I've decided to keep a journal of everything I've done. Sort of like a biography but more loosely written. It wont go over everything… More broad strokes in a way… That is what I've decided. Starting with my childhood. I talk about my family… The people I lived with as I had grown up. My mother was a hotheaded women. My father was a clumsy calculative man. I had many maids and butlers living with me as well. All deserving there own book to be written about them as well but that will most likely never happen.
I write about how I had trained most of my childhood and left my village at the age of 7 to study at the mage academy in Shienta. As I write about myself… I realize how little I actually accomplished in my earlier years. I write of my trip from my village to Shienta. How I had fought against a lich and managed to defeat it… I start to write about Leaf but have to stop myself… I keep writing about how much I love her… How much she's influenced me… How she makes me happy… I need to stop or the book will be filled with love letters and no one will read it...
I get back to what happened after we fought the lich. How our group was betrayed and almost wiped out by a bandit disguised as a knight. How I made it to Shienta and started my lessons… An entire year went by quickly and my village was attacked. The next years were spent preparing to avenge my family that was slain by the large group of bandits. I go into further detail about these years.
I talk about my pets… How I doubt I would have lived through the next few years without there help. How I had tamed Sock on my way to Shienta and how I bonded with Pokodo during my second year at school. During my intense training, I took it upon myself to wipe out a local group of goblins. Killing them all and leaving only a single one alive. His name was Gobber and we slowly became friends as I taught him about the world. Eventually learning that I could teach very easily compared to everyone else. Teaching him many things, he eventually became a hobgoblin.
Another year had passed… Still no way to fight against bandits… I struggle in my efforts to get stronger and eventually conquer the gnolls in the area. With a set of troops now under me. I start to work on training them, making them strong enough to fight against the bandits. Shortly after one of my close childhood friends and his adventuring party is captured by the bandits… Even after I told him to wait! I write about how Lance had gotten captured and put his groups lives in danger… I have to rewrite this part… I made him sound like a bad leader… He isn't, he is a very good leader… Strong, kind… One of the people I look to as a rival to improve myself off of… He was too brash when it came to avenging our village.
After all the strengthening I've been doing with my army, we march towards the bandit's base. With Lance's party getting captured, it forced me to fight them before I was ready.. We lost a dozen men in the attack… Of a force of 50 troops. We lost a huge portion… I hate to admit it but… Losing that many men in a single attack influenced how I would fight from then out… Cunning tactics would be used to minimize casualties on both sides… I left the bandit queen alive but brought her back to Shienta. I only mention this because it is somewhat important later on in my biography.
The next big event… Would probably be my fight with Burke… I change his name… That piece of fucking trash doesn't need to be remembered forever. He had bullied me for over an entire year of my boot camp training. All culminating in a battle where I barely scrapped a win from. Leaving him alive was a mistake… I should have killed him, I regret killing this person… No, he isn't a person. He is garbage… Human garbage. Burke took the loss hard… Taking revenge against my friends… Killing one of my friends… I have to stop writing after this part for awhile to let my nerves calm down.
It takes awhile before I get back to writing. I write about how the bandit queen came to my fortress… Trying to convince me to go fight her sister who would kill me if I did… With what she said, I found out that her sister was the leader of the pirates and was planning on invading Shienta at the start of a major war in the future. I decided it was my duty to take the fight to the pirates. If they invaded during the start of the war, it would put my fortress as well as all the lives in Shienta at risk.
I travel to speak with the king and ask for help… He gives me some of the remaining demon tribes which I had to ask for… It was played off that I was a demigod to the king and I still think he believes this… I'll have to make sure this book is hidden until my death as it is starting to contain many of my secrets. One of the demon tribe members is someone who had beaten me in a fight and had asked for my help… I asked for the demon tribe because of his request, pulling the demon tribe off the front lines of pre-war skirmishes most likely saved their lives.
Another year had passed… My army had more than doubled in size with the recruitment of the demon tribes. The year was spent in preparation for fighting against the pirates. Still hopelessly outnumbered. The only way we could possibly fight against them is to continue to expand. Heading towards the shore we gained a group of kobolds as allies. The next month is spent making the ships to travel use to take the fight to the pirates. We set sail, finding a pirate ship that conquer and take the crew as the first prisoners of this war. Making it to an island where I befriend a tribe of lizard men who become my allies in the fight.
Slowly the army amasses that could fight against the pirates… We are still outnumbered by a huge amount. I continue to train my troops, the only way we can compete is with quality of quantity at this point. I make it to an island where the murine folk live. They are comprised mostly of ninjas and after some effort I convince them to join me as well. The attack against the pirates was made to take back the hostages that the leader of the pirates had taken to keep the murine folk under her rule.
The tale has been taken without authorization; if you see it on Amazon, report the incident.
With the surprise attack against the pirates, their leader shifted to use nefarious tactics to fight against my army. Repetitively losing ground, I was forced to attack sooner over later because she was killing her own men and turning them into ghouls. The longer I waited, the bigger the chance of all the humans being changed into these monsters. The fight ended after a week long stalemate of no fighting. All leading up to a single battle over the course of a day. Both forces came out to meet each other. Mine faired far better than the pirates until the ghouls the pirate queen had been storing where revealed.
I somehow managed to win the battle… It was at a cost though, my arm was severely injured in the battle… The next important thing would be that I freed the bugbears from ruler ship of the north west continent. Adding the bugbears to my army and securing a backdoor into the enemies territory for the upcoming war.
I stop writing at this point in the story. This is as far as I could write up to since that is all I have done… It isn't as much as I thought it would be. I left out a large portion of things I plan to write about later though. I plan on making a book about all the inventions I made, the process of explaining something like making the black turtle will need its own book. Other things were left out of the story as well. My class being master of learning and the fact that I have voices in my head are 2 of the biggest things left out. The locations of my bases were left somewhat vague as well.
I try to think of some more important things I could also add to the book. I put a reference section in and add a brief description of each person added to the story. I leave my pet descriptions shorter than the rest. Only describing what type of animal they are. People who've influenced me get bigger sections… These people include Gobber, Leaf, Lance, Trice, Green and Leon. If I had to say it, these are the main characters of my biography. Each has influenced me more than everyone else. Then I give a brief description of the rest of my generals. So many generals it is hard to keep track of them all. I decide to cut out some of the generals as the amount is too many to fit nicely into a story but this many generals is indeed needed to run an army. Deciding to instead make each leader of the different races a general.
The general I've decided to be the leader of the gnolls was Zergnar. He has just done more compared to Gargarz and Nargzar. If I had left them alone, he would have most likely become the next leader after the gnoll chief I killed had died. I make Epieoth the leader of the demon tribes and give Brick a role as his rival until he sacrificed himself to save the demon tribes from being overwhelmed on the battlefield. I describe Shikki who sacrificed himself as the previous leader of the kobolds, then mentioning Tikki as the current leader…
Why have so many of my men decided to sacrifice themselves… Tough as well, so many decided their lives were worth throwing away to give their men a better chance at living. Tough gets a spot as the leader for a short moment… I can't choose who is the most worthy to be the leader of the lizard men… None stand out more than the other 2. I decide it would be best to have some intelligent leaders in the story so I make Swift the leader of the lizard men.
Making it to the murine folk. Nami is the only one I could put at the top here. I don't even know any other murine folk by name. The murine folk are a race of mouse like humanoids, the other races were known well enough to not need descriptions but I doubt that many people have seen or even heard of murine folk before. So I have to go into more detail with her description. I have more generals than I had described in the biography but to keep it simple it is just easier to shorten the amount.
I sit in my room, its already dark outside… I think about what it would be like if I could just write the story from here… Where would I like to take it from? If I could choose, I would like this upcoming war to not happen. During the peaceful times I would like to establish a city that I could build up and make great. I would like to continue inventing, making new things and enjoying the process of making something that no one ever has before. I love adventuring… All of my previous lives have loved adventuring and it hasn't stopped with me. I don't see myself ever having the time to adventure with an army that relies on me but I would still like to do dungeons and raids if I get the chance. I just want everyone to be happy… Be happy and be safe… If I could write about how everyone was happy and safe and enjoying there new life in my city…
The world doesn't work like that though. This war will most likely happen. Some of my men will die… I hate it… I hate the way this world works. I just wish everyone could just live peacefully. The world wasn't designed this way. The Greater god must have designed this world for his own amusement… Of course he would design it with constant warfare… He has spoken to me before. Even giving me help to get stronger in the shape of the castle mimic and time tree he had given me. I don't trust him… He wants to help me but I have the feeling it will cost me.
I put the finishing touches on my book as Leaf enters my room. My pets are already sleeping so she quietly whispers.
“Come to bed already.”
I turn to face her now… Even though she is wearing her loose fitting sleep cloths that I've seen her wear countless times she is still sexy to me. I get up from my chair and head to bed with her. Tomorrow will be back to normal… Preparing for this war I want nothing to do with.
