After a long training and bidding farewell to Kohaku and his allies for three months during holiday, Ren felt like he has 'grown' from gaining muscles from the harsh, militaristic trainings received by them. How are they so built for this shit? They don't even really pay mind on how tough it looks. Sanju may be forgiving with his trainings (althought not much) to him, but Kohaku? Nope, he's a whole another level of superhuman. 'They must be experienced...' he thought, before he checked his reflection to see the scars from the trainings and sparring. How come their endurance is very strong? Even though Kohaku is kind enough to train them, he gave them pain and harsh exercises similar to how military works in there. But, he felt like this strength alone should be enough--like he didn't want to force himself into a whole new level.
Ren learned that the Terrestrial Paradise Cultivation cult's intention to become gods, claiming their current physical body is mortal and only through resurrection can they attain 'immortality'. They claimed their doctrine derived from Buddhism, Hinduism, Shinto and Confucianism--which made... him having a brain-rot due to all mixed beliefs. Anyway, he and other Vidyadharas--including all members of Sunyata Organization found it much easier to rescue some slaves or caught criminals when they showed them how to perform actual police authority, including the audits--but they don't work for World Government (a relief) because the main headquarters is based in Denpasar, Jakarta and Singkawang.
What the fuck is this, a cartel?!
Fandey smirked as the rest of his military men escorted them to the HQ because what they said is not too much for a Vidyadhara, while Kaizo had been silent when he was standing between the Indonesian captain and the blond Dutch-American. So, he glanced at Ren because he needs his attention, talking some shit like they're a bunch of fools. "Listen, I used to be a criminal--we are a bunch of criminals before, not everything is peaches. The reason why the government trusted us is because they knew our capabilities or they're suckers, perhaps," Fandey said to Ren.
It was enough to make the teen curious as the sun had risen. What was that he just stated? That he was a criminal, before this fancy-dressed 'ringmaster' had a major event turn him over a new leaf? Fuck, he prayed that he won't be clowned on by this fucking bastard because they're having the same jobs as a mercenary and fighters--but with good morals or actions! "As the main commander, an all-seeing fortune teller--my capabilities has enhanced myself after I sacrificed my humanity for the justice, but here is my judgement... and this is very important than yours, Mr. Tjahyana," Fandey told him with a bit of a warning, that Ren rolled his eyes.
There's definitely something odd with his face, something is happening but he doesn't know if he can read Ren's emotion through his glasses that kept shimmering by his sight. "Kaizo, is he trustworthy? Sadana told me that he and Fandey already made agreement about something? Will it be okay?" Ren whispered to his best friend, Kaizo was thinking deeply. "I dunno but... as long as he's your ally, it will be okay... or so I think," he replied, that made the other frowned by his friend's vague answer. Ren groaned, before he used his foot to kick the ground since this 'ringmaster' began to 'show-off' his own organization, people who didn't have families are staying in the airship. All of his people shared the same conviction--they were once criminals, homeless or have nothing left to lose so Fandey's circus and this military justice group was a perfect fit for them.
Izumo tempted to clown Fandey so bad but Hakuren used her fist to hit his head, making him shut up and grumbled under his breath. "Okay, it's just he's a ringmaster--a performer and now wants to become the World Government leaders--our own mayor. That's just fishy," Izumo reasoned out before everyone was wondering if Fandey wanted to replace them all? Ren listens to his friends as his thoughts were filled with doubts and his head was questioning the hell Fandey could be lying or actually telling them the truth? Although, Kushinada was calm at them--he already knew who's Fandey really is but the latter knew one thing: he is way dangerous than they thought.
As a defected android who formerly from Scarlet Armband Army with Prime, Izayoi and Yayoi--Kushinada still use his brain to figure out Fandey had wanted his comrades to team up and fight alongside him. He can't let the other Scions or their sub-leaders know about this before the people knew the world is still in danger, even though there are different gods to guide and watch the mortal's life. As they have arrived in the hill, they began to separate ways and Ren (with his allies) got dragged by Kushinada and yelped as he fell down to the grassy ground. "Ow! Kushinada, why the fuck?!" he whined, rubbing his head before Izumo had to take his broken FOCUS to replace it with a better one. "Ren, calm down. We have a problem here, Sadana told me about the information regarding Fandey's organization even himself."
Kushinada stated firmly, and everyone was surprised by how he knew about him. Shenlan, Kaizo, Izumo, Hakuren, Dinda and Farlan were startled when they heard his tone was strict. Prime agreed, so does Izayoi and his twin sister Yayoi. "Okay, I will explain. Fandey has track records of being a former Scarlet Armband Army captain of the seas. However, he already 'knew' there's a traitor and an intelligent weapon on their side who has abilities to resist his mind control and make him had doubts against their organization. And I had seen his files... we scanned his whole profile and found out the reason behind the betrayal," Kushinada confirmed when he knows it made everyone silent before knowing the captain has huge intentions and the world is better in his hands than the World Government leaders.
"One of his friends under his legion got killed by other captains, you know political war still lives on even in this new world. His friend's murderer was executed for his crime, but they were trying to use his other 'friends' who sympathized with his dead comrade by brainwashing. Luckily, Fandey had regained his sanity and fought with him and escaped. Of course, they erased every memory about him and destroyed his original identity before--there's nothing wrong about his psyche," he said, seeing this information made Ren closed his eyes. "Damn... but, why did he made this Sunyata Organization? It's not just to deal with the false gods? Could it be the truth about himself?"
He asked when he wonders what was the captain's motive to show his own talents before they can gain trust of helping them in the situation against the Phantom Beasts or whoever threatens the world again, it was certainly a long story. "He... wanted to repent his sins to society."
Kushinada said suddenly, it made them silenced--wait, he already have?! Then why does he not simply confessing himself, asking for forgiveness? It was probably a serious things to go, perhaps he must do that willingly and that's why he's becoming an anonymous ringmaster--wearing black sunglasses or even other disguises while interacting with other peoples. "By becoming a clown? Or any performer in his circus?!" Izayoi frowned as he clarified, Fandey was afraid of showing his real face... or he can't do it at all. "Giving himself a life of crimes won't redeem himself, he chose to become 'noble' for making people happy instead of being a clown who'll make fun of people and do stupid tricks that is unsafe," the red-haired android implied.
Ren sighed.
Of course... Kushinada's calculations told him that Fandey wanted to see his humanity one more time. "By the way, ringmaster is not a clown. It is a supervisor or conductor in circus performances," Yayoi corrected, earning a roll of eyes and a glare before her brother and twin hissed at her. "Well, what are we gonna do now?" Kaizo asked, wondering if they will proceed their usual routine of rescuing the survivors--however, Kushinada would prefer to help the world and get rid of the cult-ordered World Government leaders. Ren was laying on the ground, his brain is too focused on thinking until Farlan who usually acted like an adult (even though he's just same age like him) was starting to treat his friends seriously as comrades, allies, friends or family just so they can operate. "Riyanda, are you good?"
Ren just ignored the other man as he mumbled "I am fine" in annoyance, when his right-hand man can't come because he has a job to investigate on another criminal organization, he just fell back--getting treated by his father to stay calm. Rihan watched his son Ren rolling to the side on the grassy ground, like he wasn't feeling well and something bad has struck him. Maybe it was this situation, which made him feeling nervous. However, he was anxious... it didn't make sense at all, a teen wanted to stand up alone without a support and fight all of his battles. "Riyanda, hey... what's wrong? Take it easy."
"There's a possibility we might win, but it won't be an easy battle--we must succeed because how Fandey really told us that he knows... I hate liars, for fuck's sake... what are we gonna do? To show those pricks that we want peace in this world and just have justice to do the right thing?" Ren asked, looking up at them. "There's a way, but... it doesn't mean to disrespect Fandey as well--it's for the war, not this chaotic ruckus... so, I'd propose a contest," he revealed, frowning. "If any of us could beat Fandey in anything, we'll do the battle our way."
Ren sat up immediately on the ground, he snickered with a smirk. "I got an idea... but this might be annoying to these World Government leaders, what should we do now?" he said, before Izumo suggested them to pretend becoming their workers--or just make a ruckus in their headquarters that Kaizo knew a good tactic for this mess and they got some brainiacs too, especially Dinda and Farlan. "We use your talents and powers, and we're set. We'll spy those pricks, to report what's happening in the inner offices," Kaizo proposed, gesturing his hands before he and everyone are having their role right now and just play it accordingly.
In the carnival, there were children who were going to explore the playground as it is the day that they are required to take a break from their classes, but everything seems different because the circus master has just called in a meeting for his staff and visitors. Ren look around the large tents that were bright with their colors, lights and signs that were displayed on the center area in the tents that stood there. As soon as the audience entered the tent, he saw the performer performing the stunts that he used to train when they are young--while Izumo was plotting a prank against the clowns and Ren was laughing until an older girl took a quick sweep of the event.
The show included many aspects of theater. A show within a show? Ren and the group of the children were eager to leave, when they entered the pagoda inside the show. Hakuren's eyes widened when she saw a pelican was there and she was tempting to kick the guy who was guarding the cage, before Ren whispered. "Just kick his ass and free the bird!" Izumo nodded as Farlan grabbed the guy with ease, punching him on the stomach--to render him unconscious on the floor. Kaizo carefully feed the pelican with a fish that he found nearby, smiling because he is appreciating the birds--especially pelicans and seagulls for him. "Hey, little guy..."
Hakuren whispered, she let the pelican jumped and its talons gripped on her arm, she smiled. "Let's go, they wouldn't know about this," the older girl muttered softly before she tiptoed and they finally escape from this place, especially seeing how Ren has to be so nosy by observing around at the backstage because he needs to investigate the Sunyata Organization. "We got to free the animals here, Sadana ordered us to set them free before we get these World Government leaders in the spot--and wait, there are cages... wait, another one?" he mumbled, when they passed through the animals... when did they catch these dangerous and rare beasts?! At least, it's not Phantom Beasts...
Shenlan tried to set the copper pheasant free, but since the bird was dangerous and didn't know who was an enemy or friend--she held the bird to prevent itself to attack her. "Shh, okay... we can get this done," Shenlan cooed at the bird as she let it went free, hugging and petting it as Farlan used his ability by his polearm-axe--slamming the tip into the ground that break the locks. The rest of the doors are opened and the animals are free before someone noticed something was happening, the female guard dropped a pan as her mouth gaped open. "What the fuck?! Did they set the animals free?"
The female guard got knocked out by Dinda as she put her to sleep the tranquilizing powder which contains sedative, taking her by the arms to hide her--making sure the woman's sleeping form has no injuries, although no one will suspect them yet. Fortunately, the guard that lost his consciousness because Izumo and Hakuren hit his groin and punched his stomach had taken by Farlan who knocked him by smashing the haft of his weapon on the guard's jaw--breaking it but not by too much damage, except his nose got blood--breaking it as well with a loud crack that Shenlan and Dinda flinched as they turned to the others with shock. "Woah, how are you this sadistic?!" Izumo screeched, Hakuren just shrugged. "Don't worry, it's not too much--we have to do the infiltration mission in their office."
She said and Farlan gave a shit-eating grin, before they heard sirens. "Shit, they found out? Let's get out of here--"
"All of you, you better get out of here!"
Fandey whispered at them, seeing Ren and Kaizo with their friends. "Listen here, you are my allies and my faithful helpers. We, Sunyata Organization here to do justice and this world is not just so selfish, where these World Government leaders are trying to kidnap a little child at my circus and my performers but they're idiots and do the research," he chatted at them, seeing how they began to think deeper of their plans. Fandey fixed his cape as he clicked his tongue, his guards were with their usual uniform as he assigned them to do a few things. "Now, our intention here is to sabotage the performance to give it an awkward experience to the corrupt government officials. Our spy infiltrated in the airship has to be a spy... Kushinada can do it if he hasn't distracted yet. Well then, shall we go?"
So... the whole time, they came because of a mission.
Ren felt that now he had noticed it after he entered the airship as part of the security, Fandey smuggled the passengers to check their identification to stop certain corrupt politicians and they were just lucky Fandey showed up--just he found something incriminating about the Head Minister and Vice-Minister, before he received a message and left him in a hurry. He wasn't sure how Fandey was kind towards those poorer people who weren't treated properly like everyone else because being corrupt government ministers changed this world into a corrupted world--or a total shit hole. But, for how long will their plan work in perfect condition?
Knowing those people were smart enough to figure things out their plan, although they try hard enough to search for the base--they might end up causing trouble for innocent civilians and needs for them. 'Fandey behaving like that earlier during our first meeting... turns out he's playing dumb too because of... the circumstances of his career,' Ren thought, and he started walking up to the platform--the VIP room where everyone was waiting for the carnival to start, even Fandey had made an announcement after preparing the costumes for the performers. 'He wanted to save the people from danger, not as a scum villain who brings destruction. It's not like... everyone is against him...' Ren said to himself as Fandey checked the surveillance camera as he looked over.
'We can protect these innocent peoples without any more sacrifices.'
As Ren and the others watched from the distance, witnessing the carnival starting--Fandey used his cane as he just pretended that nothing was wrong with what just happened, a huge fire had just occurred when their agents started attacking as planned from outside the building. Fandey's subordinates were using fire arms, taking their anti-riot shields to separate themselves and everyone present was startled, they need to get out or stay, whichever is possible. The corrupt leaders were screaming as they were running with the cultists and the false gods, using their security personnel to protect them but many of them were getting killed by the security attack--leaving no options for these petty bureaucrats.

"Kill every member of Sunyata Organization!"
Suiko spread her fan as she manifested a huge ocean, fighting against the cultists with Izumo and Willem. As the God of Guidance, she's able to recreate some of the miracles--and then some of the world's mysteries. "Look at the other one, we have a lot to do today," Fandey grinned maliciously, glaring at them before Kushinada appeared but he knows about these tricks before he grabbed his cane, slamming its tip on the ground--shaking the whole place, seeing the two false god henchmen's expression went into panic and his smile getting wide as the other was keeping his rage out by spitting on the floor. As the floor was cracked, the sky began to darken and thunder above--destroying anything related to the World Government.
After that, they began their investigation to find the global elites (or the World Government leaders they referred) who were responsible for the destruction and the Phantom Eruption. The island of their hiding place has been revealed before Fandey gave his men orders to strike against the criminals they faced while he talked to Ren about the corruption and the secrets that involved these human leaders.
Ren flinched when he noticed how scary Fandey looked, but when their group of friends arrived as one of the units to continue with the mission. "Hey, take it easy on these guys. Not all of them are a bad person, they just worked under the bosses who owned them as meat shield to protect themselves from getting killed. And, we need to track their leader's appearance," Ren said, still traumatized before they went to another room; there's a weird lab where one cultist remained, when he looked at the man with his flashlight--allowing the rest of the agents to bring him in the interrogations.
Each global elites wear a somewhat 'business people suits', but theirs are much nicer with different color of trench coat for males or beautiful suit dress for female with bow ties, Ren realized that some of them might be looking down on the world. He heard that as a global elites, they had one family rule: "There's a social status, a rank and each of the bloodline must hold a noble blood-rank during the public event so every family won't act in a disorderly manner". However, they tried to maintain a family identity by wearing family crests and carry their family names despite their role during the event (which ended up... you know, the name "The World").
"They are known as 'The Family'."
Fandey spoke, explaining to them the importance of their society and it's very stressful. "Those who had their wealth inherited by birth, family. Those who wished to change their status quo were treated as inferiors and they had no right to appeal," the Indonesian captain continued as the rest of the World Government leaders are either dead or been arrested. "Well, that must be a bit problematic," Shenlan frowned, it was until Kushinada suddenly touched the weird water tank that had an eerie voice he never heard, they flinched. "There were Phantom Beasts inside this tank?"
Izumo heard Kaizo whispered, before he explained. "If you guys wondering about global elites, they are group of people who 'controls' the world through economics, politics and business. Unlike the common family, however, these people did not have parental authority or hierarchy since they control each other and usually hire each family members as bodyguard, servant or butlers..." the older teenager said, before glancing at the blond Dutch-American--clearing his throat to get their attention. "Not to mention, there's an vibe of... lust as they want to 'tie the knot' with every relatives because their family will be the first 'one' that shall claim inheritance of every thing, which includes every members--power, treasures or even their ancestors and descendants own abilities or powers in the future."
"So, is it true that they were born through... inbreeding?" Hakuren asked, wondering if the person behind was married with their cousins, sibling, uncles, aunts or to put in worse circumstances--this would be beyond sick, it could easily trigger their nauseas! Dinda wanted to vomit by that sound, before she grumbled. "I think I read it somewhere like... The Family wanted to keep their bloodline 'pure as possible' and they'll recruit certain humans who come from another world to revive the families they worshiped and made them as 'Gods' to control humanity?"
Ren heard this sounded like an epidemic from another world that was not only happening here but also on the other realms, so the whole conspiracy theory was true. To his horror, there is a global-wide inbreeding going on as it spreads like an epidemic and the concept of 'family' became nonexistent (as well with everything it truly represents) to many people around the world as governments and institutions become corrupt. "Urgh, until this day--there's still people who commit that forbidden crime..." Dinda huffed, making a sound like spitting.
The cult leaders were known as high-ranking officers, under them were governors and governors were often found by the government. Before they arrived in the room, they noticed some other agents were looking over the cultists and seeing they were brainwashed into evil cult-mode for a long period of time, not by words but because these criminals were 'under their control' and had no idea what their faith really wanted. "I think it make sense now... the tragedies, the crimes, everything--they made it into business? No, it's beyond that... these people actually think that they can control our world like a living doll?" Fandey said with a cold smile, raising an eyebrow. "I bet none of them aware of someone's secret relationship in their families but a few of them are like... deranged."
Ren saw the door's opened to reveal one of the women in her suit dress, she grinned evilly at them. She looked like a noblewoman, her pale-blonde hair was neatly wrapped in a bun, a top-hat on her head with a red feather on the side, and she wore a long black trench coat on her body with white-white diamond patterns scattered across, a necklace with pearls around her neck, and a pink-lipstick which covered her lower lip. "My my, you really think you could simply stop us?" the blonde woman said, and Ren was surprised to see that the other corrupt government leader who called him a 'sister' went out. "Sister Celeste? I don't see the ministers..."
He said, before the blonde woman who he referred 'Sister' chuckled darkly. "They were hiding somewhere in this lab, thinking the circus master won't show up... I think one of the puppets know," Sister Celeste answered before she waved her fan towards her sister, who just standing next to her subordinate. Ren was thinking something, his idea is stupid but it's worth to piss them off. "How do you call your uncle again?" he asked bluntly, making Celeste froze in shock as the brunette scowled before she used her gun as the bullet is getting fired, managing to scratch a bit on Ren's left leg before Izumo sent the other woman to fly away with his summoned tsunami from his tanegashima gun as Kaizo sliced the rest of these weird cult members, and Hakuren slashed her katana against one of them. "How dare you insult our father?!"
Hearing the woman mentioned about their father, Ren just realized something very dark--did they started doing a weird family games and let their cousins have their babies? This is extremely disgusting! "Ren, do your cringe hook!" Shenlan whispered as she used her chain-blade to cut down the guards, the same goes with Dinda and Farlan. "What cringe hook?" Ren whispered back, he listens to her telling him something and that made him shudder in disgust, grossed out. "That is truly nasty, fuck..." He growled, smashing his skull as it broke on impact.
Kaizo decided to attack, but Celeste evaded him as the male minister was throwing a set of bomb at his group--blowing them up before they evaded them. "Where's your uncle-daddy huh?!" Ren asked, he was getting sick and doesn't like seeing their relationship become twisted, the two siblings was enraged by the way Ren insulted their families like no one will care so Celeste must killed him in their sight right now--but she had her sister to remind her that Fandey must be nearby in hiding. "You have no right to kill him. But you've had your chance to kill the brat..." the sister known as Amelia ordered her sister, even the rest of the minister were not pleased as he used his weird parasol-spear weapon that has a revolver.
"Ew! You guys are gross!"
Dinda yelled, before she plucked her fingers on the strings from her zither--producing a large arrow-like blasts against the other group, shoving them away--not even Farlan can catch up at all. After he hit another person using his polearm-axe while fighting against several people who were holding guns, every one of them were starting to get a little antsy as to what was it all about--it was nothing but a huge family clusterfuck! Ren roared, before he used his inner power instead--spinning his Cosmic Wrath and Samsara Blade polearms into producing flames and made Celeste along her 'sisters' yelled by the burnings on their arms and their dress shirts were on flame as they burned off.
They have no choice but to wear the lab-coat that already scattered on the floor nearby, feeling a little discombobulated after witnessing Ren's inner power started getting stronger than ever when he manifested into Vermillion Bird. There goes Kaizo in his Azure Dragon form, Hakuren in her Black Tortoise form and now Izumo in his White Tiger form. They roared and Fandey went looking at them, before he let out a loud whistle--bringing the whole World Government leaders in their caged prison, with the other agents or Sunyata Organization members captured the rest.
"We found them, Master Fandey!"
Ren panted as he transformed back into his human form, he fucking hates using his true power because it decrease his mana... he must be careful. "Your mission is accomplished but there's more to explore, and I might let you meet my true face," the circus master replied to them, but it made Ren and his friends wanted to laugh--because they thought his 'true face' is actually a real clownface?! Ren went towards Fandey as his allies are willing to help him in situations and now, the World Government leaders looked at them sternly. "One final job, please...?" Ren pleaded.
"I know, you can investigate them first. If they have a family secret that involves... ew, yeah..." Fandey frowned but he didn't get to finish, because Izumo had kicked the corrupt elite government leaders, they yelled as they're humiliated after Ren just used his flames against them. Until, Ren turn to him and grinned. "Come on, you're one of our allies right? Show your real face please?" he asked, Fandey rolled his eyes before he take off his monocle and the hat at the same time before flipping his hair and he looks genuinely concerned when he revealed himself. "I-Is this okay...? Do you think this is acceptable now?" he asked, rubbing his eyes.
...
That's his true face?
Fandey suddenly turn around and swung his foot at Ren, only to bend his body back from his upcoming attack. "I always wanted to fight you, Riyanda Tjahyana," he said before they got into their battle--Ren was taken aback by his speed, before using his fire to counter but the other is capable of evading it by swinging his cane at him, causing both of them to get back in their position. Ren spun his Cosmic Wrath polearm to block an incoming attack by a fist before he spin around, hitting him over and over again. When the captain jumped to use his ability to dodge his attack, and let their powers counter each other as a blast created when Ren's Cosmic Wrath struck at the ground when Fandey used his cane to plunge at him.
Ren used his Samsara Blade polearm to block another attack from him before swinging his wrists with a wide swing and Fandey finally knocked Ren's polearms from his hand, sliding away with a single move. The Indonesian ringmaster was smirking as he gripped on his wrist, seeing his grip was firm to prevent the amber brown-haired teen from moving on. "I see, you're the reason why they has failed twice. Maybe I should try harder," he stated, pointing his cane on Ren.
"What makes you say that, Fandey? You want to fight me because I was under Sadana's order?"
Fandey's eyes widened, his eyes darken with anger. The captain stepped backwards and his lips were shut as he pursed his lips tightly. He held the handle tighter than usual and only stopped after his teeth gritted so hard. "Sadana and I... used to be allies before, until our views of the world became different--he choose to become the 'scriptwriter' for his missions and it'll be accomplished as part of his 'visions'... I... refuse to follow his orders for years, only to join a military and become a captain.'
He began slowly, and so are the members of his crews too. "I just want to do this for justice, but him? He prefer 'dirty works' until he'd realize one day the 'authority' would mess him up--"
Ren cocked his head to the side, the expression was not threatening and more curious than anything--when he see Fandey talking about his views on the world, then what is it actually about? Was he aiming to be a leader of people? Sadana may be a fishy one as well, but they are not corrupt--the world itself is, or this world is still ruined because of what happened. Fandey suddenly sighed, turning away and sit on the top of his table as a man taking a position of king--making Ren snapped. "What the fuck are you talking about? What does this mean?"
"Now tell me," Fandey scowled, he decided to start their conversation. "Why didn't you speak before? How come you've fallen to his ways and allowed it to do your bidding?"
Ren glanced at Fandey as he shook his head, before looking back at him. "No. It's just that you decide to forget what happened before, not once--but 'many' times. I know what I'm doing, Sadana may not be trustworthy but he helped us during our hardest times..." the amber brown-haired teen chided, his smile faded as if he was unsure how to react to Fandey, before it settled upon being neutral and bland. "And besides, I can't talk now because no one can hear us. I know, but that's not why I'm asking. You think I'm just using you, right?"
"Fandey, you know you're being too harsh towards yourself," Ren said without hesitation, stopping for a brief moment before continuing. "No, you let us be your allies and we'll help you with this ruckus... why didn't you be clear earlier?! You're hiding secrets from us, is that right?!" he exclaimed, not letting the man's arrogance slip out easily before Fandey grabbed him with one hand, squeezing the last word out--making his crewmen shocked by how their leader holding him without breaking his bones like a man crushing a plastic bag or a sandcastle.
Ren didn't say anything when Fandey pinned him to the wall and tightened his grip on his arm, he let Fandey release his hatred in the open--remembering when he fought against the Phantom Beasts. "Oh, you think you know everything, you are about to find out about your past--which don't feel belongs you? Why can't you tell us from the beginning?!"
"Hey, you wanted this, Fandey!"
Fandey stopped when Ren said that, is this... what he wanted? Sure he wants it but why does he hate... it was a long time ago when he was getting along with other survivors and doing some silly things but because of his mistakes--he had to fight and bring back the people into the reality. "Is this... what Sadana told me... that... he said: 'Look at you, your instinct told you that we cannot trust you at all. Everyone knew, but you'll go deep...'?!" Fandey's voice was quivering, as he pulled Ren closer, he was speaking the truth. "Did you ever want to get home? I thought... no one is thinking about it, I was wrong... Riyanda?"
Ren felt his arms being gripped by him, it hurts. He frowned when Fandey buried his face on his chest, and he wanted to smile despite this absurd situation. As his heart was beating faster, Ren closed his eyes. Fandey must learn this world isn't a playground of secrets and there are times where he will have to tell them something else. 'I... can't believe it's you, Fandey. But, I can't stay mad at you,' he thought. As they moved their arms a bit more, he pulled Ren a little to give a friendly hug instead. "Riyanda... you have a big-ass heart and I envy you for that. You're not what we see from the outside, you're always gentle," Fandey explained.
"I don't like to see a good kid die, because you were the one who stayed alive with your allies and friends... you stand up from your lowest point and... you don't break. You know what... I'm not going to kill you, because you're a valuable person in my life, Riyanda. You're trying to change the world, yet you hate losing so much... it makes sense to me, though. We can change our ways and hope they can," Fandey whispered. There were tears in his eyes, which Ren found sad.
After they embraced each other for one last time before Ren broke their hug and backed away, smiling widely. "Hey, it's okay--that's normal to cry. You can express yourself better if you just listen to me when I say this, Fandey--you are not alone, you're not worthless and you're important," Ren pat the other man's shoulder, making the magician looked surprised. He huffed when Fandey slapped his palm away and stood up straight, but still has his usual smirk, chuckling. "Are you alright, Captain?"
One of his subordinates approached, revealing how Fandey noticed his lack of courage, but that didn't matter. There must be one thing to explain, in which he answered back. "Yes, there's... a lot on my mind. That's all. What's happening next, hmm?" Fandey inquired, before he glared at the global elites who were tied up to their chairs, coughing by the dusts that gathered in the room. "Oh, yes... you guys are the false gods, hm? The whole time claiming to have former gods who fell from the afterlife siding with you guys? I'm not gonna ask you all to face the charges of conspiracy, but I'm gonna have to leave all of you in our custody until further notice," Ren announced.
"So... how about some 'performance' here?"
Fandey taunted with a smirk, the crew of his circus gathered as they finally confronted the members of the World Government leaders. Dinda play her Zither, while Shenlan played her chain-blade, joining in with the music of her instrument before Izumo grinned. "They're the entire circus and we need to make it more intense, right? Because they're World Government leaders..."
They also saw Fandey's dark chuckle, along with his crew--is either they want to 'recruit' them... or making them went along with the flow. So, they were given some kind of performance that made them screaming in pain--as for the decision; it's all up to Fandey whatever he wants with these people.
