Kisame looked at the five people, maintaining the same smile as he unsheathed his sword without taking his eyes or smile off them. Meanwhile, Kimimaro and Akame also readied themselves for battle. Naruto maintained his upright posture, analyzing the situation before taking action.
Kisame turned his gaze towards Light. "I'm not too concerned about small fry, but I was told to be careful of you, the one with yellow hair," Kisame said almost mockingly while keeping his gaze on Naruto. "But I am eager to see the power of the newly famous man known as Light, from the Bingo Book," he said.
However, in the next moment, he quickly jumped as a bone emerged from the ground with Kimimaro performing his Kekkei Genkai jutsu. He dodged the bones, jumping back as more bones emerged from the ground, and he easily avoided more of them.
"A member of the Kaguya Clan, always using bizarre techniques," Kisame said as another bone emerged, but he moved his sword, slicing the bone, and decided to advance against the group. But halfway there, something happened as he advanced towards the group, and a sudden ball of flames emerged by his side, coming towards him, much larger than a normal jutsu.
He quickly made several hand seals and created a water jutsu, forming a powerful water wall, stopping the flames from approaching him, while the flames and water created steam and filled the area with smoke.
Beside Utakata, Naruto stepped forward, also ready to use his power of light and join against the opponent. However, at that moment, his haki detected something so dark that he was even paralyzed for a moment from the surprise.
"What is this? Is there someone this dark in this world?" he murmured, as Utakata also noticed Naruto's strange behavior, who stood there unreactive. Naruto had never felt someone with such negative energy in his own being.
That thing was different from anything he had seen before. Even the worst assassins he had faced in this and even in the other world with his memories, didn't have half of what he was feeling now. Whatever that thing was, it was there at some distance, watching them.
"Can you help them?" Naruto simply turned back to Utakata, who looked confused. "I have to do something. So I can't join the fight now..." he said.
And, without his companions understanding, he simply pointed to the sky before releasing energy from his finger, launching it upwards. Kisame noticed this and looked at it confused, while even his companions didn't understand Naruto's actions, thinking he had sent explosive energy into nothing.
The energy raced into the air, but it didn't explode; it simply stopped in the air and suddenly released a bright light that even outshone the sun, leaving everyone shielding their eyes from the glare as they could not see anything with that light.
With that, everyone lost their vision on the battlefield. Even Kisame shielded his eyes and quickly prepared for any attack from any side, since he did not expect someone to be able to launch a jutsu like that. However, as soon as the light went out, Naruto had disappeared.
Utakata looked at the place where he had been still confused, but remembered his words and looked at Hotaru. "Listen, I'm going to help them. Stay back and stay safe. Don't enter this battle at all," he warned seriously while she just felt...
"Alright... just stay safe, sensei..." She requested.
Still expecting some attack from Light, Kisame remained waiting while the place raised a great vapor with the clash of fire and water, but there was no movement from Light, and he had to stop paying attention to that because a moment later, a bone appeared below Kisame again with him jumping while more bones began to emerge.
He used his sword and cut them. Kimimaro didn't stop there as he began to create bones from his own body and launch them at Kisame, who responded masterfully as he moved his sword, slicing the bones. He quickly jumped to the ground and advanced towards Kimimaro, who created various spikes over his entire body and clashed with the enemy sword. But Kisame was stronger than Kimimaro, making him retreat while their bones and Samehada clashed against each other.
Kisame did not stop there. As he began to move his sword to attack, Kimimaro tried to defend while retreating at every moment. Akame appeared beside him and lunged forward with her kunai to repel Kisame atop Kimimaro, the shark-man quickly noticed this and smiled.
Kimimaro was thrown back as he moved his sword to push him off, with the member of the Kaguya clan falling to the ground and Kisame hitting Akame, who was also thrown back with the sword showing surprising strength.
Kisame first went for the boy from the Kaguya clan falling on the ground, who advanced and seeing this, Kimimaro fired several bones at him, while Kisame moved his sword dodging all of them getting closer every moment and when he finally reached him to deliver a vertical slash while Kimimaro created a bone shield, soap bubbles began to emerge and stood between Kisame and Kimimaro and the latter, quickly had to get out of there before they exploded, with Utakata using his jutsu.
"This is getting interesting, but where is Light? I was hoping to fight him," Kisame said, looking at the three current adversaries and searching for Light in the area, who had disappeared since generating that bright light.
He still hoped that he was hidden somewhere, waiting to attack. "Maybe he's not all that the rumors say," Kisame mocked while Naruto observed the fight from afar without interfering.

But not to try to catch him off guard, but rather to catch a certain being that was hiding in that area, watching the fight hidden while staying beneath the Earth.
Naruto hoped to see this being, after all even for him it was difficult to detect, almost like those white things he saw on the night of the Uchiha massacre, but still felt it due to the aura being so dark. Then he was in the air, just waiting for it to appear somewhere in that field.
His goal was clear, just to eliminate that thing without even trying to talk, or trying to find out what it was. He just wanted to kill it, after all that thing was repugnant in its own existence.
Meanwhile in the fight, Utakata returned to the two who were fighting with Kisame, "Light asked me to help, so let's join our forces," he said as Kimimaro got up and Akame landed near them. With both nodding and preparing for the fight, Kisame began to create seals and started to perform jutsus, launching water explosions while the three also performed their unique jutsus.
The explosions began to arise in that area, devastating all the coast and the forest beside with this fight. Meanwhile, more than 500 meters from there, a being finally emerged from beneath the Earth with a type of green shell covering its head, it seemed to be united with the ground, as if it was part of it, while it opened the shell and showed half of the face black and half of the face white.
A white Zetsu and a black one, while Naruto watched it calmly, he was surprised that the white one was the same one he saw on the night of the massacre and could not feel it very well, however, this could not be said of the dark side.
"Incredible, look how they are fighting," the White Zetsu said excitedly. "Let's capture our first Jinchuuriki," he continued speaking with a smile.
The black side did not move the mouth to speak. "It is still too early for that, we have to wait to start the plan," the Black Zetsu replied with a tone more husky and somber than that of the White Zetsu, as if it was his contrast.
"Stranger, where is Light?" the White Zetsu asked as he watched the explosions, bones rising from the ground, water explosions, soap bubbles and fire with the four fighting. However, the one they expected to be fighting more than anyone there, was not in place since he created that light in the sky. This even made them come out to investigate.
"We don't know, but we have to be careful, Madara told us to be careful with that guy, above all else," the Black Zetsu replied with a somber tone.
"So that guy's name is Madara," a voice emerged behind both before they could react, and a new blade that Naruto had taken from Akame's storage, quickly began to move at high speed, shining as both Zetsus were surprised unable to react.
Naruto swiftly decapitated both of them, their heads falling and rolling to the side. However, as Naruto analyzed and approached the heads, the dark part suddenly emerged from it, separating from the white part like some kind of slime, entering the earth.
"I don't want to let you get away..." Naruto saw this and quickly raised his sword while it shone, then he brought it down to the ground the next moment, exploding the area with a slash.
A burst of light emerged there 500 meters away, with Naruto trying to eliminate that slime with the power of his Logia. The explosion even caught Kisame's attention in the middle of the fight, but he didn't care now, after all, he was fighting a Jinchuuriki transformed into a chakra cloak, but different from that cloak which even made his skin disappear, the one Naruto had to face yesterday.
In the middle of the crater created elsewhere, Naruto looked at the hole he had created, while he was a bit frustrated since that creature had escaped. Then his gaze returned to the battle and he quickly transformed into light, before disappearing there, knowing that the creature was no longer absorbing them after he cut off its head; it had fled.
As he approached, he saw something surprising, as Utakata was in a biju cloak but under control of his chakra this time, attacking Kisame furiously while Akame and Kimimaro seemed frustrated. Kisame and the Jinchuuriki charged at each other, and Kisame managed to be even faster, clashing his sword against the Jinchuuriki's body, with him flying backwards exploding the ground while he lost all his biju chakra, as if the sword itself was sucking the chakra.
Kisame smiled as he saw Utakata looking surprised at his body losing the chakra of his Jinchuuriki. "You see, my sword, Samehada, can absorb chakra, no matter the amount, even bijuus..." Kisame taunted with Utakata looking surprised, as if he did not even know the capabilities of the Kiri swords.
"It seems I have no choice," Akame saw this and spoke, as she prepared to use her new eye, seeing that the opponent could not be defeated even with the three of them combined. However, at that moment, someone touched her shoulder. "No," she looked up at Light who shook his head, asking her not to do it.
"But," she spoke, but he still shook his head. "Leave this to me," he said. Kisame looked up, raising an eyebrow. "Now you decide to show up. What were you doing over there, generating that thing?" he asked, still recalling the explosion that Naruto had created away from their battle, not understanding his reasons. And for some reason, he also couldn't sense Naruto's presence, which made him a bit cautious.
"You are a swordsman..." Naruto spoke while holding his sword in hand. "I would like to see your skills with your blade," he said, looking seriously at Kisame behind his mask.
