I fly down and change back into human a few feet off the ground, landing right in front of the man. I don't mince words and get straight to the point.
“I believe my pet is here. I want her back.”
“Sure sure… But sit down and chat first, will ya?”
He tosses a chair my direction and I catch it one handed. I do not sit, I tip the chair so that he knows that I am not going to sit. I wait for him to understand my intentions before he speaks again.
“Fine, don't sit but talk to me before you leave. About your future.”
“My future?”
“Sure. What you're going to do in the future… Mainly who you're going to serve. All of the gods are vying for you. The god of death thinks you can really become something special.”
“The god of… You really think that after kidnapping my pet I would ever follow someone… Are you an idiot? I have one question, where is Red?”
He hasn't broken eye contact with me even once now. The general laid back attitude of his shifts as he leans forwards in the chair now.
“Don't call me an idiot… Your pet is in the back of the tent lying on the bed with the rest of my harem. She should be fine, the narcotic she is on should be wearing off in the next few hours. Know that I didn't force her to stay here.”
He pulls up a drink that has ice cubes inside it… I think for a second of how he could possibly have ice in this environment. My mind immediately goes to the worst places… Chances are he has a water type elemental held captive inside. Shit, that complicates things. He takes a sip and sets it down.
“I've been talking with your pet for a long time now. I know the few loose ties you have to this world… It wouldn't take much effort from me to destroy your flimsy army and kill that girl of yours. If I push you into a corner you will do what I want you-.”
FLASH BOMB! I can't hold back, the moment he started talking about killing my men a rage started to build inside me. I snapped when he said he would kill Leaf. I cover my ears and shut my eyes just in time for the attack to go off. BOOM! The sound is so loud, even covering my ears it still shell shocks me for a second. I worked, the elemental lord holds his face in his hands as he leans forwards now. I don't know how long this is going to last but I need to see. I pull out the sword I had made for fighting against monsters like him. It's gigantic, over 100 pounds(45 kilograms) of metal.
The blade tip is the last bit of dragonslayer metal I had left. It is designed very similarly to Strong's weapon where the blade is actually several different blades put together. Each was painstakingly enchanted with several debuffs to harm the person it is used against. The only enchant that is on each piece is the curse skill. The sword is designed so that once it makes combat, it should be dragged against the target and break off pieces of metal into them that they will not be able to remove. Each piece would fuse to any flesh it touches. The only way to remove the metal would be to cut off the surrounding skin. I swing this sword as hard as I can at his exposed neck.
I swing it at him harder than anything I've ever attacked. I use everything, all of my buffs. Absolutely everything is thrown into this attack. As if he sensed the attack he shifted his body so fast that I almost missed him. Just catching his left shoulder, I drag the sword along his shoulder… It barely does anything too him. I can barely see his health drop… I didn't even knock off 1% of his health. I don't care. The debuffs I put into him was worth the attack. The cost of that attack with how much dragonslayer metal was just embedded into him, it was over 100 gold.
He is already recovering from it. It took Sock 45 seconds to recover from flash bomb and no more than 5 seconds has passed. I doubt I have more than 10 seconds before he has recovered enough to fight. I pick up the void bag I had prepared for this. I throw it into the air above the giant tent. I hovers for about a second before I shoot it out of the sky with a magic arrow. The void bag blows open throwing dozens of vials of acid everywhere. The giant tent is chewed through instantly as the acid touches it, leaving huge gashes in the tent. The tent starts to collapse in on itself. I rush to where I think Red might be.
The newly formed gashes in this tent make it so even once the tent falls down, most of the interior is outside of it. The acid ate through a large portion of the bed they are all laying on. About a dozen scantly clad women sit in front of me. Some have had their clothes eaten off by the acid. Red is sitting in the middle of them. Please let this work! Please! I cast cleanse on her. I see clarity come back into her eyes. Yes! This is the best outcome I could have hoped for. I pull out one of the warp slabs we've made from before and put it onto the ground. I start throwing as many girls as I can onto it before yelling at Red.
“Take these girls through the portal! I need to smash it before the elemental lor-.”
I hear him roar. Red doesn't understand what is happening but fear shoots through her when he roars. I push the rest on and she quickly fits herself in the remaining space. In the next moment they are all gone, I smash the portal as soon as they do… Through testing with the slimes before I left, I know that even while traveling between portals if one side is destroyed the person will still appear on the other side. I barely catch the elemental lord in the corner of my eye. I jump into the air just before an attack connects with me. The wind pressure from his punch rips the remaining parts of the tent up and throws it forwards. It kicks up a sandstorm. Compared to what Blue had told me… He was completely holding back against him.
I get to glance at the top part of the elemental lord now. I can see the metal still embedded into his shoulder. A small amount of black blood comes from the wound now as well, the plague skill on some of the shards has started to take effect. The weapon was coated in all of my poison, even with an amount that could put down an elephant he looks almost unaffected by the poison. He doesn't move his head but his eyes follow me to where I'm about to land.

I can see the anger in his eyes. It looks like he cannot believe what I have just done. Some of his anger leaves and a smile forms across his face as he covers his eyes for a second with his hand. He lets out a little chuckle before saying.
“Red said you were a genius who hated taking risks… From attacking me I can see now that she was clearly overestimating the intelligence of her master because you just killed yourself by confronting me.”
"What are you talking about? I've had almost 2 days to prepare for this fight. I've thought of almost every single bad thing you could throw at me and prepared countermeasures. I'm going to walk away from here without any trouble."
He charges up a fireball. It’s huge! The average size of a fireball is ball sized depending on the mage it could be bigger or smaller. His is boulder sized, not avoiding this attack would completely result in someones death if they took the hit directly. That is exactly what I’m planning to do.
I pull out my shield and plant it into the ground. Something else I specifically made for this fight. Layers of my new fireproof spider silk with a cold iron center. I need to see if my fireproof spider silk can withstand the attack from him.
Wham! It hits against me, the wave of heat coming around the shield is intense! If I hadn’t made it so wide I would have been cooked anyways. The shield is rounded to curve the flames off the shield leaving the center safer than a normal shield would be. I hold my breath, I don’t think there is enough fire to absorb all the oxygen in the air but I’d rather be safe.
The attack ends… It wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be. I look over the shield and see him still looking at me. I turn the shield around and… The spider silk has held up! Wonderful, that’s good news. If it’s strong enough to survive an attack like that just maybe-. He attacks again! This time it looks like a fire spray attack. I hide behind my shield again and take in a deep breath. This attack is far worse. I can feel it singing any of my clothing that isn’t covered by the fireproof spider silk.
The heat is enough to chap all of my exposed skin. I redirect some of the fire away with elemental control but it isn’t enough. I cast a jet stream at the ground while I dig the dirt out with control earth. I make a small enough hole to hold the water and it is enough to stop me from being burned alive on the other side of this shield. Any longer and this water would have started to heat up, boiling me alive.
I pop out from underneath after the attack is over. Even being fully prepared he managed to cut 20% of my health off. I quickly heal it up and poke out from behind the shield. The elemental lord looks surprised now, as if he didn’t expect me to survive the attack, let alone fair it so well. My shield however…
The front area that was covered in layers upon layers of fireproof silk were eaten through by a single attack from him. Even the cold iron part underneath was heated up. I’ve never seen that happen and didn’t think it was even possible. I would go to touch it but it’s orange from the amount of heat… This isn’t good, I’ll have to think of ways to improve the shield because I doubt it can take another hit.
I kick it over, it’s done it job and I can’t worry about taking it home since I can’t stop looking at the elemental lord for even more than a single glance. I pull out my bow and quiver, the elemental lord laughs again.
“You struck me with that giant sword and it barely did any damage, what do you think tiny arrows are going to do against me?”
He’s right, I doubt normal arrows would have any effect against him. These aren’t regular arrows though. I pull one out and nock it. Aim and fire, he makes no attempt at dodging it. It strikes him and explodes into the same shoulder I hit before. The arrow was tipped with a tiny vial type arrowhead that was filled with the same liquid we make frost bombs out of.
I can’t tell if it was from the shock of the arrowhead exploding or if it actually caused damage to him but the look on his face changed again. He throws another fire spray at me but I’m not stick around for this one. I jump into the air and hit him with another arrow, then another one. I pelt him 4 times in the air while he chases me with his fire spray, never getting very close to me. Continuously targeting that shoulder now. I can see frost starting to form on his skin, it’s probably frost bitten. Steam rises from the frozen part of his skin now.
2% of his health down now. Most likely health that will never regen unless he rips the cursed metal out of his shoulder then has someone heal it. The only person who could possibly do that for him should still be around... There it is! In the very right hand corner of my eye I see what looks like a small cage. Some of the remaining tattered tent must have been covering it up until recently. I knew he was keeping a water elemental captive. I need to distract him while I edge closer to the cage.
“You must realize that I can leave whenever I want right? You’re as good as beaten elemental lord. You should just give up and live here now by yourself for however long you have to live.”
He chuckles before saying.
“You really think you can beat me?”
“No, I don’t think me by myself can defeat you… At least not yet. I have no doubt that I can escape from you without much effort though. If you think I’m powerful there are men in my army at least at my power… If you think you could beat 30 people as strong as me with the help of over 1000 people above the normal power of anyone you’ve ever met before… You’ve talked to Red so you should know how big of a threat I actually am.”
“I don’t have to fight your army boy, I just have to kill the one you care for the most. Your emotions will handle the rest.”
“My men wont ever give you the chance to reach her. I wont give you the chance to kill her without me being dead already. As we are right now, you might decide something stupid and try to come to my base to fight me. Know now that if you do, you will not survive what happens next. My men have already visited the other elemental lords… I wonder how many of them want you dead.”
This seems to have gotten to him. I know that at least one of them wants him dead. He might be able to take on an army but he can’t take on an army plus another elemental lord. I need to keep pressing this issue, I’m risking the safety of all my men to keep this monster away from Leaf.
“I will forgive you for what you did to Red as long as you don’t try to attack any more of my men… If you can’t keep that promise, I don’t care if I have to kill the God of death to get to you, I will make you pay.”
He looks down at my feet, shit! He must have noticed I’ve been slowly moving over. He rushes at me, fuck! I’m going to have to use my trump card. I scream out.
“If you think one hurt your ears and eyes, take 50!”
50 flash bombs come out of me. He realizes what is happening and immediately turns away and covers his ears with his hands. I sprint towards the cage, he should realize soon that it was just an trick, what I actually threw towards him were fakes. Flash bomb has a heafy cooldown of 5 minutes. I cut the top off of the box and look inside… It isn’t what I expected. It’s a tiny blue bear.
I quickly grab it out of the cage before I hear a scream behind me. Flames are rising off of the elemental lord, he looks extremely pissed over the fact that I tricked him. I pull out 2 things while the bear is tucked under my hand. I stack of paper and a giant blue bomb… I regret needing to use this but if I don’t he might honestly kill me before I can get away. This is the rest of the liquid I had prepared from the frost lotus… Months of work is going to be thrown away in a single attack.
I throw the papers into the air making sure I don’t accidentally throw the portal scroll. Then I throw the bomb towards him just as he unleashes an attack towards me. I don’t stick around to see what happens, I take the portal scroll the moment the bomb leaves my hand.
The second I appear on the other side I rip up the portal scroll on this side… His attack and mine connecting should have destroyed the portal scroll on his side but I'd rather be safe than sorry. I would have liked to hide a portal scroll close to his hut but by the time I noticed him he had already noticed me from a much longer distance... I strangly feel great after that fight, it's as if me retaking my revenge against him in any way help take some pressure off of me.
Red takles me yelling at the same time.
"What are you doing risking your life like that! Are you stupid!"
It takes me a second to remember, there are some other females here that might need to be cleansed.
