded his arms. "Kayana Sahanaya Tirta, either Kohaku or Kayana those are my nicknames. I'm a lecturer and researcher of Warmadewata University, a leader of my team--OUTLAW," he answered, while Byakuya continued after him. "Byakuya Shinobu, I'm a lecturer, data analyst and researcher as well," he said, Kiryu scratched the back of his head as he nodded. "Kiryu Ryugūji, I'm a high school student but working part-time job in freelance-nya," he explained with a grin, while Sherry smiled grimly with her arms folded. "Sherry Simalungun, I'm an HR Recruiter working in corporate."

Sanju nodded after listening the information he got, knowing that they were both allies and competitors at the same time--he was prepared for it. "Nice to meet you, four of you," he greeted, looking over his friends before he faced them. "ADVENT is an organization who protect the peaceful city in this country by using illegal actions, such as violence that cannot be witnessed by many people; we're also known as Samsara Core Hunters Organization--there's many Samsara Cores all around this world," he explained.

"Four of us are assassins."

Kohaku revealed, as they lifting their eyebrows at them; but they weren't surprised at the beginning. "Assassination is our speciality in secret, we got paid like... 32 million Rupiahs by our boss in Secret Garden. But, now I'm the captain of OUTLAW which is my own team of seven people... I'm in charge of dealing with clients' request and payment, Damien still paid us because we're contracted with him, Secret Garden, and shadow government of Indonesia--so we got the money from him," he explained, Sanju slowly nodding as the rest of his friends listen to his words.

Akito glanced at Sanju, then the four assassins including Kohaku himself. "Interesting, four of you were quite wealthy like us though. More or less, the higher your profession's expertise--the higher your paycheck," the young blonde said, letting out a fascinated smirk. "Our boss, let's just call him Althair. He's meeting your boss, what was his name again?" Raiden asked, he forgot the name of Secret Garden's commander who also the Administrator of the organization. "Damien Fernandez Christiadjie," Kiryu replied, which it looked interesting for Akito to know his name is. "I see, we'll refer him as Damien then."

Then, Sherry raised her hand to stop the four assassins from talking. "Please wait, so ADVENT isn't related to the organizations of assassin or mercenary?" she asked them, as Sanju and his comrades only smiled at them. "Can't say we have a connection with them," the young man replied, before Kanae covered her mouth from yawning. "We're just mercenaries, working for a noble cause and purpose in the society. Everything is just for the sake of preserving the peace, Althair said... such organizations like Silver Slumbering Dragon can create more havoc that none of us wanting to deal with," he continued.

Sanju received a message from Althair on his phone, so does Kohaku who got a message from Damien on his phone simultaneously. After they quickly read the messages, the two of them glanced towards each other to see if the guest on the room are aware of the news they had read on their phones--but the two of them simply kept their guards up. "We'll welcome all of you Tiryags to the party, but we Rakshas must warn you not to mess around," Raiden warned, his finger pointed at the four representatives of Secret Garden including Kohaku himself. "When it's done, you'll know it."

"Fine fine, we don't know what are you talking about! It's getting late though, so we would like to get some rest, then? Kusuma's Kencana Hotel is one of the greatest hotels in the island, and it seems like that it's a worthy investment."

Kohaku stated, making Sanju nodded as he stand up with them. "Well then, all of us may dismissed--we'll see you tomorrow."

"Right."

That night...

Radjasa was stretching his arms as he was walking around the city of Hyang Seram with Kyouka and Rayna, seeing the spectacular view of the beach and moonlight reflected against the clear sea waves. He never realized how much a beautiful city and beach can be seen close-up, the view was so romantic and beautiful that he felt his heart gets more happy in a way he doesn't know. "Don't you find that beautiful, Rayna?" he asked the little girl, Rayna nodded to describe the beauty of the city. "It's beautiful..." she muttered shyly, Kyouka was busy standing on the rooftop--and he wondered what she doing.

"Do you think ADVENT is dangerous?"

Kyouka asked her two friends from above, regarding the ADVENT members who currently resided the island and having a business around here. It concerns her about their personal backgrounds and they could easily assassinate some important figures around the world, perhaps there's something else they do and why this island is special. "Hmm... from what I heard, they're war criminals with highest credits from the wanted flyers, they're very shady because the World Government declared them as a dangerous mercenaries--the fact they wanted to be hidden in plain sight just shows how bold they are. In other hand, I don't find them threatening," she answered, closing her eyes and leaning against the wall.

"You're talking about us, right?"

The three of them paused, hearing one of the three members spoke to them.

The first one is a young woman with a black sleeveless turtleneck bodysuit underneath her traditional Javanese black beskap (waistcoat) with high-collars, gold buttons and gold brooch with a two small hoop chains on the left that covered her white formal shirt.
