"Start talking. What seal were you referring to?' they had barely returned back from the Old Harvest festival when Jason shot Dr. Damian the foremost question that had been at the back of his mind throughout the drive home.

"Show me your aura.." Dr. Damian requested, shirking away from the question.

"Hmm.." giving the other party a look, Jason closed his eyes.

At that moment, a new panel system screen appeared in front of him.

A small wind exploded from within Jason, causing some strands of his hair to ripple.. albeit lightly..

"That's it?" Dr. Damian didn't bother concealing the disappointment in his tone.

"I had high ho--"

He was suddenly interrupted by another wave of explosive wind. This time, cracks appeared on the tiles below Jason.

By now, the invisible burst of wind around Jason had increased in intensity to the point where some small home appliances were forcefully smashed to smithereens on the wall.

However, the intensity kept on increasing. At this moment, Dr. Damian was stunned for words. Whenever he thought Jason had hit his cap, the other party's aura would experience another leap. As such, he could only close his mouth and watch.. eager to see just what Jason's limit was.

After who knew how long, Jason's finally hit the ceiling as his aura stopped rising. However taking a glance around, he noticed that his surrounding had been flipped upside down.

The tiles were currently ridden with thick cracks and on the walls and floor were broken home appliances.

"This is.." Dr. Damian gulped.

Although Jason couldn't see it, a seasoned Kincie like him could clearly see the blue flame like energy coated around Jason from head to toe.

That was the manifested form of Plasmic Aura!

Malevolents possessed red plasmic aura, Xpers were green and Kincies were blue!

"Heh.." Jason grinned sheepishly.

Witnessing the stunned expression on the other party's face was quite satisfying. Bastard! it's time for my revenge!

A deep footprint appeared on the tiles as Jason suddenly ran towards Dr. Damian. To his surprise, he discovered his body felt way more lighter than normal, increasing his speed by a really large margin.

"Interesting" an amused smile hung on Dr. Damian's lips.

Even with Jason's inhuman speed, he remained completely unperturbed, sidestepping as Jason's right hook missed him by an inch.

"What are you doing?"

"Bastard, what do you think?!" Jason cushioned his body, twirling around as he sent a spinning roundhouse kick towards Dr. Damian's chest.

"You are completely outclassed" Dr. Damian tilted his head to the side, evading the kick.

"Hmpfh.." scoffing, Jason's shoulder leaned forward as he initiated a backflip, intending on landing a ln uppercut kick while he was at it.

However to his horror, Dr. Damian suddenly disappeared from his previous position, suddenly appearing behind him as his arms wrapped around Jason's neck while the latter was still upside down in mid air.

Bang!

Dr. Damian slammed Jason's back against the wall. A groan escaped Jason's lips as he felt a stinging pain on his back.

"Although you're many times more powerful than a regular human.. you are still outclassed if you think I am your opponent" Dr. Damian released his arms around Jason's neck as he glanced around.

"If I knew you could already project your Aura.. we would've done this outside" he clicked his tongue in regret.

"So you were expecting me to fail?"

"I have to admit that your performance completely blew my mind away. However don't let it get into your head. If you want the type of power you desire, then you have a really long road ahead.."

"Knowing you, I won't tell you to be humble.. however be conscious of your abilities and weakness.. if you don't keep this in mind, then you are going to end up among the list.."

Although Jason didn't bend spoons, according to Dr. Damian, he successfully passed the first phase of his Kincie training thanks to him successfully projecting his aura.

With this success, he was given a one week break by the other party.. one of the benefits of this break was the fact that he could now resume eating meals like regular people do.

After a sumptuous dinner where Jason succeeded in completely filling up his belly, Dr. Damian advised him to retire to bed early.

According to the former, Kincies operated purely on the power of the mind. If their mind was weak, it would negatively impact the flow of their plasmic energy and the most natural way to strengthen the mind was through a good night sleep.

"Falling asleep is something but intentionally trying to fall asleep.. I never knew it was this difficult.." Jason groaned as he stared blankly at the ceiling, his back kissing the sheets of the bed.

He couldn't help it though. After discovering that he could now weild plasmic energy, Jason's body has been seriously itching for a demonstration.

"Forget it!" he finally made up his mind as he jumped out from his sheets.

It was only going to be a demonstration, not like he was intentionally trying to destroy stuffs right?

Only after Jason confirmed he was alone in the gazebo did he open the system panel screen. In the darkness of the night, the row of words on the system panel screen glowed with bright neon lights, making them appear readable.

"Hm? an unread notification?" Jason noticed the mini notification bell glowing at the right corner.

Clicking it open, a new row of words that resembled a congratulationary note appeared before his eyes.

"Ten minutes.." Jason mumbled as he saw the timer.

To test a theory, he held out his right arm as he tried calling out for the Sprite Pupils or the Daggers of Cain. However nothing happened. It was almost like he had lost any slight connection he had with them.

"I get it now.." he sighed as his suspicions were now confirmed.

However, he still wasn't satisfied. Closing his eyes, he tried activating his Plasmic Aura. However no matter how much he clenched his jaws, teeth and facial muscles.. nothing seemed to be happening. Exhaling in defeat, he fell back flat on the floor.

"Where did this system even come from?" he wondered aloud.

Just now, he was thinking that if he managed to awaken his Kincie powers many weeks after he got the system, then perhaps his Kincie abilities would operate independently from the system.. However it was only now that he realized how wrong he was..

However this puzzled him even more. According to what he knew, the system had a system armor that he was yet to unlock due to his low amount of Mystique Coins. If his Kincie abilities were not related to this mysterious system armor, then how come it ended up being bound by the rules of the system?!

It just didn't make any sense!

"Command Center? not System panel screen?" the corner of Jason's lips curled up in interest.

"Yes" he gave the go-ahead. He was curious to see what changes the system reboot had brought.
